Dear Team,

This is in reference to my account # [protected].

I have given account closure request by visiting Bur Dubai branch on March 31, 2019 and signed account closure form. And it was assured me that the account will be closed within 4-5 days. I have clearly mentioned it to Branch that I am leaving the country on April 02, 2019 and make sure that the account should be closed and they assured me but until it has not been closed. Please look into it urgently.

I have been chasing the Bank for over 2 weeks to allow me to transfer my money to my own account in another country. But due to some technical glitch, I am unable to do so. And to think that the account has to be closed! So, I have made a complaint, but all I get for the last 2 weeks is assurances, but no action. And the compalaint is now closed without a resolution!
There seems to be no accountability for this callous disregard for a customer's needs and there is no one to turn to, who would take some responsibility. I am so tired of dealing with this state of affairs. Its hard to believe that an international Bank would be so inefficient, incompetent and indifferent!
