I 'm wright this for my Girl friend Carol Smith,
she went and had her taxes filed two weeks ago at your Plattsburgh NY office my a guy name Dave, he left a message on her phone at 12:30 today that she needs to go back to the office and get her taxes and mail them out her self and give them $130, , He told her these were done last week..
OK get ready for this,
1) he must of from his computer had H$R block send her $295 dollars that was deposit into her checking even the bank thought that was odd?
2)it has been two weeks since she filed and it should have been that day?
3) he left a message telling her they can not file with the computer and she needs to go back and get them and mail out the paper version of her taxes because they can not mail
4) she has lost 2 days pay dealing with Dave and still has not got her taxes done,

you need to check on this etc.etc
