Hi,
Our Gas cylinder is leaking from the time we started using it today morning. We tried calling the gas agency atleast 10 times and they responded saying that someone will come to our house to look at the problem. We called the emergency number as well, but the concerned person said that he will reply only after 8pm. Does this mean that till 8pm we should let the gas leak happen and not bother about it. Or does he not care about this situation?...We have a small baby at home and were unable to cook anything the whole day today due to this leakage. This is a very serious issue and we need someone to come and look at it as soon as possible.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I completely agree with you.
The people ate the Karthik Gas Agency, V.V. PURAM are very very rude..when we try to call 080 [protected], a lady answers the call and doesn't even bother what the consumer is trying to explain and she keeps commenting in the background which clearly audible. The ###ING ### behaves as if she is the BOSS of HP GAS company.. Some one should cancel the license for this gas agency.
I guess its all because of the corrupted government. First the government should have given gas agencies licenses to the needy or to say kin of the people who sacrificed their life to the country. I am sure even area would be having someone eligible for this..
