Dear Sir/Mam,
I'm staying in Bangalore, Electronics city. Recently I've applied for a new HP gas connection and they asked me to wait almost a month. Later when I went to check for the status, they asked to pay Rs. 6100 for this connection. Being puzzled, I asked for the clarification and it was informed they'll sanction only as a package with stove and accessories. If I don't require that they wont sanction, I felt pressured and then had to go for it. But still, when I paid Rs. 6100, I got the bill only for Rs. 2650. So, it's clear that they are making profit out of our hard earned money, and more than Rs. 3000 for the stove which is not worthy even for 1000 rupees. The agency name is Shanti Agency, Hebbagudi, (Hosur road) Bangalore.
Is there anything that you can look into this and help?

I agree, - Shanti gas agency (HP) in electronic city is the most corrupt gas agency. They have provided me bill of 1400 for one cylinder and collected 4, 500. I was also forced to buy gas stove from them. The gas stove price mentioned on the tag is 1800, however there is still a huge difference from the amount they collect. They provide no bills for the difference and as consumers we are forced to buy from them. ITS IS A SHAME ON HP BRAND IN INDIA FOR DOING UNETHICAL & ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.
I will post this is most of the forums and also take necessary legal action; if i dont seen those guys removed from jobs / any action from HP.
