Do not apply for the housing authority of the city of milwaukee located on 5011 west lisbon avenue and 809 north broadway street in milwaukee, wisconsin! Because they play tricks and mind games on you! They will waste your time! Every time I try to apply for rent assistance at hacm, they always tell me that they are not accepting applications right now or at this time! That's why I never got rent assistance and section 8 because of their craziness and foolishness. Debra larosa program manager is rude and smart-mouthed to people on the phone when you call and ask her about the opening dates for section 8/rent assistance! She is sick, twisted and full of crap! She has an attitude and an attitude problem with people! Do not apply with hacm for an apartment, do not call them to mail you out an application, because they will put you on the waiting list for a very long time and they don't call you! Debra larosa and hacm will waste your time and every one else's time! Stay away from debra larosa because she has an attitude and an attitude problem with people! Do not apply with them in the future, because they will waste your time and they will get an attitude and an attitude problem with you! Stay away from debra larosa and hacm in the future, because they will waste your time!

I'm so sorry you experienced this. Some people are so racist nowadays. With Trump in office they suddenly have a backbone to be as evil as they wanna be to people of color like never before. They need to wise up because Donald Trump WILL NOT be seeing a second term. God is about to take that wicked pillar down and put Bernie Sanders in his place. Bernie will DEFINITELY see two terms in office. Even some of the people who voted for Trump are tired of him.
