Hotwire/booking 321-3325063 — hotel the room chaweng / hotel is definitely closed!
Its now ther 3rd time I'm writing to your service, without response !!!
May 3 2018, I have booked for an hotel on your website. I booked The Room Chaweng from 23 to 30/07/2018.
Du to a mistake, we arrived on 24/07 on Koh Samui, but the Room Chaweng Hotel was definitely closed since 2 weeks. People's living there told us it closed 2 weeks ago!
So, I have called your Help Center that advise me to book for another hotel, with 3 stars, as the Room Chaweng... and to send receipt to be reimburse.
So, I was on the road, in Thailand, with my family, and my friends. Kids were crying.
I HAD TO PAY more than 1440€ to finds rooms to continue our trip.
Now, as your Help Center told me, I send you documents and receipts for the booking of the hotel.
I'm waiting for you to reimburse all I had to pay for this disagreement.
I also called your center with my mobil phone, during 1 hour, from Thailand to the US. The cost of this call is more than 100€.
I booked several times on your website, without any problems, but this time is a very bad experience, and I'm waiting for the reimbursement of all the damages due to this fake hotel on your website!
