HotelLess hotelless.com hotel deals could be better.

I booked a hotel on hotelless.com, they said there hotel deals were the cheapest online. Then a week before my stay I found the same hotel cheaper on the same dates. They wouldn't match the price, not happy. I rang hotelless.com customer service, they were helpful but said they could not match the hotel's price because the other website was having a special sale.

HotelLess Hotelless Express Deals are the best way to book hotels

I highly recommend hotelless express deals. I have booked some great deals in the United States especially in New York City, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Hotelless are really cheap with huge discounts I recommend them to save money on hotels. My only complaint is not being able to see which hotel until after the booking is finished.

HotelLess The car parking was expensive

I booked a room for 3 nights at a 5 star hotel in London, the Hotelless.com website said the parking at this hotel was free. When I was checking out, a fee for parking was added to my bill. I rang Hotelless, they checked my complaint and credited me the parking fee. I thought I would still make a complaint because I didn't need the aggravation. All in all the Hotelless.com staff were quite helpful but the hotel staff didn't seem interested in my complaint.

HotelLess They fool people and better don't book through them

I booked hotel room through the website www.hotelless.com. The website turned to be real scam, ‘coz I paid through them, but the rep from the hotel told me that they haven’t received my payment. As well as it was impossible to reach the customer services, ‘coz all phones were wrong. This website is scamming people, so please post comments and share your views in order to stop them.
