As an avid bargain shopper, I was impressed with the reasonable hot tub prices of when compared to local showrooms in our area. They are endorsed by the Better Business Bureau so I did not hesitate to order a $5, 000 hot tub from them. It all went downhill from the minute the money exchanged hands. Delivery took 24 weeks rather than 8-12 weeks. The company did not even have the courtesy to inform us of the delay, we had to call them! Then, we finally receive the tub and it overheats to 135 degrees Fahrenheit the first day. We had it set at 105. We have children and this could have been fatal. We called to report the problem and the company said they would take care of it. Two weeks later, we had to call and email again. A month and a half later, we receive a box of replacement parts and have to hire someone ourselves to install them. The hot tub malfunctions again in a week. The whole control panel is broken. Also, the stereo and speakers stopped working properly.

I can bore you with the rest of the details but it will just piss me off even more. Basically, we are screwed. The BBB contacted the company numerous times and they just keep sending us parts. I paid $5, 000 for this hot tub with hard-earnedmoney ! I want a *** refund and they will not give it to us. We have yet to even receive the pillows for the headrests listed on the original invoice! It has been 5 months since we received this over-priced pond and we have yet to be able to use it on a regular basis! Do NOT buy from these crooks! Their prices are so low because they sell JUNK!
