We bought a box of strawberry twinkies. In the middle of the night, my boyfriend got out of bed to have a snack. It was dark in the kitchen and when he went to bite down in the Twinkie, there was a hard black object toward the top of the Twinkie that he bit into. He hurt his tooth on it, turned the light on to discover what looks almost like a piece of wood in the Twinkie. I am including pictures. Not at all happy about this mishap.

I have been buying vanialla hostess zingers for quite some time now but lately they are all burnt and the icing is so hard it crumbles off the burnt cake. I always loved those vanilla zingers but I don't like them dark and burnt. Don't matter what store I go to there all burnt now. They don't taste right anymore. Don't know what happen why they all of a sudden started selling burnt zingers. Probably stop buying them. I hope they can fix this problem thank you.

I purchased a box of the Iced Vanilla Zingers on 2/16/20. The box was completely sealed. I open the box to enjoy, to my surprise the snack cake was opened and the snack cake was hard! I took every cake out of the box purchased, they were all opened.
I buy these often as these are my favorite snacks, never has this happened before. I'm really disappointed.

HORRIBLE... Actual cake feels hard and stale like. Icing has broken up like its outdated. The creme drips out when bitten into. Quality is completely disappointing. This used to be my favorite snack when I was in my teens and as an adult I would purchase by the box. I was really excited to see these in Walmart but now I'm glad I only purchased 2-3 packs. I'm putting the other one in the trash. This is an EMBARRASSMENT to the Hostess name. Will NOT send another penny on this product!

I purchased the box of donuts from a Sam's Club in Canton Michigan. The donuts were the multipack that have powdered and chocolate frosted donuts (individual three packs). There were multiple packs of individual donuts that had only two frosted donuts, instead of three that are supposed to be included in each pack. I was disappointed with the quality of the product, although they did have the same great taste.

On February 11th at around 7:15pm I bought a box of hostess zingers. I took one out of the box and took a bite and it tasted funny, like an aspirin. And I spit it out and looked at the zinger and it had mold on it! I would like something to be done. Because if I get sick its going to be bad on you guys part! So some action needs to be taken ASAP!

Yesterday (2/5/20) I was at Walgreens in Huntington Beach, Ca and purchased a few items including some Hostess Raspberry Zingers. Today (2/6)20) I was excited to enjoy them because I rarely get to, however when I took my first bite it tasted like it had be dowsed in bug spray. Immediately I spit it out & looked at the rest of it when I discovered that there were black & green dots all over the bottom & saw more on the white piece the Zingers sit on. I checked the expiration at Walgreens & then I double checked after I took that bite & it is not close to being expired. The expiration date is February 19, 2020. This is absolutely ridiculous & beyond disappointing. It was a waste of my money & really makes me so butthurt because I really wanted them & can't find them very many places anymore.

I purchased some hot dog rolls and they are very stale. Breaking apart. The expiration date says 03/8/2020. However they are stale. I am upset because I took the time to go and buy these. I had made hot dogs for my family and we were really looking forward to enjoying our meal. This was a waste of time and money and I had to come up with something else to eat

I purchased the powdered mini donuts at Winco foods yesterday they don't expire until Feb 24 2020, When I sat down today to have a few they taste awful almost like they have a chemical on them I had to spit it out immediately. I had my daughter try one and she had the same response . I buy these all the time and I am very disappointed with the quality of this product, won't be purchasing these again

The brownies are burnt and hard as a rock. Can't eat them I'm usually very easy going and don't like to complain but I love hostess usually and this is the first time I'm disappointed. I know mistakes happen but I feel cheated in a way due to paying money for something I expected soft nicely baked brownies not coal like brownies. Still a loving customer.

I got a box of vanilla zingers in December of 2019. When we opened the box to enjoy we noticed one of the zingers was opened. As we looked further there was another zinger opened & only half of it in the package. The first one actually appeared to have the extra half in it's package. It was a very odd sight. I have attached a pic. Of course 2 of our zingers were not edible. That was very disappointing!

I just got a Suzy Q at a gas station because I was craving one. I wish I hadn't! It is dry and the cream is heavy with a yellowish tinge. I actually HOPE it is old and it is not the way they are making them nowadays. I couldn't finish one of the 2 cakes without getting grossed out. I'm now sick to my stomach and have a bad aftertaste in my mouth. What a disappointment and waste of money. These were my favorite Hostess treat as kids and this product is plain unappetizing and nasty. Shoulda put your money into the company to ensure the same quality Hostess was known for rather than buy the Playboy mansion.

I purchased a 10 oz package of these on January 11 2020. As soon as taking one bite It tasted of strong chemical of some type. I had another person taste another one just to make sure I was correct and they said the same. They taste absolutely awful and of a very strong chemical! Please look into this issue! I certainly hope it is not anything that could make anyone very ill! The info on package is :

On January 9th my purchase at Schnucks (Bridgeton) of $57.01 included the purchased of two Hostess Apple Streusel Coffee Cake. First time in all my 53 years have had a complaint about a Hostess product. Just knotty clumps of gritty sugar cover 95% of the top, no taste of apple. Can you please replace these with 2 banana Twinkies? Picture attached of the purchased product.

I purchased one package of hostess donettes crunch, best by JAN 23 2020 this morning at the Bell store in Ashland OH 44805. Most of them were not edible, as they were hard as rocks. Only two of them were soft and able to be eaten.

I was getting these today and there was only 5 donuts in the package instead of 6. I do not want this to happen to other people. I would really like this to be fixed and I don't think it would be that hard to get this fixed and do not want to see this happen again. This is the first and only problem I've had with these and don't want to see any more than this.
