Back in April I had been in contact with customer service regarding a defective charger for our vacuum. When I called to follow up, I was told the part is on back order, and would be shipped in July. It is now Augues, and I still have not received the replacement charger.

Since the charger does not work, we had to purchase another vacuum. I cannot understand why you would not be able to send a replacement charger immediately as I was told the part was unavailable. I truly regret buying this vacuum from Hoover, as it has not worked for the past 4 months, and the replacement charger has not been received. Is this what you call customer service?

Never will I purchase a Hoover product again. Very sad, was once a great product.
