Hi,

I posted an ad on Craigslist saying I was looking for a cat. Today I received an email from this email address [protected]@gmail.com with the name Elizabeth Adams and I was wondering if you have ever had experience dealing with her before.
She told me she had 3 Siamese kittens and she would like me to advertise two of them online because she is not good with computers and then she would give me one for free. It seems like she is not answering some of my questions directly and she just keeps me asking me to let her know when I finish posting the ad. She listed your website and a few others on the list of places she wants me to post the ad.
My gut is telling me this some kind of scam. She says she is in Baltimore MD and that she is moving to Hawaii and that is why she cannot take the kittens with her. She will have the kitten hand delivered to me.

Please let me know if you have ever had experience dealing with her before or if you think this sounds legit or not.

I sign in and it has someone else's name a different state etc. No help from hoobly no way of closing the account! CLOSE MY HOOBLY ACCOUNT OR A LAW SUIT WILL BE ON IT"S WAY TO YOU SINCE YOU WILL NOT PROVIDE A WAY FOR ME TO CLOSE IT! And I have changed my pass word it's still going on! I wasn't sure which category to put this under because there is none telling us how to close our account and no help if you have been hacked other then change your pass word!

Keep getting Cloudfront error thingy when trying to log onto your website:

I've done everything I can to clear it from my computer, but am wondering if HOOBLY has an issue since it's the only site my computer is having a problem with.

Can't get on the Hoobly home page let alone the pet's page.

Please let me know, if this is an issue with Hoobly or not.

I'd like to make you aware of a person or people who are running a scam using your ads. They go by different names but are posting different dog breeds and requesting either MoneyGram, Western Union, prepaid cards, or gift cards. When I searched the number they called me from, because I contacted them for a puppy they had for sale on a Charlottesville Craigslist ad your site came up with several postings with that number. The number is [protected]

I have multiple times reported ads that I know for a fact are people running puppy mills. I bought a dog from a lady last year and was lied to about the dog. She was sick and neglected but I had to get her out of that situation. This woman is still selling puppies for a profit. There are multiple ads for other puppy breeders that are coming from backyard breeders and puppy mills. Aren't there any regulations about this? And why does reporting an ad not actually do anything? If an as is reported on Craigslist or gets removed!

I was trying to send a message to a person that was selling something and when I went to hit send a message, mind you that I'm logged in and everything and it keeps sending me so a message saying send this code to a phone number and I did and nothing happened I tried to reload the page but it didn't work so I tried to close the page and search it back up hoping it would work but it didn't. I really want to send this person a message and there is no other contact information so please help me.

It's not just the texting though its also when I try to enter my profile or messages the same exact thing appears. I even tried to create a new account only for this to pop up as well- send email to this number and this number would appear [protected].

Customer service is horrible. Wrong telephone numbers posted. Trying to create an account and being told to text email address but not working. Can you please fix your website? Since these needs to be longer, I will keep complaining about your website bc I am going to miss getting the Russian Blue kitten from Colombus bc I can't get in touch with the breeder-not cool Hoobly.

I have had adds on here before and i really like your site and your site has been extremely helpful i would like to post more adds but i can not log in. I cannot register and desperately need to get in contact with multiple dog breeders! I text the number with my email address and have waited 2 hrs and recieve nothing. Your customer service phone numbers dont work.. Please assist this is very urgent! Thank you for your prompt assistance. If you could just provide a couple phone number or relay them mine.

I'm locked out, a verification code was suppose to be sent to my phone but never recieved it, now its says text a number with email then I did but no response why is there no company support? To solve this issue! Well it looks like i'm not the only one experiencing this problem, I guess they're going to lose a lot of customers. Plz fix this issue asap

Everytime I try to log in to my hoobly account it sends me a number to text a code to. I do that then it says I can't use the number they told me to use. I am hitting a wall Everytime!
Help! What can I do to fix this problem? I have posted on hoobly for the last 2 years with no problem. I can't message anyone and I can't post anything. I can't log in at all!

On 5-31-18 I met with the above member/seller to purchase the yorkie. False Advertisement.
4 yr. old yorkie is badly malnutrition. She has had previous litters an seem to be used for the sole purpose. I droved 3 hrs. pd. 500.00. Nxt day PetSmart stated she was under weight (can see her ribs) poor health an suggest the pups be aborted. They also informed me that poor dog had no teeth.(dam shame!) She has a breathing coughing problems. She has a sickly smell about her. Now I'm stuck with a poorly sickly dog an no money for medical/medication treatment. To make matters worse she has food aggressions. Only thing I can do is give her to my local SPCA an I'm out of 500.00 that I desperately borrow an must back. Signed up for Hoobly account (free) on 6/2/2018. Attempted to delete account on 6/3/2018 secondary to fake ads and emails telling me my account was accessed today (when I had not accessed it).

Website does not permit me to delete account information. Unable to remove or hide my phone number. Unable to change username. Company provides no contact information. When I search for admin support, I'm sent to ads on the site instead of support. I did not give this company permission to use my personal information!

Company deliberately seems to be hiding its contact information.

Beware! Kitten mill (treasurrredangels) continues to sell sick and neglected persian kittens on hoobly. The sweet kitten that I purchased, and became attached to, died within two months and seller refused to acknowledge issue. The cats listed today are various ages and all look terrible. Eyes and noses blocked with crap. Their house is filthy. I am reporting this person.

Over a week I have tried to get in to my account. I got an email saying someone got in my account and needed to up date and change password. I did that now I keep getting a msg saying they will text me a code never got it and I have been emailing them for a week asking for help and not one email back to offer help or let me know what is going on with my account

Sorry for all these questions (I mean no offense) just that I really need a very loving home for these puppies and I do not want to make any mistake. I am giving away these puppies because I am to travel out of the country in 3 days time for a marine biology-course which is to last for 2 years and I do not wish to travel with the puppies, so I just need to get them into their new home before I travel, I am not out to make money from them since they are just like my own children, my main concern is to give them the best they ever want.

So, this seller is not in the location they are stating on hoobly, the grammar is really poor like they are not american, but also they say they are leaving in 3 days time to another state and most offload their puppies, but when you look at their seller history, they have over 10 current listings of dogs they are selling, all different breeds, so you know something is seriously not right.

The email they sent me is formatted just like the one above, and again, the ad says Minnesota, they tell me in the email it is Kansas, and their phone area code is Ohio. Pieces don't add up.

3 of the ads by this user are my dogs they are trying to scam people! Please remove this user and block them before innocent people get screwed over ! I can provide any type of proof you would like that they are my dogs please let me know what i need 2 do I'll add pictures of their post thank you for your help!

I went on Craigslist to inquire about kittens available. I found an ad and proceeded to text the number [protected] as the contact number. Some person asked for my email address to send current pics of kittens. But then they asked me to text a phone number with a code number they gave me in order to access the pics. Turns out that the number I texted the code to was Hoobly which is a online classified ad resource. So now the person had my email address, my cell phone number and was doing something with those pieces of information to do some scamming on hoobly. I'm presuming that this person scams interested people on hoobly by abusing other people's emails. This person completely disappeared.

I can look through hoobly just fine. Look at the ads etc. once I hit sign in it gives me the option to type in my email address and my password. Then I hit login and it goes to the next page but nothing shows up. It's just a blank page. It shows nothin except the search bar above and you can refresh but that doesn't help either. The blank page just shows up again. I am needing to retrieve my messages and I cannot do so.
