Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) not providing rc of new motorcycle

Dear sir,
I purchased new honda CB shine from Maa Durga Honda which is located in village bodla dist kabeerdham chattisgarh, who is a sub dealer of Anshdeep Honda rajnandgaon, on 16/08/2018. It has been 2 months I have'nt got the RC book of the motorcycle. I visited the shop every weekend they always ask me to come next week. Now i am being compelled by them to Lodge a complaint to you .
Honda India Being a reputed and successful company, I would request you to please help me provinding the RC book of the new bike purchased

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) ignition key set sticks

I brought honda X BLADE in june. From the time of delivery from showroom, I'm facing various problems.The main prolem is
1. The ignition key most of time it stuck, I'm unable to start the bike. When i told to showroom executives they are saying that it is common for all X BLADE. I did'nt expected this type of complaints from honda.I need a solution for this problem because i'm get insulting from all due to this. When i harshly told the complaint in showroom they put rustoff in the key set. So it is only a very short term solution. I need a permanemt solution for this.
2.I'm not getting a smooth engine perfommance from x blade comparing to other honda models. This is cheating from our trusted company honda

Dear sir,
हमने कोई 20 माह पूर्व अंशदीप हौंडा से एक्टिवा क्रमांक 9870 है खरीदे थे। पहले ही दिन से उसके गियरबॉक्स से आवाज आ रही रही थी जिसे सर्विसिंग में ठीक करने का आश्वासन दिया गया था परंतु हर बार सर्विसिंग करके यू ही गाड़ी को लौटा देते है और तकलीफ को ठीक नही किया जाता। पिछली सर्विसिंग में बोला गया कि कंपनी से enginer आ कर रिपेयर करेंगे पर आज तलक कोई समाचार नही है।समझ नही आता कि कंपनी ऐसे लोगो को डीलरशिप कैसे दे देती है। सर्विसिंग के नाम पर लूट मचा के रखे है। पानी से धो कर के पैसा ऐठ लेते है।
कंपनी से निवेदन है कि तत्काल इनके खिलाफ action लेवे।और मेरी गाड़ी को सही तरीके से रिपेयर करावे

Hi, Day before yesterday i has given vehicle for service in saphire Honda JP nagar 2nd phase, i told service adviser 1)millage is giving only 30 kmpl, 2)seat lock is working and i sed him to perform the millage test and tell me yesterday he told me your vehicle is giving 40kmpl i sed ok.he told me your vehicle is ready you can come and take it, after taking delivery of my vehicle i had drives till my home some wired sound is coming from back side tick, tick is coming

i now he had not performed millage test also and he had not test drive the vehicle also, is this the way your treating the costumer, if u cant do the service tell me frankly i will do it from outsiders

Jhalawar Road, Dhanmandi, Kota, Rajasthan India 324007 on 4 May 2018. Bike has balancing problem from date I have bought for this I inform to company and dealer from where it was purchase but they are not resolve the problem. I have register complaint four time to Honda motorcycles and scooters India Private Limited customer care no but they are not able to resolve the problem so please it is kind request to look into matter either replace the bike as soon as possible.

Hi sir this is to inform you that I have purchased Activa 5G STD model on 19-09-2018 at Autofin Himayatnagar showroom Hyderabad. I have a complaint on accessories which they provided with out foot mat now they are saying there is no supply from Honda company for Activa 5G more over they charged me for complete accessories amount i.e Rs.5151 and we almost waited for 3hrs for delivery after issuing my Gate pass at showroom. You can check in and out in their register book for timings. So please give me justification on said issue.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) activa 4g two wheeler

I bought activa 4g red for my father in February 2018. I have been regretting my decision since then to buy it. Since day 1 its having issues from mileage to starting problem to vibration issues. I beared it thinking it will be solved in 1st service . I gave my bike for 1st service at honda service centre located at gokula bangalore. After service i realised that not only they were late on delivery bt they made starting problem worse the vehicle didnt start next day. I went and complained they solved it and i came back. After a couple of days same problem arised i was forced to take time off work and visit the service centre to complain. This time nt only they were rude, they didnt serviced properly. I managed next 2 months thinking i will gt it resolved in the next service seeing their behavior. For the 2nd service i went for jaymahal service centre which is quite far from my home hoping they would do a better job. The bike was fine 10 days after service then same issues of starting and vibration started even milage issue. Nw from last 1 week the bike is parked at home as it wont start only and iam forced to use pick and drop service to deliver it at service centre.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) honda grazia-the worst buys made from honda ever

Honda Grazia was my 1st Birthday gift for my wife and i bought this vehicle after complete trust on Honda which i lost now as i already had 3 two wheelers of Honda in the past.

The vehicle has starting trouble from day-1. Its totally bad where you have Kick everyday morning and use a double stand to do the Kick. As a manufacturer do you even think a girl could put the double stand every morning and do it. Worst design!.

So i do it every morning. The kick start is like kicking a age old TVS scooty manufactured 15 years ago. I mean 20 times to get the vehicle started. Literally i got knee pain after doing this.

I have reported the issue to the VFM Honda service center in KR puram 2 weeks ago. Even after the repaid i kicked this morning 10 times and it didn't start and then with the paid i forcefully used Self start many times to get it started and ready for my wife.

Every day we start the vehicle and use it and even then within 6hours we have to again do a kick start. The only question to Honda, Did this Grazia which i have got go through all your tests.

It would have failed on day-1 if i had tested it. But i don't know which mechanics have tested it.

Totally unhappy and i have told all my friends and family that Honda Grazia is a 2nd hand scooty manufactured by Honda bought it by mistake. I going to consumer forum as it is just 6 months old vehicle and anybody can test it.

Hi,

i have purchased a new honda sb shine bike on 15th march-2018 from yumi honda old delhi road sec-18 gurgaon .

I am not satisfied from this bike because it is quality very poor & bad.

With in three months full bike is sounded as like three -four years old bike .

And pic up is very worst .

I want to replace new bike please resolve my all problems on high priority basis .

I will book a new honda aviator scooter, 5 days before I will get it, but full problems, engine problem, body full scrach and tank coating come to radiator, missing, horn not working, some time not working engine, starting problrm, totaly complent, we dont get register number, lot of times am visiting show room, customer relation and there behaveing is very bad, we are file a police case and also file a case in consumer court, and we all spread about this details on social network, include whatsapp and facebook pages... Bad service and bad bad customer relation, never will go there, and alsio tell to my friends and relatives also

I have purchased a new cbr250 on 1/11/2014 with extended warranty. Now, I have to say as under.

Date of purchased is. 1/11/2014.
Regular free is service done. From the beginning stage it was showing some serious problem from the first day while riding some of it parts gose out which was not fitted properly .. After 2 moth i have noticed somethig wrong wit ma bike balancing problem occured then i relz that the tyre is bearing unevenly from dec 2014 now its feb 2018 its not solved actl kms 43000 kms done.. I brought it from shymas honda allepy and their response and attitude towards it is very bad.. Till date for resolving it i had spent a lot of money i have given ma bike to other authorized service cntr as per other service cntr reqst i have replcd swing arm... And lot of other thing actually now it's a burden for me. . I am planning to file a case against them in consumer court. Many time i have reported it to honda. Till now i dont get any positive reply and any solution.. 2 mnth befr bike wit them for 1.5 moth for same issue some other complaint r der... Actually this is very risky for me tooo.. Sooo

Now this was ma last warning I was informed that your bike has some serious problem maily problem with its chase all other technicians a re telling this expect those in shymas honda they told me that u have brought it from shyams ryt they will replair it. for repairing i have spent a lot of money 40000to 60000 My humbly request you to look in to the matter and help me, This is my complaint Against HONDA and dealer Shymas honda allepy kerala.

U can chk ma service records and Every details how many time i have claim for tyre... The actual life span of ma cbr tyre less than 5000 one of its side bear complete v can c the nylon... 43000kms i have buy 5 back tyre and 4 front tyre + the pair wit new bike wen i brought it 11 tyres.. By risking ma life... The worst situation again the hell wit this .. Am seriously posting review and complaint against dealer in social media .. U surely gonna pay for this. Bike was in showroom still der for last 2 month .. No response from them am fileing case agisnt both of u ..

Iam using honda Hornet 160r bike. my bike runs 23000 km and less than 2 years old. now I have a complaint on my carburetor. my mileage goes down form 50kmpl to 30kmpl. I went to the service centre but they are saying that carburetor have no warranty. carburetor is a engine part so it have warranty but the staffs are lining to me. Iam a B-tech student and done intership in both yamaha and bajaj.in these two companies they are providing carburetor warranty. so please inform that actually there is carburetor warranty are providing or not?

Dear sir/madam
On (date of bike purchase) bought a unicorn bike from your authorized showroom of Deepam motors, tiruvannamalai.

From that the bike getting battery problem still now. So that I was contacted the showroom, they are no response for solution. So many times I am I contact our showroom mechanics, They are giving irresponsible answer for that.. So take necessary action for this kind problem. And also help to replace my bike battery into new battery very worst and show room person very worst behavior in my life..

I have attached all psychical file attached and also hot copy send company address

If there is again the same problem arasing means I will spread bad opinion about that show room and Honda company.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) honda/cb/unicorn-160. I have bought with complaint that engine sound

On 21dec 2016, I bought my 2 wheeler from J.S.P. AUTOMOTIVE, Anna nagar, chennai, with complaint of engine sound. When I point out above they said it can clear after first service. But it has not clear after second service also the engine sound much more than earlier. And now it become starting problem, less mailage, nutral indication problem, low pickup, like that it give much trouble. For above I have given my 2 wheeler seven times to the service station.But no use.So please take possible solution thanking with R VIVEKANANDAN

it has with reference to my various calls at toll free numbers and mails about my complaints (since 5th. sept 2017) about over charges in registration and bad services etc..
the matter and complaint is still unsolved.
as such you are requested to pls do needful at the immediate and resolve the long awaited issues.
regarding the same we talked and discussed the issue with your rajasthan state's hmsi office and spoke to regional service manager devendra ji (name not sure but mobile no. is sure)
at his mobile.[protected] and to mr. sukhvindra ji on [protected]. but sorry to note/say that even they too are not interested in resolving the issue and not taking any step(s) in the matter.
they are well aware of the issue. they are not ready to listen me, when ever I call them they cut the call during the conversations or after hearing my name/place.
they thinks that customer is fool.
they both taking favour of the dealer and his hidden all the missacts from day one. which pls be noted.
on 14/9/2017 I again visited to shree motors (aaiji honda) pali, to inform and request them to resolve the issue.
I am very surprised by the reply giving by them (mr. sandeep choudhry, owner) and his employees.. they rude replied me that " do anything you want/wish, the courts are open, you do whatever u dreamed & wished. you are free to decide. (even the other owner mr. pradeep ji choudhary also well aware abt this reply/answer.
I esteemed customer I wll never hope to listen these kind of replies from dealer etc.

when hmsi asked abt the matter/issue etc. the dealer mislead and gave false/baseless reply to hmsi too.
the dealer wants to keep hmsi in dark, showing me wrong at his level. he better known why...

sir, I am being very much harresed with all of them. even hmsi closing my complaints without taking my satisfaction note etc. from dealer and without confirming that my matter is resolved or not.
every time I am requesting to re-open my complaints which is still not resolved.
so may customers are dissatisfied with dealer and his services rendered to esteemed honda customers.

before I go to consumer forum to fight my legal rights.

my complaint is still not resolved by your dealer n by
hmsi.
made calls to you several times but no response from you and your dealer.
pls do needful at the earliest.
pls treat this as most urgnt n on priority.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) complaint about my new honda dio (fork complaint and handle bar bend)

I purchase my bike Honda DIO with Reg. no.- KL 53 AB TEMP 331 on dated 07 OCTOBER 2017 from AM Honda Perinthalmanna Branch manjeri. I regret to inform you that my scooter handle bar bend and frok damage. I inform to dealer when purchase the vehicle. it feel high problem I went to Honda Service Center Areacode Branch on dated 11 october 2017 they behave very badly to me . then i go to manjeri branch on same date and told about this problem after 1 hrs problem attended and changed handle bar had been done and bike handed over to me after 5 hrs.
I did not get any improvement in bike performance till date. i hope justice for me

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) honda forza

I purchased a new forza five months ago. Since taking it from the showroom the bike has had it engine taken apart twice. Basically because of a very bad rattling noise coming from the engine. Also after three months I had to pay for new rear brake pads. Needless to say, in absolutely disappointed with this Honda product. And I will do my best to advise everyone to think twice before buying a Honda motorcycle. Honda quality doesn't exist.

Hi there,
I had purchased a Honda Activa 3G scooter ( Frame no. ME4JF509BH7116530, Engine no. JF50E76116548, Reg. No. PB10GD8412) from your agency 'pioneer honda, shree dadu autos pvt. Ltd., GT road, Gandhi nagar Dholewal chowk, Ludhiana-148003, Punjab ) on 02/03/2017 for consideration of Rs. 58600/- paid in cash vide your cash invoice no.
VEHINV-PB030002-[protected].
the said vahicle is suffering from unusual noice from engine since the day of its purchase, which was reported to you service centre, Field Gunj, opposit civil hospital Ludhiana, where your mechanics are trying to fix its deffect since 4 months but there is no positive result, in total till now they have opened its engine for 4 to 5 times excluding 3 services done after every month in order to fix its deffect but till now they are not able to settle its deffect which is an manufacturing deffect and is incurable .infact in this long period of repairs they pit so many scratcheson my vahicle due to which it doesn't looks like a brand new vahicle for which I had paid the full amount as demanded by the agency in cash . I have registered my complaints in your company's customer care no. For 4 to 5 times . but till now no setisfectory action is been taken by any of your official . Despite of all my pleadins you have not made good the deffect in the vahicle, which is indeed regrettable & Highly unbusinesslike . on account of your aforesaid Dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same, I have suffered a lot of inconvenience, mental harrasment & incurred expences which you are liable to compensate to me . you are hereby finally called upon to:- *Replace the vahicle with new vahicle ( as its deffect is incurable and its a manufacturing deffect, 4 to 5 times tried by your mechanics to fix it but gained no seccess, and now I m not going to accept this vahicle after paying you the price of brand new vahicle )and /or, *Return the price charges paid. Failing which I shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances, both civil and criminal as are warranted by the Law beside filing up a complaint under the statutory provision of the consumer protection act 1986 exclusively on your own risk, cost and responsibility, consequences of which you please note.
Sorry I m writing this complaint in this way, but I m really harrased by your appointed people in agency . I hope you will try to help me get justice.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) honda navi - bs4

Purchased honda navi bs4 vehicle on 24th may 2017 from kalyan nagar, hrbr layout branch, bengaluru. It's been 3 weeks, haven't got the number for my vehicle. Every time, I checked with the sales rep, the reply was - "we haven't got approval from the rto".

I met the customer relationship manager on 14th may. He told me that they haven't got a approval letter from the honda company. Not sure whom to trust - sales rep or the crm.

Need the vehicle number at the earliest. Had been riding the bike with lot of fear of cops stopping me and furnish all the documents.

Appreciate quick action from hmsi.

There are some issues with the bike, had taken it to the service centre, they had fixed them, but same issues propped again after a day. First service is due on 23rd june as per the data shared by the showroom people.
