Honda Motor honda accord euro

Dear Honda Australia,
I would like to formally lodge a complaint and a serious one. Yesterday I was driving with my son and the electric steering power warning light came on and the car became extremely heavy. There was no power whatsoever to steer.
I could have had an accident and had to have the car towed by NRMA. I have a Honda Accord euro. Could a manager please call me as both of us driving on Heathcote Road could have had a fatality.
I am extremely disappointed with Honda and believe the company has a responsibility to Fox this iissue. My mobile [protected]. Regards Simrin Dulat. P.S. I will have no hesitation in taking this matter to the media. So please do the right thing

With regards to the progress of my case, I am utterly disappointed that in all instances i have had to instigate either a phone call or an email to Honda Australia. To date I have had no joy. My patience is wearing down and I have no choice but to escalate this matter to the department of fair trading motor vehicles disputes and complaints. I will be lodging a formal compliant tomorrow morning unless someone from Honda has the decency to at least give me an outcome no later than to, or row.
It has well and truly been over a week and surely by now the so- called teams would have had a response. I was asked to give the case team some team and I have kept my promise, but this is now getting a quite ridiculous. Position yourself in my shoes and I am sure you would be terribly disappointed with the way this case has been handled. I even called up Honda Kirrawee Service centre this afternoon and spoke to a lady by the name of Alissa and she has no record or notes of Honda touching base with her or for that matter keeping her in the loop.
So for the last time can I urge you to be pro-active rather than reactive and provide me with a response. I paid a lot of money for this car and with a reputable and reliable brand only to be stuck with a lemon. I am looking at upgrading over the next year and was keen on a Honda but no I am having second thoughts.
I am going to leave this in your capable hands but please do not take me for a pushover.
Your assistance in expediting this matter with an outcome will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Honda, I would like for this matter to be resolved at the lowest level but Honda Australia have failed to do so. I believe that that Honda Australia do the right thing and resolve my issue i.e. to fix the electric power steering to my vehicle. Honda Motor fraud case

Dear sir,

I was in search to get a second hand scooty in olx, I got some contact person name: tej kumar (indian army) I texted him through olx chat and he replied with his whatsapp contact no. [protected]. I contacted him via call and I have a call regarding also and had a conversation regarding,
A) why you selling activa scooty in lower cost?
His reply: it was useless for me as I am shifting somewhere else due to my official duty.
B) I will order a scooty, and book it now and when can I get it?
His reply: sir, for this you need to pay rs. 2000 via paytm as an advance payment of cost of the scooty.
Then I made a payment of rs. 2000/- till I make a payment he use to follow-up frequently.
After that as per him, I again paid rs. 5100/- via paytm only. After some time we had a conversation on a call, that we again need to pay rs.100/- to the delivery boy for the confirmation receipt on an email. After that I paid rs. 7800/-. Total I have paid rs. 15, 000/-
Till now am interacting with him to refund my amount but he is saying that he will refund the money within a month and telling make additional advance payment of rs. 80150/- and you will get scooty delivery.

Dear friends, please don get cheated with these kind of persons and please help me out to get my amount back. So that we can track him. Till now I have paid total 20, 000/-.

Also I have all the payment proof and also call recordings.

Please help me what I can do further? I need help and want my money back.

Waiting for a reply from the department.

Honda Motor abs/vsa modulator

I was driving honda accord since 1993.in 23 November 2013 I bought a new honda Accord 2.4. sometime in Jan 2018 there was a messages came up to check VSA and ABS systems. Dash lights for VSA, ABS remained on.

on 28 January 2019 I took to my dealer and was told is VSA/ABS modular malfunction. Ans they told me I cannot repair under new car warranty not event goodwill warranty. I was told that warranty no longer applied and it will cost me 8k. I have driven many honda but no such issues. I made a complaint to honda malaysia but not successful. all mechanic said it is unusual for the VSA system to fail. Can you assist me? Thanks

Honda Motor 2018 honda crv

I hoe this email finds you well.

My name is Mohammed Taleb living in Kuwait. I love Honda cars and I have 4 of them at my house used by my family. One of these cars is a brand new 2018 Honda CRV car bought it new for my wife from Honda agent/dealer in Kuwait.

I have have a serious issue with the Honda dealer in Kuwait and I cannot solve it out.

I appreciate your immediate action to support me as customer with the issue I face with Honda Kuwait.

The issue I faced with Honda Kuwait as follows:

I bought a brand new 2018 Honda CRV for my wife from Honda Kuwait and I have made full protection insuranc on the car.

Few months after using the car, my wife had an accident with the car, and we gave the car to Honda Kuwait to evaluate the damages occurred due to the accident and let us know.

Honda Kuwait have received the car, and after 35 days of receiving the car they have told us that the car is ready and fixed.

When we went there to receive the car they have told us that they have fixed the damages and it is ready to take.

Before I received the car, the employee at Honda told me that there is welding works done on the chassis, and he told us that we should be already informed about it before they fix the car (which was not happened).

We told Honda employee that nobody from Honda call us informing us about any job to be made on the car and we were not informed the they will weld the chassis.

The employee have checked the car file and he found out that nobody from Honda contacted us for the car and informing us that the chassis needs to be welded as a part of the work that should be done on the car.

The procedure here in Kuwait is that the company contacted the car owner and inform him about all needed job for fix the car, and get the customer signature and approval to fix the car.

Honda Kuwait have not called me and did not get my signature and approval to fix my car.

The employee at Honda Kuwait forgot to contact us and he took the decision to fix my car without refer back to me.

As per my contract with the insurance company, and since I have welding works on the chassis, this works will reduce the price of my car by 50%, so they (the insurance company) should give me back the insured price of the car.

Honda Kuwait cheated us and did not inform me or the insurance company that they will do welding works on the chassis, and they have fixed the car without referring back to me.

Now the value of my car reduced 50% due to the mistake done by Honda Kuwait. And I have refused to take the car from Honda, and my wife without a car since December, 2018 till today.

I appreciate you immediate support as a company we always trust to fix this issue with Honda Kuwait.

Honda Kuwait cheated me and the insurance company by not informing us about the exact work to be done on the car. And therefore I lost the chance to get my money back from the insurance company.

I need Honda Kuwait either to get me back the price of this car, or to give me a new one (AS THIS MISTAKE CAUSED BY HONDA KUWAIT).

I am attaching the report from Honda showing the jobs that done on my car without my approval, and also without my signature on it.

Honda Motor crv 2013 hatch does not open during rainy or icy weather

It is so frustrating to have to wait sometimes up to 5 minutes for the mechanism to respond to the key signal to open the hatch. This is not a battery issue as i've replaced the battery. Its something in the wiring. Of course this happens most often during foul weather. Not only is it a pain to be waiting with groceries in the pouring rain for the lock to open but, it seems this is a personal safety hazard as I am in a parking lot and unable to quickly unload my things and purse. Ridiculous. Dangerous. Annoying. How about a recall to fix whatever the problem is?

Honda Motor honda fit 2014

I have a Honda Fit 2014 VIN Number GE61718808, I have a problem with this car, the car engine often dies suddenly while being driven.
I have tried checking to the nearest Honda workshop but the mechanics does not know exactly what the problem is.
I read about Honda Recall and my car is one of them. But unfortunately, I could not do it because the location of my car was far from Japan.
What should I do? Please help me solve this problem. I will be very grateful for your help. I hope Honda Japan will help me.

Honda Ruting Service station, Rijeka, Croatia working deep below Honda standard. Service not reliable, ordered spares fitted on other one car then spares requested for correct one, jobs finished partially, staff not reliable, rough and with very poor communitatio standard especially service engineer Leo Crvic. Necessary immediatelly actions to put service station on Honda standards.

Sir i have honda vezel 2014 z model, i am facing a problem after some long drive hill area or any traffic jam my car has been stopped and does not pick acceleration then stopped engine for half an hour then goes...

why honda representative in Mauritius does not take care of cars imported from Japan. Eal Man hin has a crappy service for people who has exported honda from Japan. This is having adverse effect on Honda brand name. I send an e-mail last year to EAL MAN HIN but still has not got a response

Honda Motor warranty issue

Dear sir / Madam

I have Honda Accord 2014. I was regular in maintenance until I got an issue in the paint
I took it to the agent in Bahrain while the car under warranty but they refused to do it. I paid for it after some time I got to take it for major maintenance and I have told them will postpone it for the next maintenance while that I got an issue in the air conditioning but they said it's out of maintenance cuz of not done the major one.

How it can be that ?

Honda Motor 2013 honda accord power steering failure

On September 12, 2013 I had my vehicle towed to Jay Wolfe Honda Kansas City Missouri, due the Power Steering failure. The service department diagnosis the problem and contacted me couple days later stating that the power steering was defective and quoted a price of $2, 700.00 to be repaired and it was not under warranty. I stated to service man that was ridiculous with the vehicle only being five years old relatively low mileage (80, 000) and wanted to contact Honda Corporate. The service man than stated he would submit a quick claim to corporate, I asked what exactly was that? The service man stated that it was a request asking Corporate to pay a portion of the bill ($2, 700.00). I also brought to the the service man's attention that "Edmunds.com" had filed a complaint with the Honda Corporation on November 11, 2014 that 374, 000 complaints were filed against Honda regarding the Power Steering failure which then opened investigation in Washington against Honda Corporation. At present there has been no recall in place. I also contacted the Honda headquarters and was told after waiting three days that there was nothing corporate could due and they regret that this had happened. I informed Honda Corporate that I had purchased two Honda Accords and just referred my sister to Jay Wolfe Honda the exact same dealer I had previously purchased my vehicles from two weeks ago and my sister had also purchased a vehicle. In returned Honda Corporate replied "thanks for being a loyal customer ". I just want to reenterate I was very disappointed in the way the matter was handled and I would never ever purchase another vehicle or refer anyone to Honda ever again and after all the money I have spent over the years with this company in return I get "thanks for being a loyal customer ".

Honda Motor front brakes

Problem:

Front brakes become bumpy & noisy & not working well when applied while going down from a higher elevation (down slope), even if the speed is 20 MPH or lesser.

I brought my vehicle to your dealership twice already, because of this issue. They did servicing the brake, but still the problem is there. The dealership name is San leandro Honda here in San Leandro, California.

I refer the matter to American Honda, but sad to know that they don't have the technician or personnel that can address this problem.

Honda Motor honda city car in pakistan. late delivery. wrong commitment

Dear sir my name is naveed aslam. I am from pakistan. I bookef my honda city from honda faisalabad. Before booking I asked to mr mushtaq that when will u deliver car he comitt me that he will deliver car in june. I said ok. Remember it was december 2017. I booked my car but honda send me msg that your car will deliver on 31 of august. I called to mr mushtaq what is that but he said doesnt metter I will give u car in june.in may we call him that when u will deliver car. He said arrange your balance payment with 1 lac extra because rates are increased. We said ok and send him balance amount in may. He doesnt deliver us car in june. And daily tells us lie that ur car is coming tomorrow. We feel very bad about honda policies and attitude. Now on 9 july he is saying that rates are again increased by rs 30k but why they are asking us for 30k. We made full payment nearly 50 days ago. This is very bad from honda. They are saying give us 30k and we will give u car in august. This is wrong sir. U can do inquiry on that. My phone no is [protected].

Honda Motor manager

Hi I m dhineshkumar from somanur ([protected]).
I bought activa 4g on 25.05.2018 at karumathampatti branch. I have issue with the manager. The manager deals a customers as like a cheap people's. He saying stupid things as a excuse for the delay and also if we ask anything he doesn't responds correctly.. My activa register on 26.06.2018. After a month I got my registeration no. There doing very worst in behaviour. The manager act like he is the boss of this branch. Interation between the customer is very worst from the manager santhosh [protected]). Always giving a silly reason for delay... For extra fitting they fixed the ladies handle only on 03.07.2018. While asking about that the manager said that is not an issue. Kindly take immediate action.

Honda Motor damaging the interior of my car after being sent for repair

I have purchased a honda civic 2017 last November from your shuwaikh showroom branch in Kuwait, and as you know honda is a trusted name for most of people as well as the name of your local agent, so its totally unacceptable for me as customer whose family had been a honda user for almost 30 years to send my car for alghanim bodyshop and repair center "your local agent " on the 22nd of June 2018 to repair a damage in the rear bumper and another one in the left quarter panel and be treated with a lot of carelessness and recklessness... i was told my car will be ready in 10 days and i received it after 35 days and in that period i had to rent a car for a very long period of time that costed me a lot money not to mention the discomfort ...after i received it i checked the repaired parts and they were fine but it was so unclean and dirty from the inside with the fabric of the back seat being torn as it looks with a sharp tool, and it seems to me that they used to as a truck to transfer items which caused a lot of mess and damage to the car interior and when i reported this to your local agent they said they will talk to the manager and never came back to me with an answer...i guess the A, B, C of any service company is to show respect and care to the customers! how about a well known name like yours!
Im asking for a prompt action and compensation for the losses and to spot the light on the rudeness of the customer service of your local agent because you will be losing a lot of customers because of this!

Honda Motor quality of service provided by viva honda (vcm agencies ltd, mumbai. india) for our honda city.

The car was sent in for a regular service and the following unprofessional responses were received -
1. Service Advisor attending to us was rude and unprofessional.
2. Rates quoted changed "thrice" for the same part during the day.
3. Multiple calls had to be made by Customer a Service Advisor followed up proactively.
4. The car was returned in a shabby condition with "NewsPapers"being used as foot mats.
5. Inspite of providing a written feedback on the form and speaking to their Feedback team for customer service on the 21st June 2018 no response has been received until today - 25th June 2018.

Honda Motor 2015 honda fit - pre-owned

Hello,

I am writing this letter today as I thought I would never have to!

Being a long time Honda Owner with several makes and models both in my 26 years of marriage and in the last six years through a divorce.

The staff at Honda has seen me through alot and have been there for me up to now.

Unfortunately I was in a auto accident back on Nov 1st, 2017 that totaled my bought and paid for in cash 2013 Honda Civic, I was then in a position to have to purchase a new vehicle. Insurances paid out my car for over and above the amount as to the condition on how well the car was maintained
and cared for prior to being hit by the 2017 Silverado truck.

In researching auto's available to me your Honda - West dealership (-where I have always gone) had a Certified Pre-owned -2015 Honda Fit EX/EXL for sale.
This was my first Certified Pre-Owned as I have always purchased or leased new. I was told that It was to be fully warrantied and a new battery was also to be put in as it was approaching 3 years old.

What a mistake this car has been.

It had alot of dings that Honda West said they could bump out.. They only did the back bumper and not very well - Still looks a mess.
It was making a wining and bump noise.. The Salesman Greg Laresen said that was a normal sound.
So I drove it for about a month - the noises got louder.
I had to take a small loan out for the difference in the insurance check & the cost of the car. They messed up the interest and tried to give a loan for the whole amount,
I only needed $5, 000.00 but they said all car loans were a min of $7, 000.00. Then they over financed the loan.

Brought it back in for a look over.. First of February 2018, The Struts were horribly bad and needed to be replaced.
Struts and parts were ordered - Brought the car back in to be serviced. All the parts were not in.
Additional parts had to be ordered as the front end of the car was totally off alignment.
Brought the car back to be serviced again. Took until the 1st of March 2018 to get it all done and they said it had checked out fine.

Car was fixed they say. It still makes a wining sound. The electrical and blue tooth were not working that well. Was not starting well either.

I was at work, Wednesday May 2, 2018 and heading to lunch
Went to start the car and all it did was click, click, click, and the lights on the dash were flashing, It would NOT start. I thought the starter was bad, But how could it be?
I called Honda West service and spoke with Tara,. She said to bring it in. How could I.. It didn't start, I asked for Honda to come pick it up.. They could not as there drivers were already on calls.
I work about 40 miles away and it was already 2:00pm
Tara made a 5:15 appointment for the car and I called AAA (I have there road service) to get a tow — Honda would not guarantee to be able to look at it anyway so I would have to leave it with them.. I have no other car and they were not willing to get me a loaner that late in the day.
I was furious at this point..
Called AAA the came out in 20. min Looked it over and said the battery was dead, Gave me a read out of less than 3%.
This was supposed to be a NEW battery when I purchased the car.. It was not.
AAA put in a new battery at a cost to me of $138.55

After work I went over to Honda West requesting they re-reimburse me for the battery as it was supposed to have been a new one at purchase They were closing in 20 min and Don Murrel, the Services Associate I spoke with said he would call me the next day after he spoke with the Service Manager Brian Haffey. He took copies of both the battery read & the AAA bill.

Well NO call the next day - I called Friday to speak with Brian Haffey and he had no intension of doing anything. He said he would have to speak with his Regional Supervisor Kevin Bushy. I had to bring the AAA Bill and Battery read in again because they has thrown out the one I gave them because they had the wrong car listed down, Brian said he would call me back first of the next week He did not. I had to call him. May 14, 2018 I did. He said Kevin would give me 1/2 of the $138.55 towards a service but they would NOT reimburse me for the battery. Brian had also let it slip that my car had alot of work done on it alt ready in Oct 2017 that Honda paid for on my behalf., When I told him I was not the owner in Oct of 2017 he got quite pushy with me and said - well there is nothing we can do.. I told him, I think they fixed up a bad car and sold it to me.. aka a so called LEMON. He said, well you cant prove that.. I said - well if this is the way I am being treated over a $138.55 battery That was Supposed to be New when I purchased the car maybe I should buy my cars elsewhere,.
This was very upsetting in the way I was treated, Your Service Manager Brian Haffey has NO Service - Especially to long time customers.

I would like the $138.55 reimbursed to me that I had to pay for a battery that was supposed to be new and I am also requesting that this Honda Fit be re-looked at, I paid over $18, 000.00 with the over priced financing. I am truly concerned that I am driving an UN SAFE HONDA LEMON.

I look forward to hearing back from you to restore some faith in Honda.

Honda Motor to japan general manager of honda locomotives

Hong Kong's agent is Chanki Motorcycle Co., Ltd.
Explain that you did not provide model NC750X (blue) to Hong Kong in June 2018
I hope that you can deliver the car to the general agent in Hong Kong as scheduled
I have set a car on April 28, 2018 and received a notice at noon on May 11, 2018. You can't deliver the car to Hong Kong. I'm very disappointed.
I hope you can explain and follow up with enough goods to provide Hong Kong

Honda Motor knocking noises in gear conversion

Referring to my case.

I bought new honda city hybrid BPK 8427 on 3/2/2018. When you put your car in gear, there should be minimal noise. The transmission should engage easily, and you should be able to drive without any effort.

1. I am hearing knocking noises when the car is put in gear (shift mode to P, R, D, N). This noises exist even when the car is in idle condition and even you can hear it from the outside.

2. While driving, when the car pick up speed even at (20km/h to 30km/h. There is ticking noise. The gear [censor] was initially smooth.

Both this issues was not encountered during the first 2 weeks after the car was purchased. I have raised the issues during my FIRST service at Angkasa Motor, yet it was not bothered and informed as normal for hybrid cars by the service technician.

3. Mr. Tan Service and Repair Manager (Angkasa Motor Sdn Bhd)

- Mr. Tan checked the car and acknowledge the issue. He confirmed *IT IS NORMAL* for i-DCD (intelligent dual-clutch drive). To have operational noises during clutch exchange. I really appreciate his effort in going extra miles to inspect the car condition.
- I am dissapointed and unacceptable for me to agree with such explanation. I drove test drive car and my wife did too before we purchased the car. We even have proof stated by Honda the car's gear conversion/ gear shift mode is smooth and seamless. Recently, I even took the trouble and tried test drive the city hybrid car AGAIN in Kah Motor Penang. I hereby attach the video proof and sales advisor's name card. This car is tested by myself, with the sales person and Honda technician. Both of them agreed agreed the gear conversion must be smooth and should not be any noise. It was indeed very smooth for the test drive car which was used since August 2017 (Kah Motor Co. Sdn Bhd) !

4. Honda Customer Service

- Honda does not give much important to its client as much as before they purchase their car. I have been trying to reach Mr. Din for past few days and the answers given is either he is in meeting/ outstation which is the same reason to avoid talking to customers. I am surprised Honda is not taking responsibility to face the situation and giving lame excuses. I have encounter few disputes with your customer service team over petty issues and they do not keep up as much to promises for any callbacks or records to Honda's standard. I am taken aback by Honda for their terrible customer service support, this shows lack of professionalism and tarnish my confidence on Honda even more right now.

I really hope Honda will give serious attention to this matter.

I have similar problems and filed a case to the Tribunal for hearing already. I noticed there is another user sharing the same fate in this post. I replied in her section. Good thing about this platform is it gathers stories of Honda users with similar fate but it will take our own effort to gather info and present it to the tribunal. Hope your case is resolved.

Sir,
I am a honda civic customer since 2015. Two years your service was good...but now it os going below average. Service should be same for all the customers regarless of nationality. Even the minute fault in delivering a service is quite annoying. I hope service in kuwait will improve. Cost of each service goes high each year and quality the other way.

Honda Motor honda saudi arabia's dealer rejected my car.

I'm Saudi citizen and I bought Honda Accord model 2017 from Emirates and currently, I have window issue on the right rear one, once there is rain the window will open till half and does not close up again. The second issue is that there is a cut on the first part of the protection steel located on the top of the exhaust pipe. The Saudi Honda's dealer rejected receiving my care and their reason is that I bought it outside of Saudi Arabia.

I look forward to your replay as soon as possible.
