1. This is my 2nd complaints on water sipping inside my car after heavy rain. I was informed that it was caused by leaves stucked at the hole on the door. I was advised by the mr ricky and mr yap not to park my car under the tree so often in order to prevent this from happen again. No other solution! No further investigation was done too. Cannot believe honda car so bad quality that cannot park under the tree. As if it is the customer's fault to park the car under the tree that cause the car flooded with water.

2. Bad and rude customer service by mr richard and mr Yap at kah motor ipoh telling us to inform their HQ directly for the car quality.

3. Car carpet and affected area still wet with water at the time of collection of car.
4. I will visit Mr. Yap a d Ricky commend "Honda car cannot park under the tree" at social media all over the world.

Honda Motor Reverse camera misaligned

Dear Mr. Toichi Ishiyama,

I need to request for your help on a safety issue I am having with my Honda Civic. I am writing in as I am not accorded the required help and assistance from Honda Malaysia.

My Honda Civic reverse camera parking guide is not aligned. If I were to park following the parking guide, I will certainly knock into another car (or object) on my LEFT. The alignment is off by about 1.5 feet. This issue came with the car when it was delivered. It is a safety issue. When I brought it up to the attention of your service centre, they said that they cannot do anything as the camera is fixed. Also they want to fault me for 'skipping service schedule' therefore no warranty is applicable. I want to say that the 'service schedule dates was only written on my service booklet on my last visit on 29/Nov 2020. Before that, I only had the impression that my service was due when I hit 12000km. By the way, my current car mileage now is only 9000km. When challenged on this, your insists that they cannot do anything on this.

I want to reiterate that this is a safety issue as the misalignment of the camera can cause accidents. The problem came with the car. If an accident were to happen, it is not necessarily due to bad driving but due to misguide by the camera parking system. Honda should take serious responsibility on this matter and honour your Honda quality and safety standards.

I would ask that you help me to have this problem rectified as the local service centre and Honda Malaysia has said that they will not take this forward. I am attaching two pictures for your reference. One is showing the actual visual guide shown by the
car camera (which is misaligned) and the other one showing the car actually parked in to a proper box even though the camera showed the misalignment. If I were to follow the camera guide, I would have hit the car on the LEFT side during parking.

Again, I appreciate your action on this matter as I am concerned on safety. If another driver is not aware of the misalignment, it will certainly cause accidents.

I hope this issue can be resolved.

Honda Motor Africa twin motorcycle 2020

My husband purchased a 2020 Africa Twin motorcycle from Bob Beaverton Portland
The dealership just inforned me that the parts will only arrive in November the motorcycle has been in the repair shop for 3 weeks and only has 4000 miles on it. He almost died on a trip where the motorcycle would lose power while overtaking a truck. They have to replace a fuel pump
No one can tell me what to do regarding this. Do I keep paying for something that I cant use? Do I get a refund? Do I cancel the deal?

Honda Motor Purchase experience of a used car at Honda of Thousand Oaks

I came to Honda of Thousand Oaks with my wife to buy a used car. We already pre-shopped on their website and found a used Acura. Right from the start we were treated to old wheeling and dealing sleazy used car salesman tactics. The kind that I would expect at some corner lot with a guy in a gold chain. They made us wait forever for an answer then came back with all kinds of excuses. Finally I got up and walked out only to have the manager chase after me. He came down less than a hundred dollars. I said I need to discuss with my wife. When I came back to his agent and said, OK LETS DO IT. I then waited another half an hour only to have them go back on their word and Armando Valdez (general sales manager) lied through his teeth and looked me in my eyes and claimed he never made the offer.

Honda Motor About the service I had done for so many times

I done my new civic service in Honda dealer for 3 years. Today my friend working in the work shop found that my civic car gear box spill out with oil. And I screw gone. What happen with service within this unprofessional? What for I spent money to do the servicing in Honda ? Air filter in dirty condition and the box very dirty with full of dust. Is this the professional service of Honda dealer supply to cheat their customer dunno about car? And they never inform me what happen with the spill oil problem. My email is : [protected]@live.com

Secondly so many times I request to you to get back my termination which was done by Mr maqsood ur Rehman Rehmani forcefully to me he passed order to stop my coaster service my food main gate and my work station only based on nepotic culture and biased decision

All the time very first day he did unjustice to me he didn't allow me complete facilities and mentally harresed me about sehar San and resemble my personality with her to make me disordered personality I need justice and request to you several times to take right decision

May I ask the reason why he took try revenge to me n dismiss from my rights before this he did try to threat me so many time and calling to my family regarding my life threats in all matter zafar San of HR sohail San of HR nawaz sharif of logistics n aneela naseem of HR n noman San of HR involved in it they misrepresentate to the vice president of HR and create problems for me all the time I also try to lodge my complaint to honda motor Japan but still awaited of positive respond by you

A seat is a respect of any associate if anyone remove you from your seat without any logical reason just because of his or her personal revange or egoistic nature this is an insult so pls give me return to my respect with full due deligence. Honda Motor Honda HRV (Car Reg No. AKL 566)

1) 4th Feb 2020 sent car to above addressed service centre due to gearbox failure.
2) Service centre submitted report for claim of warranty. Honda Malaysia reject claim. Technician says probably due to lack of photos submitted.
3) Resubmit with additional photos/etc and got rejected again. Reason unknown to me.
4) 3rd time resubmission on around 25th Feb 2020 and was told to wait 7-10 working days.
5) It'll be a full month in another 2 days and I wasn't given a temporary car to use.
6) What kind of warranty service is honda giving to its customers? We already followed the required rules of warranty which is to require the car to be serviced only by honda appointed service centres & which we met that requirement. Then, when we request for a temporary car we are denied any due to many reasons. Do you know how much of losses incurred to me each and every day without a car to move about? If this is going to go on further and delay my car repair works, I am going to tell everyone in the media social how poor quality honda cars are and also to discourage people from buying but go for Toyota cars instead.

Honda Motor motor

In the month of november 2018 I purched a Honda Civic 1.5 T manual transmision hatchback.
On the 15-11-2018 I proudly recieved the car. I made this purchase after reading many excelent reviewes about this company and car model. I have been using this car since I purchest it and was very happy with it and have been giving the car very excelent reviews to all my friends and family.
This Morning the 03-02-2020 I was driving my car to work and about 2 kilometers from my house in a roundabout at a speed of about 30 kmh my care made a very loud noise and whute smoke came out of the engine compartment. I stoped after about 40 meters when this happend.
I had the car towed to a Honda authorized garage were I have been doing all my car care.
they put the car on a lift and told me that the piston had broke and that parts of it had came out of the car (attached are photos) they told me that they will contact the importer (in Israel) which is the country were this car was bought and were I live. After about 2 hours I recieved a call from the importer and he, shockingly, told me that the motor is not warranted (something about rpm)
I am asking you to plaese help me with the warranty to the motor I have only 38, 000 km and 14 months.
I understand that there is a three year warranty. I am very very shocked and very very disapounted from the importers answer to me please help me and for you to keep your excellent reputation.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the owner of a WRV CAR no UP25 CM 2740 which I bought on January 4th 2019 from Eternal Motors Bareilly UP243001.

My first and second service went off without a hitch and I was very happy with the service and the professionalism of the people I had to deal with especially Mr. Devendra who was the main person who convinced me to buy this car when I was changing my SX4 Maruti.

But the third service which was left me disgusted and totally unnerved at the way I was spoken to by Mr. Shivam Saxena. who was handling my car in the service dept. He had no clue.
Anyway...to give you the details ...The girl Shefali made a couple of calls to me informing me about the due date of my service and my insurance. But since my husband was in for surgery and I was down with viral I explained to her and she was kind enough to understand. Finally, we got in touch and we settled the date and time...for 11:30.
As I was driving Shefali called me to ask and confirm and I told her I would be there in 5 minutes.
I reached your gate at 11:20...met with Mr. Shubam Saxena...and asked him how long would it take...and he told me 2 hours. ...it was a routine service as my car was running very well and very smoothly.
We waited in the freezing cold...for 5 hours. I kept on asking them and they said it had gone to the wash.
Meanwhile I took my cheque book to your insurance counter and the lady with the glasses was rude impolite and had no clue. They said they had to call a surveyor...so I asked them todo so...but they said only after my car had been serviced...so I requested them to let me make the payment as from past experience, I know that even to get a voucher it takes about 20 minutes in this place.
She just didn't know anything...and was actually chatting up a friend on the phone while I stood there.
Anyway...we tried to ask people to please speed up as I had an appointment with the Surgeon at 4 pm...but no one was bothered.
I spoke to the service manager who told me that it was written on my paper that it will take 5 hours...I was aghast! I asked Mr Shubham...and he told me some cock and bull story ...until I lost my temper...walked into the workshop and told them..enough is enough ...I want my car.
There were scratches on the bonnet...and I pointed that out...and the windshield was dirty...insides hadn't been cleaned...two of my mud guards were missing...
But no one was listening...So I took the car and drove out...in disgust.
My car which was in perfect condition has been ruined. The noise in the clutch...the a/c makes a whirring sound which was so silent earlier...and there is some noise. I saw a young boy take something out of my right front wheel...but it was not replaced or put back. I stood there at the viewing gallery and watched my car just lying there with no one doing anything.

I called up Mr Devendra to settle all this but to no avail. No one takes the call.
I had taken my husband along to buy a sedan but now we are definitely not going to...and this has been put on the social media too.
There was no apology no nothing which is totally unacceptable to me.
I didn't want to take up the matter with you but now ...Eternal Honda has left me with no choice.

I just want my car fixed and running like it was...that's all. If there is nothing done by the 31 st I will have to take action.
Otherwise, I will have to take this matter up with the higher authorities... or the consumer forum.

Honda Motor nav system and stereo

Why do you export second hand cars to NZ and not reprogram them for our country witch is English and not provide the service for the second hand vehicles you sell here. Not every one in NZ can u derstand your stupid language and you should have programs and support for the vehicles you sell in this country. I will be contacting the consumers instatute of NZ about this issue as I won't let this rest. This is a promise and not a thread.

Honda Motor sales department

To Whom It May Concern,

I recently purchased a Honda Civic at Al Futaim Motors in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE. When looking at cars my husband told the sales people we needed a certain engine size because in a few years we would be sending it to EGYPT. We also told the dealers that I was going to finance but we were registering it under my husband's name because he is Egyptian and I am American. We were very clear that we needed the bill and proof of first owner to be under my husband's name. I think we mentioned it three or four times. And asked if it was a problem. Nobody said it would be. However after selling us the car they informed us it was against the law. Even if they didn't know this prior, they should have looked into it before telling us no problem. I get the feeling they just wanted to sell the car. I am livid that they were not honest about this from the start. If this was the case we would have financed it under his name as well. (He has another car under finance so we thought it would be easier and quicker to just finance under my name). But they were not forthcoming, and when my husband confronted them on the phone, they did not seem to care very much. He asked if they could make a paper stating that I am financing it but the first registered owner is my husband, otherwise we can't send it to Egypt in a few years. They have yet to get back to us about it.

This was not the only issue we had either. We were meant to finish everything and receive the car Thursday. We went to pick it up and the Chassis Number was wrong in the system, so we couldn't register it. This was due to the dealer's error. My husband even brought the poor bank guy to finish so we could have the car for the weekend. So we rented a car for the weekend. We were told to come back Saturday and it would be all set. We get there Saturday and a different guy said you can't pick it up because the plate people are closed until Sunday. Yet again another statement made without care for the customer. In fact I was ready to give the car back on Sunday when we finally picked it up, but I really did not want to deal with your sales department anymore. I just can't fathom how you can hire people for Honda, with your name to protect, who are so apathetic about customer care!

I will tell you this. I have been a Toyota buyer my whole life. I have been since I was 16 actually. But my husband convinced me to go for a Honda because he said you cars are better. But after this experience I will be buying my next car from Toyota.

I hope you can perhaps set up some training about researching and confirming specific requests, before stating it to a customer. And perhaps a training about caring for the data they input when selling cars so customers don't have to wait three extra days to pick up their new car, would be helpful as well.

Honda Motor honda city car

I, Farzana Farooq Booked One Honda car in June 2018 by Booking order No [protected] but it has not been delivered yet.
The Car was Booked at Honda Montgomery Sahiwal Pakistan a Honda dealer with Head office
Honda Atlas Cars (Pak) Limited
43 - Km, Multan Road, Manga Mandi, Lahore.

When we inquire the dealer, they do not know the status and asks for delivery within a week/within few days/ within next week like comments are given by them and by Manager/GM of the Honda Atlas company as well.
The copy of Draft No.[protected] dated 13-6-2018 of Rs1250000 in favour of Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Ltd and balance payment of Rs.726500 Draft No [protected] dated 18 June 2019 in Favor of Honda Atlas cars Pakistan ltd is also attached for your perusal please.An inquiry may also be conducted please.
As about more than 6 months have gone after full payment and still no delivery has made and delaying tactics are used upon inquiry. Kindly intervene for early delivery and compensation of late delivery may also be taken please.

Honda Motor my car crv 2016

Dear sirs,
I decided to write this email as I had and still having a terrible experience with my Honda CRV.
This email has been send to Honda Europe and Honda Japan.

Before starting I need to point out that I am (and hopefully after your actions I will continue to be) a great fan of Honda cars and motorbikes having changed 3 cars and 4 motorbikes and currently an owner of Honda Transalp and Honda CRV.
I placed an order with Lease Plan (a lease company in Greece) on March 2nd 2016 and the car was supposed to be delivered to me beginning to mid August 2016. The car did not arrive on time and in fact after several phone calls and emails the car was delivered to me on December 5th 2016 partially! With partially I mean that I had ordered a quite a few extra options like front and back bumpers, towing system, side steps, roof rails and roof baggage and leather seats and more. The car was delivered with none of these accessories to me. The leather seats were installed in Greece by Sarakakis company associate, not from Honda!
The car purchase price was a bit over 47.000 euro (executive, automatic - no reading of street signs!). A small example of the quality:

Also, the car did not have apple car play as advertised and confirmed upon ordering. I was told (when delivered) that in about a week I could go back and upgrade the system for apple car play. I was also told that the extra accessories would be installed in 2-4 days and they would call me for appointment.
None of these happened and I contacted Sarakakis at mid January 2017. After several phone calls they confirmed that all accessories were available and I left my car for a day to install them and upgrade for apple car play. This installation lasted for a week as some parts were still missing (!) and there was no upgrade as promised. In fact, to this day I do not have this upgrade as it is still not available 3 years later (as I was told) although advertised before purchase and confirmed by all people of Honda before and after purchase (was also advertised on website and brochure).
Very soon I realized, after all the installations that the car was tilting backwards and I informed Honda to fix it. I left the car, had several discussions and they ended up running a suspension diagnostics only to inform me that the car is fine and it is normal to tilt back as I have installed towing system and it is very heavy! That was the end and car is tilting backwards ever since!
The car also has Bluetooth problem, I can hear the caller but the caller cannot hear me. I mentioned the problem many times and one time they decided to do a restart on software. I cannot use the Bluetooth all 3 years that I have the car. No solution on the matter.
4 months from ownership the car died on me as it burned 2 fuses.
6 months of ownership and the car battery died leaving me in the middle of nowhere during holiday. Battery was replaced with new.
8 months from ownership the driver window was not working. Part was ordered and installed 3 months later!
1, 5 years from ownership and the battery died again and was replaced again.
2, 5 years from ownership that car died from electronics and was in service for 10 days.
3 months ago, the car started leaking petrol from the filling tap. It was taken to service and I was told that this is normal (!) and I should not fill the car with petrol to the top! After almost 3 years it started and then it was normal (for 3 years it was normal not to leak)! The petrol has ruined the color and does not clean anymore:

3 weeks ago the car started having problem with starting the engine and in the same day it died out of battery. They told me from service that there was electricity leaking so they stripped the car and kept it for 2 weeks and the problem was fixed:

I took the car and realized that still was having problem with starting. They told me they fixed but it was not fixed. They also replaced the battery for the 3rd time. The problem with starting the engine is getting worse every day and today took 3 efforts to start the car. As I was driving to work (not using the start/stop option, just driving), the new battery and the fixed leakage problem presented this on my screen and is not going away:

I called once again the service and they are about to pick it up once again. All in all with the delays I have been with replacement car for the better part of these 3 years many, many times.
I have asked 3 times from Lease plan to provide me with a full detailed report of how many times, how many problems and how long I have been without a car and still waiting for that report.
The car licence plate is ITI6532 and I am sure you can check the car history.
Fact remains that this car, that although through a leasing company has been bought by me and will remain with me after the 4th year, has presented so many problem in its short life of ownership and has left me stranded so many times and none of the problems presented was ever resolved.
I am not presenting the whole history of problems, just the important ones as there have been many more but minor.
In fact I tried to change my contract with the leasing company so that they change the installments in such a way so that the car does not remain with me next year. This, as they told me cannot be changed. I cannot accept this car anymore and it should be replaced with another car. I refuge to take back the car once again as they cannot manage to fix the problems. Problems may occur but how we handle them makes all the difference. I was opting for the new Hybrid CRV but honestly I am very much afraid after all this experience.

I will wait for your answer, actions and proper compensation and I hope that this will not result in court.
I strongly believe in Honda, but this specific car is problematic and you have to take proper action not a "sorry" email.

Honda Motor wrv car front chromium with honda monogram is rusted

I am owning my second Honda Car WRV IDTEC 1.5 Diesel top option bearing Engine no. N15A15022964 and Chassis no. MAKGL274AJ4019173.

The Chromium portion of the bannet is rusted as shown in the photo. I wrote it to Customer care Honda, India. They responded to me saying that it is due to ambient condition. They tried to polish it once. It stayed polished for a week. Again the rust appeared. When I filed a complaint, again the local dealer is offering to polish it again. Is it a permanent solution for 18 months old car.

I am highly unsatisfied with Honda customer care India. For them, customer care is not so important. I do not want to waste your time and mine in sending the car for just polishing the part. I am highly dissatisfied with Honda. This will reflect in all websites in coming days. Please note that "ONE UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER = LOOSING 1000 CUSTOMERS"

My next action will be going to consumer court for cheating me with such substandard part. I want a permanent remedy for a car which I bought with 12 LAC money. Please note that you are not doing any favour to your customer. You are doing a favour to yourself by improving the customer satisfaction. Hope HONDA Customer Care clearly understand its responsibility.

Honda Motor honda civic 2019

My car was sent for repair 3 weeks ago as I got into an accident. Till date, parts in are not available at Honda and I have no idea when I'm getting my car back. I have wasted money on this months lease and offered no reimbursement.

The case manager assigned to us said it's not Honda's fault vehicle parts are not available within Honda as Honda wasn't expecting us to get into an accident.

Please put this as a disclaimer on your website or stores so customers know not to expect any cooperation in case they get into an accident.

Honda Motor cracked windscreen in my less than 2 year old 2017 honda crv.

My 2017 Honda CRV suddenly developed a large crack in the windscreen. It starts at the top. middle of the screen and extends downwards and then curves to the right toward the drivers side. It has only done about 13, 500 km and has only been driven on suburban tarred roads. It is always garaged in a locked up garage.

Last Wednesday morning, the 6th of November my husband washed my car and discovered the crack. There was no extreme temperatures at the time.

We can see no explanation for what has happened, other than that the windscreen manufacture and installation of poor quality.

Honda Motor crooked disk plates - honda civic 2019

This refers to the captioned subject.
Please be advised that I bought brand new honda civic (full option) from honda avenue, islamabad, pakistan in octber 2019 having engine # r18z12954035 & chasis # nfbfc6667kr057529. The vehicle had a manufacturing faults hence within few days of delivery, I was forced to get it inspected from honda authorised dealer in islamabad, pakistan i.e. Honda margalla, islamabad on november 02, 2019 and revealed that both the front disk plates are crooked and requires replacement. Complaint was lodged with honda atlas cars pakistan having refernce # [protected] for resolution purposes. On september 09, 2019 I visited honda margalla again where it was informed that honda atlas cars pakistan instructed them to repair disk plates. Despite my insistance they repaired the break pleates. See for yourself what they have did to my brand new car driven only 600 km. I am sure these are not the standards of honda japan.
I am a loyal honda customer since 2005 and always got due respect of my opinion and customer care but this time the way I was treated by your local representatives (honda atlas cars pakistan & honda margalla islamabad pakistan) and handled my brand new car. Am very disappointed. First of all getting demaged part in brand new car and then instead of being apologetic and replacing the demaged part with new one. They almost forcefully repaired 600km driven brand new car. I have paid pkr 4.00 million approxmately from my hard earned money and what I got is demaged vehicle and mental torture.
Am seriously thinking of selling this demaged / tampered vehicle and switch to some other brand like toyota.
Enclosing herewith video, pictures and invoices of my brand new car I just bought for pkr 4.00 million.
Please intervene and mitidate teh situation and reputational demage these local representative are giving to honda japan.

Honda Motor problem with brand new transmission after 1.5 years

Just to remind your working on my vehicle. These are the few parts
which replacement in last 1.8 year.
1. BRAND NEW ACCORD V6 transmission assembly.
2. Wire harness of engine bay (Both BAY 1 and Bay2 ) and transmission.
3. All mounts of engine and transmission.
4. Great TORQUE CONVERTER.

If you can see my history of my vehicle on your portal you will know
what are the rest work had been done.

So, as far as i know for any issue in my transmission if occur before
2 year completion after delivery, then HCIL Delhi is liable for repair
or replacement. And as for repair I do know that HONDA do not allow
to open the transmission in 2 year.
I guess now you know the situation here.

Now please check below detail about what exact issue that I am facing
while driving it.

1. Transmission over heat in 20 km. Accord V6 engine remain cool
for most of the time but this brand new transmission over heat and
malfunction while shifting over the drive.

2. Reverse GEAR stuck up. It mean if I engage reverse after stopping
vehicle with in 10 sec or 15, then BIG NOISE come from transmission
which suggest me that it never engage REVERSE gear on main shaft.
There were COLLISION of REVERSE and 1st GEAR inside it.

3. From 1 st day after i took your BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION it JERK
while changing gear from 1st to 2 then to THIRD.

I highly recommend you to please take care of what you have built and
provide me solution which last long.
