Homechoice order problem

I am very disappointed about the home choice service.
I did order something and i had to return it beginning of November. i personally to back the order myself i did not send it back via post office and i got the receipt that i returned the orders but they sent me a statement to tell me to pay for something i did returning. its now December they are still phoning me every single day.
I sent them all the information and the copy of the receipt still they ddnt send me an email to pay the amount due.
I am soo disappointed. i wouldn't refer them to anyone. their service is so poor and not worth it. i tried to phone them to explain and they just say we will put it in the system but they dnt.

Homechoice complaining about a lady that called me

Hi I had a call from the following no [protected] @ 12:04 on my no [protected].
The lady was very rude and se does nt have customer service skills.I really don't understand why is she asking me to make a cash payment on the 27th as I have debit order arrangements with you guys.
Can someone please come back to me as I am really disappointed in the way she spoke to me.

Homechoice I ordered bedroom suite two months ago but to no avail

I have also made debit order but still nothing has happened so far. I need the order now I am going out for holidays with my family this month. Homechoice incorrect order, invoice number:[protected]

A lady consultant from Homechoice called (not sure about the date), she was advising me on the sale they had. I told her that I'm not interested but she was so convincing and told me that they are running a competition and that if buy anything on sale my name will be entered on the lucky draw. So I ended up ordering a set of towels, she even advised me that I can return the order if I didn't like it. I told her that the courier guys must arrive before 06:00 in the morning or after 17:00 in the evening cause there is no one at home during the day. On the 29th of October I received a call from the courier guy saying that he is in front of my gate, I then asked him to leave the parcel at my neighbours cause I was still at work. When I went to fetch the parcel from my neighbours, there were 2 boxes and it was a linel & a blanket and 2 set of towels inside the boxes. There was a R8900 invoice inside. On the 1 November I sent an SMS to the return department but there was no response. I then called the customer service on the 3 November and they said I will have to courier the parcels to them and they gave me a reference number [protected]. But I couldn't send the parcels back cause the boxes were too big and I couldn't fit them in my car. So when I was about to call them again, a lady consultant called me and I explained to her that I'm having a problem in sending the boxes back. She then assured me that they will send their courier to come fetch the parcels.

Homechoice order not delivered correctly

Hi there

In October I was called in by one of Home Choice agents advising of the bed special. It was a bank bed, double at the bottom and single on top.

I then made a purchase of a bed and it was delivered on the 23 October. The bed was delivered with 2 single bed matrasses.
I called Home Choice from day 1 and I was given the above reference numbers and a series of run arounds and the issues remained unresolved.

It is now 21 November the bed is not replaced. It is lying in my house occupying space and not used.

I have been requesting Home Choice to come and fetch their bed or I will charge them storage.

It is disappointing that you nag people to buy from you but you cannot deliver once they place an order.

Today I called again and I was made to wait for a supervisor for more than 20 min until I hung up.

It is not fair that I must now chase after Home Choice.

On 30 November 2016, I received duvet and a gown, slippers serial number [protected] which was the wrong order.
Unfortunately, the item was incorrect. I did not order the above mention items I wanted the comforter; however, I return the items back to homechoice on the above mention addresses and the specific date 8 December 2016.
Based on my return of the items the was no contact from homechoice I also tried to contact but unfortunately could not get hold of them but after some time agent from homechoice called me back to state that their received the items. In 2017 on my way to the bank just to find out that I was blacklisted by homechoice based on no reason. So, I have tried to contact them to communicate the issues out but no respond on my emails.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your clear my name unblack listed me. Enclosed are copies payment of my records.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait 21 November 2018 before seeking third-party assistance. Please contact me at the above address or by phone [protected] or [protected].

Homechoice mattress

I ordered a Sealy bed a few months ago however the matress was too high as i was pregnant at the time and asked for an exchange.the bed was replaced by a restonic however the matress was flat and spring making a noise.i again asked for an exchange and i received a different matress which is now worse than the first 2.after a few weeks use the springs is flat.i cant sit on edge with baby it sinks in on all sides.if i sit in one corner the bed lifts up on the other end.i am very unhappy with homechoice as i made several calls to them but are told they will decide how to handke situation i must wait at first it was 2 weeks, then 2 weeks again and now 3 weeks for a response.i took photos of this terrible bed.

Homechoice annoying, bordering harassing calls

Good Day,

For months now I am getting continuous calls which your consultants are calling "courtesy calls" on my account which is not in the arrears. Besides you wasting my time, your consultants do not care if one is busy or unable to talk as there are other people around. They question you like you as though you are overdue for payment and one of my friends even asked me if my account was in the arrears (which was so embarrassing). Because in a matter of 1 hour, 3 of your consultants phoned me questioning me about when I was going to make payment - it was not even close the the end of that month!

Feel free to contact me if I don't make payment by say the 3rd of the month (in order to give the payment time to reflect) but to phone me around the 20th of the month to find out when I am going to pay, is just ridiculous. And as I mentioned, it's not one call. Personally, I think it is a complete waste of time, money and resources.

If my account goes into the arrears, well then call - but to treat your clients like criminals, is a bit extreme. How could I ethically promote Homechoice if I personally receive such awful service from your consultants? I would hate to put someone in a position of having to justify when their account will be paid, before the payment is even due.

Don't get me mistaken, I think Homechoice is amazing when it comes to products and delivery - it's just the service that needs serious attention.

There is a difference between being proactive and just ridiculous. How many hours are your consultants spending on clients which are not in the arrears and how high must your telephone account be? Surely that money could be put to better use, such as upskilling your staff, broadening your range or just on staff well-being.

Customer Service is vital - but when it is working for your good, not against you.

Anyway, long speech over - please stop your consultants from contacting me for no good reason - if I am in the arrears, I will welcome their call - but not until then.

Homechoice order i've placed

Good day,

I've placed an order on the 17th of October and still haven't heared anything from you. I keep on calling and they tell me that the order is still pending but I'll get a call.

I don't get the calls as promised, I have to follow up and get the same answer again.

I called again now and was told that the number that they have on the system is different to the one I'm giving them, and they also need proof of address from me.

My order is still pending and will take up to 14 days to ship out.

Homechoice telemarketing

Homechoice management,

Please note that your agents are calling me over 5 times a day.
I have explained to them that we are not allowed these calls at work. This is now becoming a problem for me at work.
I even block the numbers and an hour later there is new number.

I have been a customer with your'll for years now and I always purchase online.
Please can you you remove my number from your marketing list?

Homechoice appalling service

I've been trying to order from HC for over three months now. I'm getting calls and emails everyday telling me I have credit of R20789. Two days ago I ordered the Coca bedframe with side tables of which when I called on the 21st I was told I needed to send through my proof of residence as I had changed my address online, hence the failed order. I was on the phone for 37 minutes with a consultant by the name of Valencia who helped me with another order. She then called an hour later informing me my order was cancelled again. This morning I placed another order online seeing I had submitted the required documents. I then decided to call and confirm if the order was successful of which I was advised that my coca bedframe together with the petite 2seater couch order was successful and I should await the order in 7-14 days. Knowing how pathetic the service has been, I decided to logon to my online account just to check for my order only to find that I'm barred. Even when signign on using the USSD code, I get an error to contact customer services. I am appalled at the service! I cannot spend all my time on the line with HC because of your incompetence! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. If need be, let my account be closed off as I will not accept this kind of service and treatment... I am livid!

Homechoice service

Home choice your consultants call us 4-5 times every day. It is really annoying. Yes I understand the promotion and staff yall doing but call every day by 4 consultants even after telling them I do not want to order anything. Why not call us once a month?. It is really annoying. I cant wait to finish my account with you so you can stop calling me. I have had it serious.

Homechoice dvd and bedding

Good day I ordered a J C 2.0h DVD Micro Hi Fi BT 20w.
I received it late saterday afternoon on my invoice it says Gift Patriot 32gb flash drive that was not in my box. I ordered that specifically for a birthday present. My previous order I've ordered I haven't received my blankets with my set of Paris bedding. Only got a single ply fleece blanket that I did not ordered there was a reason ordering the full bedding with the 3ply blankets suited by the bedding.
Im very very unhappy with the service I've been receiving.
Please can you sort this out A. S. A. P. I need the flash drive that was supposed to be given with the DVD

Homechoice customer service and harassment

Good Day,

Please stop getting any homechoice member to call me. At least four different people at homechoice have called me everyday despite my protests to then not even have a chance to ask them to remove my contact detail and account and everything from your system FOREVER. Homechoice is now harassing me, please stop because even blocking your people's numbers don't deter you. I will go to whatever means necessary to get the harassment to stop. Someone even called me for a delivery that was cancelled because you even had the wrong address when I opened an account. Which means using my name and ID number someone else has been buying on my name and when I alerted you to the problem to go so far as to change my address and send new documents you do nothing about it.

It's enough now. Leave me alone and delete all my information.

7 September I paid the account in full and requested for the account to be closed and for a paid up letter
they furnished me with the letter and I was satisfied to my surprise I received a statement today saying my october balance is 25 rand? on a closed account?

Homechoice service

Good day,

I would hereby like to cancel my order as it was send out on 1 october to an address in East London and my address is in Hazyview.

I have been trying to communicate numerous times last week by calling every day and even speaking to one of the ‘managers' called Godfrey.

I have just phoned again, but up until now I have no idea as to when and if I will receive my order.

This is the very first time that I am ordering from Homechoice and it is the worst experience I have ever had with buying something online.

I was really looking forward to buying from Homechoice for the whole house, but it seems I will be going back to my local shops.

I will appreciate it if someone can come back to me with what to do now, because I will not pay anything towards a parcel that was send incorrectly by you guys.

Homechoice incorrect bedding set received

I placed an order on the 24th September 2018 for the Sierra Bedding Set which included a duvet inner, 2 x pillowcases and set of curtains. After placing order, I was notified that my order will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. I was super excited. I received my order on the 28th September 2018 before 09 o' clock that day. I was impressed with the speedy delivery and service from Homechoice. I opened the packet and removed the bag that the bedding was in... Needless to say it looked nothing like what I ordered.

I was immediately upset and dissatisfied. I re examined the bedding and saw it had a Sierra Barcode stivker on it but there were other stickers on it. I removed it slighly only to see that the real bedding set barcode was revealed. Trisha Bedding Set. So basically the Sierra Sticker was just stuck over to cover it up and make seem like that was what I had ordered. I was fuming after this so I called Homechoice to follow the returns procedure as instructed on the leaflet/invoice I received attached. I spoke to a consultant and they apologized. I was then instructed to take the bedding set directly to a Post Office and pay the postage fee. I dont see how I should be liable for this when its not even my f...k up!

I demanded to speak to a manager and upon waiting the call got cut off afterwards.

Service from Homechoice so far was pathetic!

I received a call from another consultant on the 02nd October 2018 and was instructed the same thing of having to go to a Post Office and pay postage fee with added sarcasm and rudeness too.

The reason why I ordered from Home Choice is due to it being convenient for me seeing I work 7 days a week, 08-00 to 17:00. Now I get told that I have to go to a Post Office to return the bedding. Please explain to me how this is possible?!

I request a courier to fetch this set and want a refund and I refuse to purchase from Home Choice again.

I will be laying complaints on all forms of social media!

Homechoice service

I am so annoyed with Homechoice, i made payment on the 31 July 2018 and to date have not received my parcel. Every time i call i am given a different story, i called today and after i asked to speak to someone in a more senior position, my call was cut. Can i just have me refund, i will never ever order from you ever again.

I cannot understand why i cannot get info about my parcel, where is it. And then consultants at customer care tell me to call courier company, is that not their job.

Homechoice carelessness of my phone

I mrs np sgwebela, id no:[protected] brought a phone for repairs at home-choice on the 20th of june. I have not even received any form of contact regarding the phone. I then took steps to inquire about my device. I contacted several phone-choice assistants, and none was willing to tell me the whereabouts of my phone. One said it is lost, another said I will receive an sms notification, yet even today I have not received one. I have started to suspect that there is a form of corruption within your company because none of your assistants have told me the truth. It has been several months now. This is not the first email I am sending. The first email was not responded to. I am extremely disappointed with your service and that has made me doubt to trust you.

Homechoice combo of kitchen staff

Three months one of your consultant by the name of Boniswa Hlutyana called me on Sartuday morning around 10;33 she offered that you have a special combo of kitchen staff, i place my order with her... till today i am still wating for my oder.

I have been going back and fourth to the post office but still nothing, today i have sent my uncle to the post office deppo to check for my parcel cause i was advised by one of the lady in the post office to go to the depo.they could see my name on the system but there is no parcel for me.This is very strange cause its not the first time i have orderded with you guys and this makes me even more worried cause when i call your contact centre to investigate this matter your consultant are very rude and unproffesional.

I am thinking of closing my account because i am not a happy customer at this moment.i pay my account every month but this is the service i get by being a loyal customer... my number is [protected]
