We don't know much about how HomeBello handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with HomeBello and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

HomeBello I ordered a Redskins rock glass and item ordered was not the same..

I ordered a Redskins rock glass and the one I received was not the same. I have tried to call the customer service # 3 times and have sent 3 emails but no response. I don't know what else to do. so, I am trying to get my money back and worn other customers to stay away from this company.

The pictures I attached below the first is the one I ordered off their website ,2nd image is one I received. As you can see not the same

HomeBello Order not received

On May 26th I placed an order for 5 hour glasses for employee's anniversary. As of today I have received only one of the five. They made a note on the invoice stating that the other ones will be shipped on 07/05/23, I have called several times and they state that they will get back to me shortly. I sent an email to them. My order # is 96849. I would like to know if I am getting the other four hour glasses or am I getting a refund. I need to give the the employees their anniversary gifts.

HomeBello Nikki Lissoni Coin Holder and Coin

I ordered and paid for these 2 items months ago. I have continually messaged thru website and also emailed to find out where my order is as its now end od April. Finally received a message from Josh saying the delivery guy forgot to scan it and they think its been delivered. Complete rubbish and there was originally a tracking number which I still have. I am out of pocket a lot of money, yet their website is still up and running to con other people.

Desired outcome: Goods delivered or my money returned.

HomeBello Paid for product never received….

Ordered a pitcher and set of glasses for my brothers wedding. Was told of several delays due to december 2021 shipping issues. Totally understood and opted to wait. The glasses finally shipped with one broken which the company did send him a new one however, they never sent the $140 pitcher! Contacted customer service several times and they did respond a few times until they didn't…issue never resolved. Did file a bbb report and of course they didn't respond to that either. Don't waste your time!

Desired outcome: Out $140…product never received.

HomeBello Sambonet tableware

I ordered replacement pieces for my Sambonet tableware set it n late December 2021. I received the order on February 3, 2022. This company shipped knockoff pieces. The are much lighter and thinner then the authentic pieces. And the engraving on the back is in the wrong location. I contacted the company on 2/4/22 requesting a return authorization and refund. They replied immediately stating that they do not allow returns.

HomeBello Purchase of Wedgewood China

I made a purchase and paid $50.90; Ordered 03/23/21; Your order number is 68672. I have NOT RECEIVED the merchandise as of today April 30, 2021. I'm going to try to get my money back! I have sent 2 emails requesting information on my order and have been ignored. I'm going to alert Wedgwood of this fraudulent vendor.

This website is a SCAM!

HomeBello Inaccurate website description and poor quality. Seller will not accept returns or provide refunds.

I had been searching for a dainty looking, gold Claddagh ring for a while and thought I had finally found it when I discovered this ring (https://www.homebello.com/ladies-claddagh-ring-14k-gold-polished-d1862/). However, upon receiving it in person, the quality is very disappointing and not true to the photos. While it is a pretty ring, the band is extremely thin and not consistent in size or thickness. The photo on the website shows the band as the same width all the way around, however as it goes around, it becomes increasingly thin and flimsy. I've only worn the ring for one day, and it's already beginning to bend. As it is final sale, I am unfortunately stuck with it. Very disappointing.

HomeBello China

We ordered close to $6k in China from Homebellow. They shipped a partial order claiming the rest was on backorder. The partial order was poorly packed and broken. We ordered a full set of 24 place settings along with serving bowls etc. We only have 3 complete sets of our order. They claimed backorder for months. They then claimed they shipped out the order. They never informed us amongst us requesting info multiple times via email. They could not provide as ship date or tracking information. Then turned it around on us that we are trying to scam them for new dishes! Then called us a bunch of names, was rude, they don't return phone calls and they told us that we would need to try to sue them. This is a horrible company that has terrible customer service and scams people. I'd like my money back so I can get my client the dishes he had requested. This will be going on almost a year if we wait until October / November. Absolutely this guy will rot in hell for taking advantage of so many people. I don't know how HomeBellow is still in business.

HomeBello I didn't receive my order

Dear Sir, l ordered some gold earrings from Homebello on the 8th of March and after writing numerous e mails asking for information about the order l have had no reply.They were quite an expensive item and l think they should give me a refund or send me the earrings.l am very disappointed with this company and customer service is nonexsistent .l am sending a copy of the order and the number.

HomeBello Customer service

I wish I had read these before I ordered from them!
My order was canceled without prior notice. When I inquired I was told the manufacturer didn't send the product, and that a refund had been issued and that it would show up/post in a day or two. After a week the refund had not posted and I inquired. The response was ‘file a complaint and get a lawyer" because my refund was stolen. I replied that PayPal is the most secure funds transaction method and it didn't seem likely that it could have been stolen. The response I got was file a claim and then come back and apologize as I would find out that a refund had indeed been issued. From the response I thought, I've obviously offended the responder, so my next communication was explanatory in nature, that I didn't mean it was impossible, just stating it didn't seem likely. I offered that it could be that the refund posted to the wrong account, perhaps even on PayPal's side, and asked for the refund transaction ID. Josh's response was "what are you really looking for achieve here?" and I responded that in simply trying to find out what happened to the refund, and I again requested the refund transaction ID. After three or four more responses from Josh refusing to provide the transaction ID abs eventually simply responding only with "why don't you just file a claim like you said?" it was obvious he simply was not going to provide.
If there is/was a refund processed, I'm sure Josh/HomeBello would have no reason to refuse to provide.
Unless you like to gamble and don't mind the high potential for an experience similar to this and the others posted, you'd be better off shopping elsewhere!

HomeBello do not buy from this company I ordered a ring

I ordered a ring with fast shipping at an extra cost. The customer service was terrible. They couldn't give me a ship date. So I wanted cancel the order. They said I couldn't and would send it anyways. They called me a internet troll. I send the ring back after I finally got it. Now I have no ring or refund and I am out $247.97 Do not buy from this terrible company!.

HomeBello horrible customer service

I haven't even ordered anything from them. Thank goodness. I started to place an order as a guest and unchecked the option to get email. I detest spam. You guessed it, I got SPAM from them. I wrote "customer service" to tell them about what I just mentioned. The response, "Calm down and get a life". You can decide if this is a company you would want to order anything from.

HomeBello precious moments figurines / disputed

Ordered the Precious Moments "Growing In Grace" series ages 10-16. THIS is the one I ordered; GP728 https://www.homebello.com/ precious-moments-growing-in- grace-age-ten-porcelain- figurine-gp728/

I asked if they had the "GP" Series in stock, as shown on their website, they refused to answer and told me to ship them back to them. I asked for an RMA and Return Pre-Paid Shipping Label as it was THEIR mistake when sending me 7 of the "GM" Series when I ordered and paid over $200.00 for the "GP" Series.
I opened a dispute with PayPal, they responded to the dispute with "12/12/2017 11:56 MST - Seller: Customer is refusing to return the merchandise and is demanding to keep them for free, please return all of them via insured mail in order to receive a refund. Thank you".
That is a bold faced lie, I had NO intention of keeping them. I merely asked for an RMA and Shipping Label.
I filed a dispute with my bank as well as PayPal and intended to return it all in the condition I received it in, DAMAGED.
This outfit operates out of a home. Look up their address, it is an Apartment Complex!
I have photo documentation of the damaged merchandise I received as well as all email/text communication.
I hope they go out of business or the FTC shuts them down.
Miserable Customer Service ... BEWARE!

HomeBello terrible customer service

My complaint is nothing special, I think. Very similar to the other ones. Just like many other people I ordered several items and paid for an expedited shipping. The reason - I wanted to get the items a fast as possible. They scheduled the delivery on tuesday, assured me that it would be on time. So I took a day off. But unfortunately, nothing was delivered. Contacting them gave no result. There was no one to talk to. A little bit later the same day they wrote me an email with apologies and said they canceled my order due to unseen circumstances. I didn't order anything unusual or very expensive or fragile, but they decided to cancel my order and didn't tell me the factual reason.
Not very professional.
Oh, and regarding my refund. Of course, they didn't refuse but said that the entire process will take up to 3 weeks. Great. Counting how fast you charged me...

HomeBello they steal money

I'm happy I didn't provide them my cc information because I usually use paypal for making payments. Why? Because i'm sure they would rob me.
I purchased an extremely expensive fancy link bracelet, set up the exact date for receiving it and... It never arrived.
I started panicking. Their customer service didn't answer and moreover, I found all those negative reviews about them. And I really was scared of losing so much money.
What I want now is my money and I will probably report to the authorities, I just have no choice...

HomeBello pending credit for return for 2 months.

6/6/17 inv# 27228 ordered 2 bottles of vigo liquid lock nut. It took 2 weeks to receive the wrong product.
It was returned to home bello on 6/26/17 requesting full refund including shipping. I should have been notified that the product I ordered was unavailable and we could have avoided this whole thing. The product I received was not what I ordered and does not work the same as the vigor product, it is useless to me.

HomeBello stay away from this company at all costs!!

I found a nice piece of jewelry on homebello and ordered it. For a long time period there was no information about the delivery date and the status of my order and they did not reply to my messages. Then I contacted their customer service again and spoke to one of their reps josh, who was very rude and impolite. He turned my life into a real nightmare! Since there was no shipping information provided to me I asked them to cancel my order and was told that my order was already shipped so it was not possible. Weeks passed and nothing arrived, so I asked again and they claimed that I already received my stuff! I said that I did not get anything and they basically called me a liar and stopped replying to my messages! Scam company!

HomeBello charm

We ordered a charm from this company, they charged our credit card 4x then never sent the charm, couldnt find a phone number anywhere on their website so I sent an email through their online submission form (This was after my finance tried to reach them three time to no prevail) I told them I wanted a response right away or I would take my complaint to the bbb and contact my bank regarding the charges. This was the reply email I got from "josh" at homebello. "ohhhh i'm so scared of bbb. A #ucking sham organization who calls me everyday begging me for $299 to change our rating to a+. Get a life" really professional... Buyer beware!

This company fraudulently charged my card even though I never placed an order or even heard of them until I got an email notifying me of an order I never placed. I called my credit card company and reported the fraud and they cancelled the transaction and thank god they were not given the money. My credit card company assured me they would investigate and I left it at that until 2 days later when I got an email telling me the order shipped. I was dumbfounded because why would a company ship an item on a fraudulent and cancelled sale? I emailed them thinking they were not aware of the fraud and I explained the situation, apologized for the inconvenience and assured them that if an item arrived at my home then I would ship it back immediately. They had the audacity to accuse me of as they put it "benefitting myself" and being the person who committed the fraud. I have truly never in my life encountered such libelous accusations and I was so taken aback by it that I researched them online and was shocked to discover pages upon pages upon pages of nasty reviews against this company and many complaints filed with the BBB. I confronted them in an email with pictures of the reviews and told them I was now convinced they committed the fraud and I would be prosecuting. They sent me an email containing profanity in another language and I knew I was right. Once confronted with the evidence they had no where to hide so they made profane personal attacks, I'm not surprised because that's how parasites operate. I contacted and filed a complaint with PayPal so they can suspend their account and won't be able to accept or fraudulently charge credit card payments and hopefully it stops their thievery practices and I filed a fraud case with my credit card company so they refuse to allow them to receive any credit card payments and I fully plan to file a fraud case against them in California where they are so I can put these thieves out of business. If anyone has been ripped off by this piece of crap parasitic Iranian thief please help me put him out of business by calling PayPal to file a complaint, file a complaint with your credit card company and call the police department in the city this thief lives in and ask to file a report, the more evidence against him the better the chances of putting him in jail. He lives in Torrence California and the police departments phone number is [protected]. I have included a picture of the email he sent using profanity in his Farsi language. I did not open it because I was concerned it might contain a virus, but you can clearly see what he said. Let's put him out of business, in jail where he belongs or hopefully deported back to his country. This parasite is from Iran. His home phone number is [protected] for those who couldn't find a number on his fraudulent website.

HomeBello I didn't get the order and can't reach him

I won’t recommend anyone to deal with the company www.homebello.com. I have ordered some items for the garden and paid through paypal. We didn’t receive the order on time, because the seller hasn’t warned us about any delays. I thought and contacted the seller, but nothing. I was shocked that the seller gave wrong emails address. Not recommended place, where to buy. They fool people and don’t provide anything.

HomeBello never recieved items

Ordered sabonet t-bone steak knives for 280.00 they sent wrong items worth about$40 and we sent them back.. They never sent the correct item and there is only contact through e-mail in which they wont respond.. Stay clear from this site! Its a scam!
