Home Depotduct & furnace cleaning!!

September 25th, 2019 this service was booked and tech named Rob completed. However, he never left a copy of the bill receipt. I requested a copy be mailed out for my records and go over charges. Felt I overpaid!! 10 days later nothing. Called service Dept. again mentioned squeal in motor now due to unseasonal cold. Said I had 7 days to call if any problem. She said it was on email sent. But like any competent person I clean up my emails regularly. So, no written copy or digital to refer too?? Said I was out of luck, and she would request Accounting Dept again to send out a copy of bill. So, their lies my problem!!??
