Buying an appliance? I'm an idiot, I guess. I bought a new LG washing machine at The Home Depot, Southlake, TX on 10 July 2020. Delivery scheduled for 04 August 2020 (delay due to Covid-19, of course). The delivery folks would not remove my old washer from its pedestal nor install the new washer on the old pedestal. The Southlake store says they told me this was the case when I bought the new machine. I guess I'm stupid, and so is my wife. We do not remember being told this, and it seems if I were told this, I probably would have done something about it at the time of purchase. Now, I've got a new washer on the floor and I've got to figure out how to get my existing pedestal underneath it.
Make sure, dear consumer, that when purchasing an appliance at The Home Depot that things like this are clear and you understand what's going to happen at delivery before you buy your appliance. If you don't, you're going to be stuck with resolving the problem yourself. You'll get no reasonable resolution from your friendly Home Depot folks.
Home Depot - an associate victoria betzold
Incident Date: Many Occurrences
Hello, I am an associate who works at Home Depot in Southlake TX 76092. Im writing this complaint to discuss an associate named Victoria Betzold or Bletzold Former Department Head of Kitchen and appliances and Current Department Head of Special Services.
Victoria is a women in which I work with for about a year now and I have had multiple situations where Victoria talks down and bully's her coworkers like me.
She makes it seem like she is above everybody and taking control of people even while doing their job correctly.
Victoria has a bad mindset when it comes to her priorities and worries about everyone else flaws instead of her own!
Victoria recently has made remarks of trying to be overpowering and above others and everyone in the workplace is and has noticed this behavior.
I am a sole individual who will speak up for others when they can't speak for themselves and I will do what ever it takes to allow a resolution to this non-sense.
Resolution: Have the Store Manager have a discussion with her about this complaint and have her know her place in the work place of Home Depot in Southlake TX 76092. Also to have her treat coworkers as how she would want to be treated.
