I drove and hour to purchase a shower head that Home Depot told me on the phone they had. When I got there they didn't have it. All they had was the display which was laying there. I picked it up and went to the service desk and asked for a manager to see if I could purchase it. They said it may not work but I said I'll buy it as is. They told me no. I offered to pay full price. The lady Karen that works in plumbing still said no because the manager had said no to her on the phone. I drove just over an hour and would have been happy with the shower head. They only had the one bronze one that was a display. Finally I gave up and drove all the way back home without a shower head that I needed that they had. This is ridiculous. I will not shop at any Home Depot anymore. Lowe's will get my business. This was the Home Depot in Spartanburg SC on Dorman Centre drive. The ladies name that went out of her way not to help me was Karen.
