Hollister Barrier backing the tape around it leaks bad when sleeping they are not working. Had this problem only a few times before now it is bad

Every night the tape that holds the barrier on gets lots of leakage I wake up with poop all over me not fun. There for everyday I have to change my barrier my health insurance only allows me 15 barriers a month I just had to order 5 barriers & pay fir them I hope it is enough to get ne through until my next order. I called the company I order from they said they can't help me I need to talk to you folks myself. I have been using your bags/ Barriers or about three years before this I only had this happen a few times now it us out of control please hwmelp me thank you peggy Lafferty

Desired outcome: If you could send me some barriers to replaces the ones I went through that would help me greatly. Please & rmyhank you. I can't afford to keep buying them because they don't work.

Hollister My order was canceled

I made an order (no. [protected]) on 22.11.2022 and paid it online (78,68 €) with my Revolut card.

On 23.11.2022 i received a message that my order was cancelled, with no explanations (only with the mention "it appears to have violated our sales terms and conditions").

On the store website are listed the "ship to" countries - and my country (Romania) is on the list. Also, the payment was successfully processed.

Also, i verified my address and it is complete (the same i use when i order from all over the Europe, and this is the first time when one of my orders is cancelled .. )

My order is a present for my son (for his name day) and together we spent hours to select items from the web store, as his present, from hundreds of products. Therefore he expect his gift will arrive soon...

I have contacted the online support team (chat) and received the answer that the Research and Resolution team will email me within 2-5 days).

I find this very frustrating, as i don't know if the order can still be processed. Moreover, duing this time (2-5 days), the products can vanish from the stock or the sale period may end (it will end on 25.11.2022, according to https://www.hollisterco.com/shop/eu).

As a conclusion, i don't understand why anyone would cancel my order (5 items: 1 pair of boxers, 2 pairs of pants, 2 t-shirts) and why this kind of cancellations are not explained and the resolution is not made with high priority. I am very sad and frustrated and i feel like i am discriminated.

Desired outcome: The only outcome i would appreciate would be:1. to receive my paid order (with no risks of missing stock or other higher prices) and 2 also to receive an explanation for this error.Thank you!

Hollister Cancelled order

Hollister canceled order no. [protected] for no apparent reason. I ordered on 8/12 and received the cancelation email on 8/17. I paid 50$ and no one is helping me get my order/money back. These were supposed to be gifts to my family back home and I am completely devastated.

Hollister order cancellations

I have about 5 orders cancelled and the reason says as cancelled because it appears to have violated our sales terms and conditions. Additional information about our Sale Terms is available on our website.

what ?

what does that mean ?

when I searched it, I noticed many people receiving a cancellation for the same reason ?

reselling , why ? I have two teenage sons and my husband that I buy for ?

so where does this resell comes from ?

seeing all of the complaints that are similar to mine it looks like Hollister is trying to go out of business

Desired outcome: understand what is wrong, this is ridiculous, if this is going to continue, then let me know to not use your site again

Hollister I was discriminated against in a hollister store yesterday

I was at the Hollister store inside of Coronado mall yesterday, I was shopping for pants for my son, the employees were behaving strange and got stranger the longer we were there and I couldn't help but notice that by the time we were about to go to the register there was about five employees that were just glaring at me and my husband. I had three pairs of jeans I'm in a wheelchair I had one pair in my lap and my husband was holding onto two for me, and as we're approaching the register one of the employees jumped in front of me and said are you ready to check out and I turned and looked and I was being circled like I was in the middle of a circle of employees and I said well you know what I'm just going to put your clothes down and I'm going to leave since you guys want to be rude and the girl that asked me if I was ready to check out said you can say whatever you want but if you want to talk s*** don't come back in this f****** store and I said excuse me and she said leave get out of the store and I was like what is your deal and I beeped when I went into the store sometimes my wheelchair beeps at the sensors and she's like you're going to beep when you walk out and I said yeah cuz I beep when I came in and she said yeah because you steal. I was absolutely appalled and completely offended! I can't believe these children had the nerve to do this to me! I'm handicap, I don't steal and they have no right to speak to a customer this way!

Desired outcome: I want an apology and some sort of repercussion to these employees! Maybe better training this was dispicaple treatment!

Hollister My order keeps getting canceled and my information is correct.

My order is canceled every time I try to purchase and I still can't understand why. I tried ordering once more and the results were the same. order number is #[protected]. I Also tried to make my address more specific thinking that was the problem. The shirts are for my partner and I needed them by a specific date which was the 15 and I can't get through with the purchase, I am very frustrated.

Return / Exchange: [protected]

i ordered this product Cozy-Lined Parka SKU: [protected] navy, M, and filed a return order 20474418100and it was returned and delivered back to hollister on Dec 31st 2021. And refund money is never received back to my account or as a gift card. Though 30 days have been passed. Hollister cancels order itself after receiving back product. Two tickets are generated 0CBJ1V and QA Value L0MYE4. Still I haven't received back money yet. This is completely fraud with customer.

Desired outcome: I would like a complete refund with a compensation apology. Tickets are created and opened, nobody is resolving those tickets.

Hollister denial of service - possible racism

Bought a $50 gift card for christmas, but cashier gave me a bday printed one. When I asked to exchange for a generic one, was told rudely that I cannot exchange it. So I asked to purchase one for the same amount and was told no. As I was leaving, the rep yells "Have a good one!" in a condescending tone and started laughing out loud. Her interaction with the white woman in front of me was the opposite.

Hollister Violating california covid-19 mandates

I shop your store at Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno, CA. I normally enjoy shopping your store however what happened yesterday will sully my opinion of your brand for a long time to come. In Fresno, CA there are mandates in place. Currently, stores in shopping malls are allowed to be open at 25% capacity. This particular store should only have 20 people including employees in store at any given time. Yesterday I was in your store and it was packed way beyond the limit. I felt so unsafe. Covid is still a danger and all this stores manager could worry about was getting that money. Shameful. I actually walked around the store and counted 48 people. Your store in Fresno was operating as usual with no care for mandates and the safety of others.

Hollister employee at cielo vista mall hollister, horrible customer service with alex

I recently placed an online order and chose to pick up in store at Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, Texas. However, I haven't gone to pick up the order and I received an email saying that I had just picked up the order while I'm currently at home. I called the store where my order was held and I spoke to Alex on the phone, I asked her if and how my order had been picked up if I was here at home and haven't been to the mall in 2 weeks, she asked me to read my order number said the order had been picked up, I told her I haven't picked it up and asked her if they gave it out to someone else and she said I doubt that happened (when it clearly did) and she proceeded to tell me "well there's nothing we can do about it so talk to customer service" in a very rude tone. By far the worst experience I've had with a specific store and speaking on the phone with an employee.

Hollister missing items from parcel and now out of stock

Absolutely shocking service my parcel turned up with half my items missing from the bag as there shipping company clearly can't count to 4 absolutely fuming then get accused of basically stealing the items or the shop I collected from got accused of stealing the items the items I received were sent in small bag and wouldn't have fitted 4 items that's why I knew straight away there was not 4 items in the bag no item is now out of stock for one of the items no alternative offered instead so fuming I have now not got the item that I ordered and disgusting service overall won't be shopping online again for risk of a future incident

Hollister delay in product delivery

This complaint is against my orders: [protected] and ANF-[protected]. Its been 2 weeks now that my products are not deliverd . Hollister said the order will be with me within one week. i tried tracking down my order but i couldn't find any details. i talked to customer care. their statement is that one of my order is lost and other is under investigation. I am really disappointed with this as my order contains a birthday gift which cannot be postponed to some other date. They are asking me for refund but i want my order as i really need it. I am completely mad at hollister that they are doing their customer service in such a disastorous way. This is really not a way u do your customer service. My condition is I want my products at any cost and if not pay me double money as i paid you.

Hollister management & rehire of military veterans

I stopped working at the Four Seasons Mall of Greensboro to serve our country in the United States Army. My health was diminishing and I am now disabled but I wanted to do something more productive with my time, while also struggling financially. They invited me in to interview and it was finished before my interview time started, and they did not rehire me. I am a college graduate/degree holder, including prior customer service experience but they chose to go with other candidates. There was no need to retrain me because I was only store front, folding clothes. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never wish to work for this company again without an apology and recognition of my disabled veteran status. Poor management; I felt like they tried to snatch my accomplishments away. The assistant manager interviewed me but all of the managers shall be fired. This store is customer service based, and they failed to do their jobs.

Hollister online order

I ordered over $400 in items. These items were to be picked up at the Brunswick Square Mall dept. Over the course of almost 3 weeks, items came in spurts to be picked up. The final item (a hoodie) came in on the 23rd of September (as per the date on my email). My daughter went today to pick up the hoodie and the associate refuse to give her the hoodie. The reason the associate claim was that the time to pick up the hoodie expired, eventhough they have the hoodie at the store and it I paid for it already. The computer shows in Hollisters computer that it is available for me to pick up as well. Inspite of it all, the associate told my daughter that the only way she will get the hoodie is if she pay (again) for the hoodie and wait for Hollister to send me a refund. On top of this I called 1-866-4261285 to try to rectify this situation. I spoke to Mary (that all she woyld give me). mary looked in the computer said that the hoodie was still available, but I need to talk to the person in tech or whatever they're called. I have thw names of the people that were contacted concerning this issue. Mary put me on hold, then came back and said that the best that she can do was that she made notes and forward me to the payment center and I would have to wait for them to contact me. When I asked for a complaint number and supervisor, Mary hung the phone up in my ear. I want my hoodie! I hope that all of this disrespect wasn't because I'm African American. This will most likely be my last time spending money at Hollister. I just check my email and now it's saying that the pick up order expired.

Hollister pants

I have bought 2 pair of pants, my boyfriend wore the first pair once and were you put the belt at, it ripped and now has a hole in them. He pulled them up and it just ripped. This order needs to be cancelled ASAP
It was only just placed today after 12 noon on a Saturday and I'm being told it's to late its already being shipped.. Now we all know that's not the case because its 4 PM Saturday and ain't nothing shipping out of there till the next business day which is not until Monday. Plenty enough time actually. I just checked the status and it's only order is placed, I have also checked my card of which the charge is still in the pending status so don't tell me it's to late and there's nothing you can do about it and offer me free shipping on a return..
Is that really how you do business, hoping the customer gets it and decides to keep it or forgets to send it back. The things are being handled that's what it sure seems like, its ridiculous and makes no sense at all that 4 hours later it's to late to cancel and on a Saturday not a business day at that.
I would like this order canceled today and this can end here I don't wish to go further but I will if I have to. There is absolutely need for the items to leave your facility.

Hollister bikini top

My daughter had purchased this bikini top pictured below. The first week or wearing it the plastic on the side bothered her and was cutting into her skin so we cut it out but left the other side in because it didn't bother her. This week she went to the beach and came home with a huge scrape/rash from the plastic we decided to leave in. She has a huge scab and it's very painful for her when she wears shirts that cover it. We are very disappointed because hollister is our number one shopping place to go.

Hollister t-shirt

I purchased an ombré pink to yellow t-shirt and it said Southern California on the upper left side. The writing all faded and so did the ink of the shirt itself. I'm very disappointed because before the third wash the shirt was very bright and colorful, but now it has all faded to the dull remains of the bright colors there once was. I am not angry but I would someone to reach out.

Hollister white 2 piece bathing suit

I purchased this white bathing suit on May 19, 2019 for my daughter for Memorial Day. We put sun screen on her since we were in the sun all day on the boat. The sun screen actually ruined the bathing suit and we cannot get it out of the material. The fabric seems to absorb the sun screen. I paid $59.81 and I would like to be reimbursed.

We purchase most of our bathing suits from your establishment and we have never had a problem with sun screen staining any of them. I hope you can resolve this issue.

Hollister unmannerly and insensitive behaviors

Today I witnessed Ashley, a supervisor from hollister in Visalia Ca make a customer feel unappreciated and unheard to the point where this customer actually cried and felt so degraded. They didn't even bother assisting this customer any further. They didn't listen to her problem, and unfortunately didn't bother to help her with any kind of assistance. They let her cry and feel I quote, 'uncomfortable'.
