I bought some stuff from the website www.hollister-1922.co.uk. I paid $200 for the order, and the seller provided the confirmation email with the tracking number. After several weeks I haven’t received my order. I decided to check the tracking number, and it turned out that it was invalid. I sent emails to the seller in order to get new number as well as to find out where my order was. But he didn’t reply. I’m sick of it, and I want to find other unsatisfied customers in order sent complaint to the seller.
I also purchased a hoodie. They sent the wrong size to start with and the quality is disgusting giving Hollister a bad name. I have contacted them to get resolved but would have to pay 24.00 to return. This company is not worth dealing with. Unless you want poor quality goods and poorer customer service.
I also ordered the clothes on over 100GBP and i got no confirmation! I wrote already with 10 emails and no answer! I have done photo that the payment was debited from the bank! and what can I do?
I also went on line to buy some hoodies, track suit bottoms and a coat and T shirt from Hollisters. I ordered my items assuming it was hollister. Paid £265.85 through a secure payment site called FRISTPAY.COM, and received a confirmation email for my order on the 14th of January but the email came from Hollistersshops@gmail.com. The payment receipt from Fristpay.com said the payment had gone to Hollister-1922 and this is when I started wondering. Anyway, on the 24th of January 2 items arrived out of the six with a note stating clothes, 2 and that is it. My coat, 2 track suit bottoms and T shirt have not arrived and my emails to Hollistershops have been ignored. I got another email address for Hollisters and they said I have not placed an order with them. I have contacted my bank as this is clearly a fraudulent transaction and I am hoping I will be covered by my card protection scheme. AVOID ORDERING FROM HOLLISTERS UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE IT IS THE REAL THING. I AM NOT EASILY FOOLED AND THE PRICES WERE NOT SO LOW AS TO CAUSE SUSPICION.
