Holiday Inn review: safety issue

On 8/17/19 my fiancé and I checked-in at the hotel, he asked for a room change to a king room instead of a double bed room. Upon arrival to the room we noticed that our room was still a double bed room. Approx. 1145pm someone was entering our room (Rm 305). We called front desk and explained to the lady what had happened, she says that "she didn't have us being in Rm 305 but had us in Rm 201", we informed her that she was suppose to had switched the rooms she then says "oh wait it wasn't changed in the system.

8/18/19 at 0600 it happened again where someone was banging on the door trying to get into the room. My fiancé called the front desk and questioned what was going on. At that point I gathered our things and said to him that we need to just leave. I didn't get any sleep because I didn't feel safe.

That situation could have ended up being a bad situation because we didn't know the people on the other side of the door and vice versa.
