I am currently an employee for Holiday Inn Express Denver Aurora Medical Center. I was hired May of 2019 and have since then experienced quite a few unprofessional experiences. As far as favoritism to personal and unprofessional relationships in and out of the work place, hostile, unsafe and unprofessional work environment.
According to OSHA laws management has not complied with scheduled breaks Or safety to the employees.
When such issues are being bought to Management's attention rather than finding a solution theres retaliation. Myself as well as fellow coworkers employment are being put at jeopardy for example; cutting of hours and or removing people from scheduled shift entirely. There has been numerous calks to police enforcement regarding concern for guest and employee's saftey. The mention matters continue to be brused off and are not improving what so ever.
