Holden PropertiesWitholding Mail

The management, Lynda Bell, at this office throws out federal mail intentionally, and without warning. She threw out our mail so it could not be tracked during the change of address delay.

The internet and phones cut out several times a week. This company is similar to a "slumlord". The bathrooms in one the buildings are unsanitary.

The units are "small spaces for a small price". This is their slogan because low prices signify poor surroundings and bad services, not just small spaces!!

The alleged complaint noted above was made by Sean F. Mescall of Denver, North Carolina who was charged on September 9th, 2009 by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission with operting a Ponzi scheme involving the fraudulent solicitation of at least $1.3 million and misappropriating approximatley $875, 000 of customer funds. Is this the type of person you would believe? He took our company for a few thousand dollars. Do you think he would have housed his trading office in our building if he thought it wasn't representative of a multimillion dollar trading business? Mail allegedly thrown away was actually returned to sender when he left without notice while trying to move his illegal operation. For further info, please see Charlotte Observer article on September 9, 2009. Call Linda Bell, President, Holden Properties, Inc. [protected] with any questions regarding our buildings and/or this bogus complaint.
