medical malpractice
Hired hoganwillig ( Katherine Markel ) to represent me on Ccs oncology case and when I found out nothing had been filed or reported anywhere after 3 months, I freaked and Diane Tiveron said she would co-counsel with Katherine Markel and a month later still nothing filed or reported despite the fact they had clear cut evidence showing Medicare fraud on my billing and clear cut evidence of medical malpractice ( diagnosed with mild radiation poisoning) . Held the case for another 2 months virtually running out the statute of limitations.

This is the single worst matrimonial/marital representation you can have in the wny area. Bait & switch representation of attorneys, extraordinarily poor advice, outright lies, a sense of collusion, preposterous billing
Their idea: "billable hours"- take every penny they came strip from your remaining estate.
Run, run, run away from this firm
Once they know you have assets you'll be cleaned out.

Had Enough! I also hired this firm for a simple divorce back in 2003. They dragged it out for 6 YEARS! My case was bounced from attorney to attorney and the legal fees were in excess of $40000. The last attorney to handle my case in their firm assured me I would be awarded money owed me by my ex in compliance with my court order. After racking up $$$$ in legal fees, I was awarded $0.00! I now owe them another $11, 0000 and no money to pay them! Thanks for losing the so called "sure thing!" I send payments each month for as much as I can afford but I still have to live! I am currently unemployed and send them 1/2 of my income. I guess thats not enough for Corey! I am now receiving rude, arrogant, and disrespectful collection calls from an employee named Aaron. Managing Partner, Diane R. Tiveron has sent me a demand letter for the balance. It would have been paid if they had done their job! I am considering filing personal Bankruptcy to stop the harrasment! DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!

Don't hire them. They will rip you off. They will drag your case to no end and take you for every dime you have.

BEWARE OF HOGANWILLIG Buffalo NY Attorneys they scammers and thieves. NEVER HIRE AN ATTORNEY OF HOGANWILLIG. I heard their commercial on the Sandy Beach show and I made a big mistake and called them. They bait and switch. They dragged an easy case for months just to get the billing hours. Once I realized it it was too late and they already billed me thousands of dollars. They use scare tactics to keep on the hook.
