I have purchased a brand new hindware cooler from a store. From day one I started suffering from the issues. I have contacted their customer support but they don't consider the fact that I am a working person and no one will be there to attend the engineer. They keep giving me numbers and numbers of different people and I am totally exhausted.
Guys don't buy their coolers, no service and no one will care the fact that you have paid for it. Customer support is pathetic and you will get zero support from there. Don't buy their products they are frauds.

Hindware greaser replacement service person trying to replace with existing model that is 2 years old peace.we purchased the brand new peace of 2018 Jun manufactured peace but they are trying to replace degraded model of 2016 Feb manufactured part.and saying that this is same part no difference in that 2018 and 2016 . actually that is not exact part which is we purchased model of 2018
