Hilton Worldwide - unprofessional/rude treatment by employee/manager on duty

I am emailing you to let you know about the horrible experience an employee in Carrizo springs by the name of Cissy, Cecilia Juarez, manager on duty made us go thru today 11/8/19. She had been very rude since last time Since I've stayed there before with another reservation but this time she went to the extreme and kicked out my family from the room when room is available to guests until 11am! Never was I told that by checking out in the morning she was going to kick my family out of the room! I even told her my husband and my children were leaving the room at checkout time which she confirmed was at 11am. She even told me they could wait for me at the lobby after 11am. Next thing you know I'm being contacted at work (I'm an educational consultant) so I was interrupted during a presentation because my husband and children were being kicked out of the room. This is not our first stay at Hampton inns or other Hilton hotels and we had never gone thru this. I've done this before and had never experienced and gone thru the humiliation that my husband and I went thru today. Being that she is "manager" you would expect professional service but it was the total opposite, she has very poor manners and she is very unprofessional. She did not even inform me she was the Manager on duty and she did not even provide me with managers Information. I asked to speak with a manager (since her tag reads Cissy) and that's when she informed she was the manager on duty this issue escalated to levels it did not have to. I was able to get information off the internet since I did tell her I was wanting to file a complaint and or to speak to a manager and she never provided me with any other managers Information, I stopped by after work and no other manager was available. The hotel had been empty for the past three nights we've been there but regardless, usual checkout time is until 11am, if when I checked out she would have mentioned any of this kicking out from room would happen I would have waited until 11am but never was I informed of this. She proceeds to tell me this afterwards when all this is happening, she still gave attitude and mentioned room has to be clean by 9am when guests usually don't check in until 3pm. Due to work reasons we would be coming every month to a HAMPTON inn since we enjoy our stays at Hilton's hotels but after this horrible experience I'm not sure we're wanting to come back. I've read reviews and apparently this is not the first time she's been rude to guests, I really hope something like this gets addressed so you won't have future complaints regarding this particular employee since she's not giving the Hilton brand the professionalism it should be providing.
