HiFi Corpfaulty/broken fridge delivered

I purchased a fridge on the 26th of September 2019 from hificorp.co.za. It was delivered on the 1st of October 2019. I followed the instructions as per the instruction booklet. However the fridge compartment does not work at all. After lodging a complaint on the 2nd of October and again on the 3rd of October, no response had been given to me from Hifi Corporation. I had to throw out R5000 worth of groceries because of this.
