This is a formal complaint about this modeling agency refusing to pay earned funds for different promotions and services provided by the models. Said models receive less pay that quoted several times for online web shows. These shows involve the models performing sexual acts on themselves for money from "tippers". The managers of this agency encouraged these models to go even further with the sexual nature of the performance and actually "beg" the viewers to pay them more. They also sit in the rooms of the models and watch them as they perform.

When signing the contract, the models have to work 40 hours a week (6-8 hours most days) during a two-week pay period. During that time, the models receive sixty percent (60%) of their total earnings. If a model fails to meet the 40 hours, she is then only paid forty percent (40%) of her earnings. The managers state the models would make sixty percent (60%) of what the viewers paid the website for tokens. Instead, the agency will withhold some of the funds and then tell the models they made less than what they actually made.

Besides being hired to do online web cam work, models are told they could receive promotional event work as well. The agency presents the models profile to a client and the client picks who they want to work. However, this agency only has profiles for a small percentage of their total models. So of course, the same models are picked for every job.

The managers are highly unprofessional to their models as well. They advertise for promotional work, then when no model answers the ad in a time they expect, they respond rudely and disrespectful. Even the girls that do respond saying, "Yes, I want to work" are turned down without any notice and the event is usually canceled if the more popular models are not available.

This is a warning to new models in the area looking to do promotional modeling. Unless you want to work full time as an online cam model performing sexual acts then I suggest you stay away.

I worked with H&H Agency in November and I was never paid either! They are con artists. Their 303 President Clinton address in Little Rock, Arkansas does not even exist. They promised multiple times to pay me for my time doing promotions and lied to me and then finally just ignored me. My only hope if we cannot catch these ### is to save any other women out there from working with them. They are a disgrace! What shameful, disgusting people.

I worked with H&H for my full year and done several promos and they never paid me as well. It's said because I enjoyed it and would have continued if they done their part...

Well just got the real scoop on these unprofessional punks and alert me tell you what if they so much as contact my daughter in anyway again than they will think legal issues.
Its really sad that there are uneducated nobodys wanting to be somebodys and arent intelligent enough to do so. I also think someone needs to call child protective services on the so called manager with her precious little girls maybe 8 or 9 years old in this establishment. I will be in contact with these idiots asap and they dont need to think about speaking with my child again because like I said they will think legal.

I worked for h&h for about 7 months and never got paid for the work i did. me and the manager erin had got into it and first thing that comes out of her mouth after i tell her im leaving is "we will deal with the legal stuff later". fact is they are a boarder line porn agency and they are scam artist that should be shut down for sexual harassment, and illegal workers in the porn field. they do not pay their workers a dime and they are being investigated by FBI right now...course little birdies tell all...I do not recommend any girl going to them unless she wants to be a camera [censored] who likes to show off her ### for money. The way i see the cam crap is this, you are not a model, you are an online prostitute...don't like the truth? I'm sorry. keep working with h&h and you will see more of it because they are lying to so many girls.
