My name is herston Phillips and i purchase a car through Aid in 07/2007 i being making monthly payments of 323 on this car. however, lately i am faced with some financial difficultties and i call the customer service line tring to get so assistance since i did not want my acct to go 30 day past due i spoke to a you lady on 07/28/09 trying to get some assistance to see if i would be able to get a diferment the rep was not able to make that dicesion so she put me on to the supervisor who was so rude the tune she get on the phone with seems like she was having dinner with family and i interupt. i did not get a chance to get her name because she hang up before i was able to. But i fell like that was the worst customer service i had ever received and i just feel like i need to make a complain i was just calling to see if i could get a diferment so my acct wont go 30 day past due and te only thing she could tell me is DIFERMENT IS NOT AN OPTION RIGHT IS ETHER YOU MAKE A CHECK BY PHONE PAYMENT OR TEHRE IS NOTHING THAT SHE CAN DO FOR ME. I tried to stop her and tell her the reason why i was calling is for assistance because my hours is reduced at work and i just have a new baby and my wife is not working at the time and i dont want me account to go 30 days she she she is not able to help and she just hang up the phone i dont know her name but another rep call me the following day and i explain what happen and she apologise on behalf of eh company but this still left a bd taste in my miuth about Americredit and the way i was treated as a customer if you can review my acct the call was between 12 and 1:30 pm eastern time and she must have document the acct
