Hermes Parcelnet Item not being delivery. Delivery driver lying about delivery.

I was meant to received my delivery. But Hermes is showing that it been has. The company say that it was put in my letter box. I live in flats and my post box Is one of them really small post boxes that can only fit letter in. So I would love to know how your delivery man got that in there. I order fur slider.(There chunky thick fur slipper) I cant even fit my hands in my letter box and on that day I was in all day with my kids as they are unwell. This is not the first time this has happen with your company. Last time they got my item back, this is a joke. I've call your phone lines had me on hold 22 minute, then I hang up. That is beyond a joke. I would want some answer what kind of delivery driver do you have working for you. I don't know if you have same person delivering to house after he lie last time. I want my delivery or the money I had to pay for my item back. And for you please do some think about the driver you have that steal people stuff.

Hermes Parcelnet Parcel delivered but not received. Unable to contact.

Received message from MyHermes to tell me that my parcel was 'successfully delivered to a secure location' at a time (evening) when I and my family were at home. We have not received a parcel.

Unable to contact MyHermes by any means whatsoever. Helpline only found through googling directly directly, but when called it simply re-directs you to their website or your retailer. Enter details for web chat and I am told that my parcel is not a myhermes parcel. Checked the entered details 5 times, definitely correct.

Call my retailer. They tell me that myhermes always redirects customers to them and is unwilling to handle queries themselves. Am told they will contact myhermes for me and that I may get a response in 48 hours. If not then to call back.

I thought that online retailing was a growing market? Not like this it isn't. I ordered online because it was more convenient that going to a shop, but spending an hour handling a parcel 'lost' by myhermes is very inconvenient . I won't be ordering from any retailer that uses MyHermes ever again.

This is what happens when organisations operate 'on the cheap'.

Hermes Parcelnet Delivery

They did not deliver my parcel
They lied that they did so
Repeatedly failed to provide claim form
Web site is bug ridden
Live chat takes up to 2 hours and response is form answers by call centre m####s.
You will not receive a personal reply to your query. They will lie and dissimulate endlessly and shamelessly
This company is incompetent and dishonest. Do not use.

Hermes Parcelnet Parcel lost

i was awaiting a parcel delivery and checked it was deemed lost even though the systems said sunday 6pm delivered with signature?
the tracking bar code was [protected]
conversation as below:

Sai Pooja: Hi, my name is Sai Pooja. How may I help you?
Jason Aley: i didnt receive the item [protected]
Sai Pooja: I am sorry you have not received the parcel.
Sai Pooja: I will quickly check this for you.
Jason Aley: ok
Sai Pooja: Thank you for your patience.
Sai Pooja: I have checked the system and can see that this parcel has been deemed lost. A claim has been filed by the shipper and is currently being processed. For any further queries regarding this I request you to contact the shipper.
Jason Aley: i know this already, i need to see the signed for signature from the machine

Sai Pooja: Sorry to have kept you waiting.
Sai Pooja: I have checked the system and can see that the signature has not been obtained.

Hermes Parcelnet Parcel delivery to Dublin

the order referance they gave me was hrm10043924 they collected my parcel and the delivery date was the 24 February, this never happened they stated they had tried twice to deliver the parcel when placedthe order they took down my daughters telephone number to ring in Dublin.
after many frustrated phone calls and a change of delivery address to help them they returned the parcel back me, I have been promised returned phone calls and I have also requested the refund of the money paid to them.

The last contact date was 11th March the original contact person was Katherine Black this was dated 03/03/16 @12.30pm

Hermes Parcelnet Delivery

I ordered goods from amazon and the seller used this courier. We were not in so we left a note on the door addressed to the courier asking him to put the parcel in our black recycling box. Instead of this the driver threw the parcel over a 6 foot gate and it bounced into the garden. It was also raining heavily so the parcel was soaking wet. The gate was locked so the courier could not of put the parcel on the floor. We just wanted to warn others - we were lucky that there was nothing fragile in the parcel, but the point is that we left instructions for delivery and they were ignored.

Hermes Parcelnet Not bothering to knock on the door for collection or delivery, just leave a card

I had arranged for a collection for yesterday, the parcel was left on the porch as arranged but also we were in. The courier somehow missed the parcel even though it was obvious but didn't knock on the door either, ust left a card. Today my husband was indoors when he heard the letter box go, only to find another card saying they couldn't deliver even though we were in but they didn't even knock on the door, just left another card. That's twice now in 24 hours that they haven't bothered to even knock on the door. My quickser number is [protected], to be collected on behalf of Kaleidoscope. The delivery which was supposed to be today was from Swimwear365. I would be grateful if you could look into the courier responsible to my area, which East Grinstead, RH19 3GQ. Hermes Parcelnet Delivery

I bought a stereo of a guy on Gumtree. He was in Bristol he was kind enough to get it posted to my mums address as it was a Xmas present for her. When she eventually. Recieved it .the box was all battered.when u got the stereo out the lid on.the record player lid was all cracked . the on and off button was broken and it didn't work as it was battered about . I was so upset for my mum. As it was her Xmas present that none of it worked

Hermes Parcelnet Couriers miss treatment

My husband is a Hermes courses he tries his best to to deliver all parcels he delivers them the way he gets them he has been out from 8 thirty every day till 9-10 o'clock at night them don't get time for lunch breaks he's getting dinner at 11pm he's getting soaked trying to get peoples parcels to them I go out at night to help him do second load some people don't even say thanks and you know there in they hide don't answer door and all this for 50 odd pence a parcel so please spear a thought for the good couriers trying there best to get your parcels to you on time, my husband is out so much my dog barks at him coming in .worried wife

Hermes Parcelnet Delivery

They pushed 3 cards through the door none with contact details and all attempts according to their tracking system within 30 minutes of each other around 10am on Friday, Saturday and Monday (when there is no one in!). there was no way of contacting them to arrange a convenient delivery or to pick up the parcel, One of the delivery attempts was on a Saturday but they state they deliver Delivery to your home or workplace with Hermes: Delivery from Monday to Friday Their online help was absolutely useless and they maintain their couriers do not have to leave contact details. A service excuse me "none service" run for the convenience of the company not the customer. I won't in future order goods from anyone who uses this delivery service

we both are disabled and we had a lovley man dilvering, our parcels now our lovley man has gone, and we have a man that bangs bangs bangs he thumps on the door. we dont get up earley as we dont sleep well, we shop on line because we carnt get out much i, always thought what a good, company herms was untill this very noisy man was put on our round, could we have our lovely man backplease, the other man that keeps banging till we get up will put his hand through the glass door, there are two large dogs inside barking like mad but he keeps on banging could you take this man off and put us a nicer person we live at 54 bridge road, cookley village NRkidderminster dy103sb thankyou

Hermes Parcelnet Delivery by contract courier is a joke

I received a text message on Saturday 17/10/2015 from pound land saying the courier has my parcel. When I looked at the tracking it said delivery to letterbox complete at 19 .40 on 17th lies lies lies. we were in all evening. Next day Sunday 18/10/2015 received a text from Hermes saying my parcel will be delivered today on Sunday 18/10/2015 needless to say no one turned up. I tried to contact Hermes but wouldn't talk to me you must talk to the retailer. It is me who owns the missing goods .I will not shop at poundland again as long as they use these crooks.poundland will lose a lot of custom relying on Hermes.now waiting to see what happens. Hermes get rid of contract delivery drivers or do checks of at least 5 years on the ones you employ plus speak to the people who have lost the goods -AVOID THIS PARCEL COMPANY...

Hermes Parcelnet They lost parcels too often

I was shocked to see that the company www.hermes-europe.co.uk was still working. I have used the services of so-called company, but it was real disaster to deal with them. My order was lost and found several times. As well as they gave fake tracking numbers all the time. The customer services simply didn’t exist there and all my complaints went to nowhere. Don’t even think to use the services of this horrible company.

Hermes Parcelnet incompetent and liars

Never have I dealt with a company so rude, arrogant, and inefficient.
They damaged an item when delivering it
Receiving customer was unhappy with damage to item and contacted me for full refund.
He received full refund. Contacted Myhermes to have item returned due to the damage THEY caused in transit
as they required proof of damage [Pictures, model etc].
I asked if they pay postage and was informed that they would if claim upheld.
Item returned at my cost, photos, and all info required email to them.
Over next 2 weeks 10 different people responded asking for info already sent.
Eventually MYhermes agreed to pay claim and initial postage but not return postage.
Said that was my responsibility. Contacted them on 3/3/15 on phone for 40 mins
They said we are not paying return postage. Asked to speak to Customer Recourses Manager they eventually agreed and
PROMISED a call from him by 20.00 that evening [my previous experience with this company shows they
don't return calls].NO call back
Phoned this morning and complained. Eventually got through to Fhazise who refused to call me back saying Myhermes is not a free service although through their incompetence they created this mess. So again I spent nearly 30 mins sorting it out
Fhazise Made poor excuses about call back saying no message received, eventually agreed to refund postage then put phone down.
Myhermes might be slightly cheaper than most other couriers BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPAULLING.
I think Dawn Redman [ head of Myhermes Customer Service ], has a long way to go to sort out this problem

Hermes Parcelnet items do not arrive ever

This courier so far has failed to deliver 6 items that have been order over 18 months, the one that they did manage to order was a repeat for the original that had been stolen like the others, when it arrived the top had ben cut open and most of the contents had been taken. Customer Services are utter crap, and fit in the with the rest of the crap that this company is built upon. They never reply to emails, and head of CS is gutless and never actually wants to speak to you, or even apologies for the dreadful service that they provide. So, do yourself a favour, make sure when you buy goods online that this courier isn't used for the delivery. Pay a bit extra and get someone honest and reliable to deliver your goods, other wise it a case of stress, worry, aggravation and even maybe a heart attack. JUST DONT GO THERE

Hermes Parcelnet They didn't deliver my parcel promised to return it, but it was lie

I sent parcel through the website www.myhermes.co.uk. These people are real scammer and thieves, ‘coz they took my parcel and never delivered it. I called them and the rep promised to return my parcel, ‘coz I didn’t want to use their services anymore. But it was only fake promises and nothing else. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they deal with such dishonest seller.

Hermes Parcelnet No show parcel

A parcel sent from uk to me on 6th April 2014 apparently delivered and signed for by me on 11th april 2011 - no parcel has arrived! I have checked the tracking number online, and I can't believe that it tells me it has already been delivered.
I spoke to the courier, Linda, who is a personal friend and delivers Hermes in this area, and she has told me that no such delivery has taken place! I don't know who is supposed to of delivered it or where to BUT IT IS NOT HERE OR TO ME!

Hermes Parcelnet Misleading information

Too many time place order from various website but when it come down get delivered and the company who is delivering is Hermes well get ready for misleading information on their tracking website . Just about most of their delivery personal lying about attempting to deliver parcel but actually don't . I dot know it that is the employees or employer who is doing it all wrong . Never on time, misleading information on they delivery, I still don't understand why anyone still use them . They are not reliable and if it is to get cheap delivery services, I rather pay more money and get proper delivery on time just like DPD .

Hermes Parcelnet Failed delivery

omg! how do they get away with being such incorrigable wankers? people, STOP USING HERMES, put them out of business as they deserve. spare us all, for f**ks sake.

once again someone paid for delivery on my behalf only to land me in the [censored]e. hermes dont deliver, they drop my stuff to any of a number of shops at least one transit journey away when i live in the epicentre of pickup joints, there must be 20 places within 5 minutes walk of my house. the latest will require minimum 1 hour of billable time, the last one required 2 (@ 200/hour). i have tried to work with them to find a solution but its clear they arent interested. there has to be a flouting of consumer law in this somewhere? i am going the route of billing them for my time but am not optimistic.

DO NOT USE HERMES IT WILL END IN TEARS (YOURS)

Hermes Parcelnet Credit card fraud

I used my credit card to pay for my hermes, and parcel force I rarely use this card, and weeks after paying my hermes and parcelforce (a month between payment) my card has been used to pay for holidays! I can only assume this was due to my payment to my hermes or parcelforce, havent used the card with anyone else since january

Hermes Parcelnet Fake delivery

I ordered some items from topshop for next day delivery which still haven't arrived two days later. Although on the hermes website it says i have signed for it on the nominated day. How on earth can i have signed for a parcel that was never in my possession? I have been trying to track down the parcel to no avail as hermes do not speak directly to the customer if the parcel has been 'delivered', wherever it may be. This is really poor as no one seems to understand the urgency of 'im travelling tomorrow, so i can't wait 72 hours for someone to contact me'. I shouldn't have to personally investigate who has my parcel and when i do i expect someone to be able to help me!

I am currently a seller on ebay I have posted 81 items within the last 3 months via hermes, without I thought any problems until last week I have 3 separate buyers from London / Norfolk and wales all message me asking when they are getting there items hermes website shows all items delivered and upon request have provided me with proof of signature for all 3 items all posted on different dates
I confronted the 3 buyers with the proof only to be shocked they all say its not there signature as a seller what choice do I have when proof is provided
as you can imagine one buyer immediately left neg feedback and got abusive saying I had conned them I contacted hermes via message and phone and they insist all items where delivered to the delivery addresses I sent them to
now today I get a message from hermes as one of these buyers I gave them hermes contact number has called in to say there piece the message from hermes states one of my recipients today has contacted them stating they have not had there item (( we are very sorry but do not know where your item is and can not locate it we have advised your buyer to contact you for a refund I have been paying an extra £1 per item posted to make sure each items was signed for upon delivery I had no idea this sort of thing was going on IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE IT IS THEFT AND DECEPTION I urge every one that has had there items falsely signed for to contact your local police and report this
(( Hermes from the second they update there website to say item is delivered are committing deception.. the courier whether it be Hermes or an outside company are committing theft by signing for somebody elses property and keeping it
I AM NOW PANICKING THAT NON OF MY OTHER BUYERS CONTACT ME WITH THE SAME ISSUE

I am in a similar situation at the minute where my item (bought off ebay) was sent via Hermes, tracked but not signed for. I messaged the seller to ask them about my parcel as I had not received it and she said that the parcel was delivered through letterbox at 13.07 on 21st May! She will not refund me as she says I have received it and I cannot get anywhere at all with Hermes. They are less than useless and have disconnected on me twice, telling me to have a nice day!

I will not be made to look like a liar and a thief when I am 100% honest. She then left me feedback on ebay implying to everyone that I was dishonest and that people should not sell to me! It is a horrible situation because it makes you feel like a liar when the tracking number states "delivered through letterbox!" I have tried neighbors, outbuildings, everywhere a parcel could possibly be left, but it simply is not here. No one will help me. I am only glad this has happened now with a low value item. I will not be sending or receiving through Hermes without a signature as I am stuck with a delivered status when I have not received anything at all!

I am very disappointed in this company, I ordered items from JD sports which still have not arrived to receive an email stating I signed for these items on 05/01/15 @19:53. I called JD Sports who contacted the courier who said that he defiantly delivered to my flat. Which was false, I did not receive my parcel and did not sign for anything. I was in all evening. JD sport are treating me like a criminal. I now have to wait another three weeks for my items or a refund until this is investigated. How is this fair as a consumer ?

I have paid for an item on ebay for £35. the item was being delivered by hermes, even has a tracking number and guess what, this item never arrived. i asked the seller what happened and they checked and said that the item was delivery in the morning, at a time I was not even at home and guess what, it was apparently signed for. none of my neighbours have accepted my parcels as I have told them not to. I have two big signs on my door that clearly says do not leave parcels outside my door, and still they have left parcels outside my door and parcels have even gone missing and guess what, it was hermes again.

hermes are liars, DO NOT USE HERMES they have thieves working for them. Ebay needs to do something about this. I will not longer buy off anyone that does not use Royal mail tracked and signed for. whoever hermes is using they are not delivering and the delivery people are clearly stealing mail that buyers like myself are paying a lot of money for. I am fuming. I dont know what to do now. I have lost money! and because it has a trcking number i am not even covered by ebay. trading standards needs to investigate. BOYCOT HERMES! REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS!

i recently bought a touch screen laptop off ebay i contacted the seller to say it hadent been deliverd i got a tracking order from the seller checked the number and it said it had been signed for at 13.53 on the 28th june i was not in at the time the seller is accuseing me of fraud

Hermes are the worst

I recently ordered an item it was sent via Hermes I checked the tracking info this morning and it said it was signed for by the customer Friday at 18:07, I was in at that time and no tried to deliver anything. I phoned the company I ordered from according to them it was my signature they have tried to contact the courier, But they did not answer and have emailed them. I have read many complaints about Hermes fake deliverys, people saying the item was refused by customer five minutes after the courier had received it and damaged parcels
