I bought a Hisense 32" HD Ready Smart TV at Game in Vosloorus Shop 36 Chris Hani Shopping Centre on the 02/03/2019. The TV has a 4 year warranty on it. On the 10/09/2019 I saw rainbow lines on the screen of the TV as I switched it on. On the same day I decided to send the TV back to Game for repairs. The sales person tested it and told me the screen was cracked and I told the sales person that my Tv was working the previous day and I stay by myself and there is no way that there is something that hit my TV infect my tv is not cracked it only shows rainbow lines when you switch it on but it was booked for repairs.
The same day another guy at Game asked me what was happening with my tv as he was also unsatisfied customer with the same issue of a Hisense Tv, I told him was happening. He told me that they won't help these guys, I must register with Hello peter South Africa and told them my problem. I was happy that another guy has the same issue as mine and he was helped because of Hellopeter SA thinking they won't give me a probrem.
Now my problem is I got an sms yesterday the 25th of September 2019 stating that my repair item of which is my Tv was ready for collection. So I came back from work happy that my tv was repaired, I went straight to Game Vosloorus to collect my tv and I got the Tv from Jabulile Mngomezulu and who did not bother to inform me that my tv was not repaired she only told me that the report of the tv was in the box. So thinking my tv was ok since I got the sms I went outside the store and decided to open the report, to my surprise the report said that the tv was not repaired because the screen is cracked and I immediately took it back to the store and they told me that they can't help me as the tv was checked by the technicians. I ask for the store manager and told him my sad story he told me that my Tv was not going to be repaired and I must pay for it to be repaired and he told me that I must buy another Tv as it will cost the same money as buying another tv with an attitude . I told him that the tv have a 4 year warranty and he said he can't help me I must collect my tv within 15 days as the store will destroy it as I am leaving the tv on purpose.
I left my tv there I am hoping that you will assist me regarding this matter. My contact details are Phone number [protected] and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards

Please is there anyone who could assist me with this issue as I stated on the 26/09/2019 with Game Vosloorus Chris Hani Mall, because the TV is still with them the manager said verbally if I did not collect it within 15 days they will have to discard it and they wont be liable if the TV get damaged in the store.

On the 4th of October 2019 I went back to Game customer service and asked to phone Hisense regarding the TV which was not repaired they told me that the TV screen is cracked I asked the lady from Hisense that how can you say it is cracked while it did not get hit by anything. She told me that they will not repair the TV as the warranty will not work for a cracked TV. The same day I took the TV with me as there was no service done to me. Buying a Hisense tv is a waste of money I would advise consumer not to buy Hisense TV cause there are lots of problems about it. I also tried to email Hisense customer service regarding this matter, there was no help from them. This 3 or 4 year warranty is bull*** cause there is no service done to me. Almost most every day there is are complains of Hisense with it bull 4 year warranty which they don’t want to fulfil.
Below I have attached the photos of the TV when switched off and when switched on.
