Over the phone, I've booked my car for service at Soweto VW on the 10 of Septmber . We agreed that I can take it in for Saturday the 14th, due to ae fact that I'm working during the week. To my suprise, the car was not serviced and I was told that my car service plan has expired on the 13 th of September 2019. What annoy's me is, I was not told on Tuesday (over the phone) that the motorplan service will be expired by Saturday, I was told to bring in the car Saturday. Like I normally do when I book for service. I called again today cause the lady there @ VW, said to me she need to find out what has happened, and why was it not serviced. this morning she is telling me that the motor plan expired last year November. I need to pay R2, 600.00 for service of which I find it very unfair on my side.
