H-E-B Netspend h-e-b visa debit card

I purchased the H-E-B Netspend Debit card because I needed a prepaid card to add funds and with those funds I was planning to pay a 200$ deposit for a credit card. As I was activating my debit card online, an error occurred, and stated that I need to call the customer service number to activate my card. As I was in process to call customer service I noticed an email that stated my address had been updated with the H-E-B prepaid website. So I called and the animated lady told me my card was successful activated. Hanging up the phone call, I logged onto my online account and was told that I would need my ID, SS#, and a utility bill. I figured I could do this at my own time, being that this would be a one time use for this card. I went to pay my security deposit and it kept saying that I needed to check my payment information. I re entered my card information twice, and It still did not work. It came to mind to check my account online to see if my funds were still available, but I was locked out. I am planing on calling Netspend in the Am, and if I'm not satisfied with the results I will be going to H-E-B to speak with a store manager.

The next morning I called the customer service number on the back of the card, sent in the documents that were needed, and my account was unlocked and all my funds were available and still at 200$. Thank you Jesus.

H-E-B Cashier

I was embarrassed by a cashier by the name Miranda (register 11). I have SNAP benefits and used that to pay along with my partner card because I have a Daughter who works for the Company. I also used a digital coupon I had along with in store coupons. The only non food item I bought was a pack of toilet paper that was $1.87. At the end of the transaction, she told me my out of pocket balance was $12.22. I explained to her that I didn't get any non food items besides the toilet paper and if she could check the register or receipt. She said no she doesn't do that. I asked for a Manager and was told they don't do that either. I was so embarrassed! Luckily there was a sweet Boy behind me that offered to pay for me. And when she gave me the receipt; she tells me: Ohh.. you have $ 51.71 lest in your SNAP account. I explained to her then why wasn't that $10 charged into that account cause I knew I only owed about $2.00. She told me to check on my own because again she couldn't do that. Very, very unprofessional!

H-E-B Everything

I am extremely disappointed in Mi Tienda. Not just the first time but for the second time. The first time I shopped at the store I spent $300 on groceries. The way that you guys have the bakery separate from the grocery is a cause for concern.in large corporations like Walmart and Kroger they made it not only convenient but ethical for a consumer. Customers do not want to pay twice. I shouldn't have to pay at the bakery then pay for my groceries separate. That's not logical. It would be like going to McDonald's and having to purchase once for food and another for beverages. Just doesn't make sense. Anyways as I finished shopping with my husband I exited the grocery and then entered the bakery side. Upon walking into that area a Hispanic Manager immediately stared me down and I already knew what he was thinking so I pushed my cart in 100% visible location where the manager could see. My husband shopped for the bread and paid AGAIN! As soon as we went to walk out he locked my wheels as if I was a thief but remember I just spent $300. I was so angry and disappointed that humans treat other humans like scum over race. I told my husband I would never go back even though I literally live 1 street over. Today which has been months since my first visit I decided to give it a second shot. This time for a Western Union transaction. I waited for about 10 minutes in line only to be told to fill out a paper which is not required by any Western Union this is just Mi Tiendas process. Alondra B told me to move so she could service the woman behind me. Now let's get this straight. Is that proper customer service to require me to stand in line then be forced to fill out a "form" that isn't even required by WesternUnion and then service someone who was after me? When did that become a factor in customer service. I was frustrated but didn't say anything. I had the form to Alondra B and she tells me that the MTCN number has nothing under it. I ask her what I have a picture from my husband on the receipt. She tells me to move so I can call my husband. I asked for what and she rebuttals I don't know what for. So I ask her what number do you need and I ask to see the "form" that I filled out. I asked "which number?" What happened is she was looking at my phone number which was printed in the mobile number section instead of using the MTCN number. She never once apologized for her making the mistake. I asked why she had an attitude and she said she didn't. I asked for my information back the I was required to fill out and she said "No, it's our managements request to keep them". I spoke with the manager on duty who also lacked customer service skills. So there are a few issues here I'd like be looked at. First, why does Mi Tienda only hire or if any hires only Hispanic people. Isn't there a requirement to hire all backgrounds? Second, what happened to customer service? First come, first serve. Third, why is it ok for people who are not Hispanic to be treated poorly? And lastly, why is it ok for Mi Tienda to take my name, email, physical address, and phone number, and keep it? Please explain. The last two experiences I felt were racially charged and I feel horrible. It's even worse when you're children are half Mexican and you still get racism. I'd also like to add that I know for sure racism is going on because the Security company you employee I use to be associated with and know the "types" of people that management called in on... guess what they are mostly black or another race. I will continue to push this and possibly contacting others regarding this distasteful

H-E-B Curbside and store

I was trying to place a curb side order as I usually do. It wouldn't accept any time slot. I talked to the girl in curb side she said she couldn't help me. I called all the numbers I could find and get the robots that can't understand. I called the store here in Bay City, Texas got the grocery department he said he didn't know anything about curb side, I ask if I should cancel my order and try back later, he said yes. You give these people jobs and they can't help anyone they need more training. The last curb side I did the first part of July was a hot mess.

H-E-B heb greek yogurt 4-pack

I love the HEB greek yogurt 4 pack of single serving cups, however the last several times I have received them they have had 2 issues. (I mostly order blueberry and raspberry flavors.)

1. they are not as full as they used to be. I know it is by weight, however the last several batches have BARELY been half full.
2. The raspberry flavor has no raspberry flavor. The one I am currently attempting to eat is almost white in color and tastes like plain greek yogurt with a SLIGHT hint at what could be a berry flavor. (lot #27, sell by Aug 2nd) But this is not the first batch I've gotten with hardly any raspberry flavoring.

H-E-B Check out service

I checked out at HEB on July 13, 2019 at 7:18pm. My total was $193.19. I gave the cashier $200.00 in cash. I wanted someone to look at the video and see if all that the cashier was doing with the cash I gave him was necessary. In my eyes it was embarrassing. Because if he thought the money I was giving him was counterfeit, that's not the way to check it. It was more embarrassing than anything. I'm pretty sure he didn't do that with every customer that came through his checkout counter. If he does then he won't last long at HEB. I don't go to any other grocery store and it a shame that one person would cause such a bad experience. The receipt has Joshua W name at the bottom. I hope to hear from someone soon on this issue. H-E-B heb mayo, real mayonnaise, 32 oz.; upc [protected] 4

I'm in my 70's and I've eaten a LOT of mayonnaise in that time. Until about two months ago, THIS product was my favorite mayonnaise, even over all the big national brands and regional favorites (like "Blue Plate"). I highly recommended it to everyone.

However my last purchase of two 32 oz of this product was a disaster (more than a disappointment). The product was not even mayonnaise. It was thin and almost watery. It appeared to me, from the taste, that they had left out the egg yolks (or most of them). It tasted of little else than oil and vinegar. Ruined a recipe and part of a big meal.

I also called this one in to HEB Customer Service.

HEB, shouldn't there be someone at all of your suppliers who checks each batch of such a complex product and who knows the product and what it's supposed to taste like? This was just not even mayonnaise at all. It tasted like the (cheaper) "salad dressing" but without the sweetener.

H-E-B Unethical behavior of cashier and manager

The week of July 22nd I went to the smaller HEB in San Marcos with my daughter who is about to attend Texas State in the fall. We were standing in line when the cashier, Monica, starts talking to what I'm guessing is her manager some girl in a different colored shirt about smoking weed together. They went on and on about how they haven't smoke with each other in a while and need to get together and how she could get a fake id so they could go out together. I heard their whole conversation, its like they weren't even scared of getting caught but why should they be when one of them is a manager. I am about to drop my daughter off in a whole new city to attend school and it just made me greatly uncomfortable to hear about drug usage and see that these girls weren't scared of any repercussions. I thought HEB was a drug free store! I don't want my daughter exposed to this. It still is not legal in Texas and I don't want my child to think its no big deal when people still get arrested and thrown in jail for this. I just thought it was completely unethical to be speaking about these things out in the open at work especially with a manager. There are plenty of other kids out there looking for jobs who won't just stand there talking about smoking weed but actually work. These two should be reprimanded and looked into. This was not a manager relationship but rather one of two gossiping high schoolers.

H-E-B unethical behavior, bad customer service, cross contamination, cashier lala, m

To whom it may concern, I always go to this store to do my grocery shopping been going there for about 4 years now and I live about 10 miles away, and I go out of my way because of the great costumer service they have. Today it was awful, Miss LALA, M didn't provide the great costumer experience this store has and also took all my meats out of each bag, I had chicken, pork and beef, she had some attitude while she was taking them out of the bags and place all of them in one bag, I got home and found pork blood all over the chicken and beef, this is unacceptable, especially for someone that works in the food industry as a chef, cross contamination is something to be concerned about and if she did this to me I know she's doing it to every costumer that goes through her line. none of the other cashiers have ever done this, please take care of this issue before people get sick for an employees negligence, maybe she doesn't know the damage she can cause by doing this, or she doesn't know about cross contamination, I will continue my shopping at this store but if this happens again I will stop spending my money there, thank you and please have a great day.

H-E-B Store wide

Good morning,
I hate to say this but being that this store is apart of where I live I feel that I have no other choice but to. I don't know what has happened in this store over the last month or two but the store looks like crap! Every time I go in I see store managers/leaders jaw jacking with each other versus making sure that the mannnnnnnyyyyyyyyy! Empty pockets and side stacks are filled and presentational at minimum.
I don't blame the workers I blame the leadership of this store for the downslide of quality of what I am seeing.
Just in case you haven't noticed mr. Big walmart is sitting directly across the street waiting, just waiting for you to slip up and let me tell you just in case you didn't get the memo at the beginning of this message you'll have slipped, fell, and busted your head wide open at this store!
To who ever the top store leader is vacation time is over you need to get your act/store together now or get someone in there that can!
I didn't know I could add pictures on here. Hehehehehehe!

H-E-B heb buddy training pants

I purchased the Big pack of H.E.Buddy training pants size 4t to 5t. Out of the brand new pack 6 have ripped at the stretchy sides when attempting to pull them up. I would like to suggest that the sides be increased in length to allow for better stretch at pull up. I bought the large pack on a budget and am throwing away unused training pants due to defective sides.

H-E-B glade candles

alright first off I apologize about my spelling I'm German. Tonight I decided instead of Walmart I would go to Heb with coupons in collected. And let me tell you worst idea I had the single worst experience I ever had being treated like someone lying deceiving trying to pull one over on Manager and cashier (how they made me feel anyways in front of lots of customers ) I had to wait in line over 20 min almost midnight when my coupons expired I shop often at night to get my little me time away from kids and never was there only 1 lane open with 9 plus customers finally another line openx customer in front of me kindly said go ahead I don't want you loosing your coupons greatfuly I ablidged omg here we go first off my coupons didn't state only one per pershase but I was advised I could not use more than 1 coupons at my transactions ok but since I shopped around and then waited last 30 min to be checked out guess what customers everywhere so I lost out on 11 items packs of tide pods 16 packs that i had 3$ off coupons for paper manufacturers coupons oh as if that's not enough I was so exited to get some amazing glade candle deals since 4 way close to dairy got reset to fall smells summer ones I found at clearance 4 way how exiting right Nope! Half the time everything all over the place but the candles had price at the time I got the 4 candles that were 2 wick pink ones off clearance 4 way at least 4 He partners were right there real close working so I know they had to see me anyway 4 way had price tag of .67 c omg there were 5 I got 4 thought to myself I want all but jut ok case I leave one to show however might need to see right but also took pic with my phone just in case didn't want to rip Tag off yeah right I got treated like I lied made it up tried to play cashier manager never saw him before tonight in front of all the customers I honestly teared up i was so embarrassed upset why did I come to heb to be made a fool of I take great pride in shopping for deals I collect coupons I'm a single mother of 3. But to go ok I tried to let no one see I had tears and was highly ashamed but look fact is I have heb app I tried double checking price just like I do with anything else plus tag clearly says 67cents I once again politely told cashier look I showed you the picture of clearance end cap label was clear I want the canceld what there marked for she telling me no they ring x ammount ! I just stand yurts again like a fool so I decided to pay and go ask manager could I show him something he says ok but real fast I also had a sage glade candle green I just saw on my receipt she rang that one up and it cane up .67 cents and on top of that she kept it I'm just so disappointed ugh so going back to manager I walk him over to clearance end cap they have 2 this ones closed to chemicals shoe him we're they took all the seasonal glade and fabreze items after changing out 4 way with now items there clearly they're plug ins different flavors the one candle I left on shelf other fabrez candles room sprays this situation serious to he never made eye Contact didn't seem concern or even carting just mumbling something about customers moving stuff ! So I says wait are you saying I moved stuff I don't understand I told him now agronomy tearing up getting chocked up I didn't move anything even told him to go don't the people that were right here when I out loud was so exited to get amazing deal made my night for about 30 min until this So I tell him I then associates should zone and return items to their correct places since now he's saying someone glade candlesknweong place ( and again the whole entire summer themeglade fabrez stufffrom 4 way by dreary got changed to fall flavors not just candles I wanted to purchase when I addressed the issues of items then needing to be zoned he tells me that's not possible they didn't have time at that point I realize it was time for me to exit store this manger didn't care just wanted me to shut up and leave worst experience and most definitely worst customer service in my life! I lost all around tonight my coupons I collected and was exited to use at first at Walmart and I don't know why decided to get belittled treated so bad by cashier and manager I cried twice didn't get my candles payed for one glade candle and it actually rang up 67 cents like I stared and like the picture to show for proof she kept I got to loose my dignity at heb in copperas cove And I would like to know what I should do next solution 1 never step into Heb again? solution 2 shop only full price avoid clearance mark down ? And also I felt like taking a picture with me showing we're I got Items clear picture of lable to make everyone's life easier I don't understand I really don't And at this point I want to share my highly degrading experience with everyone so this never happens to anyone else I'm 39 willbe 40 in 2 weeks worst experience in my life ! I felt like I had no rights and like a lying criminal

H-E-B organic bananas, organic tomatoes, watermelon

Bananas were bruised and a couple from the bunch of 5 were mushy on the tips. One tomato had a greenish yellow color on a third of it. Watermelon was too ripe. I know fruit is a gamble, however you can clearly see the bananas were bruised and the tomato is not not ripe. I purchased all organic so it cost a little more. When you pay a bit more for organic, you should get quality products.

H-E-B found a big piece of plastic in salad bag

Found a big piece of plastic in HEB organic salad bag. Luckily it got on my husband's plate & he was able to remove the piece from his mouth. I stopped at the store with the bag & the plastic piece & I was told the manager will call me however no response. I am not going to buy the salad bag anymore. They need to do a better quality control. I am paying a high price for it.

H-E-B curbside pickup at dripping springs store

I placed an order today for curbside pick up. I ordered the Bolthouse farms baby carrots and instead received the Kerns baby carrots. I was not informed of the change. Several times before I have received the KERNS brand and they are ALWAYS slimy and disgusting. I always have to throw the bag away as they are unfit to eat. I do not know why you carry that brand as they are never of any decent quality. I am upset that I received this brand and will have to throw them away. If i had been notified about the substitution, I would not have purchased them.

H-E-B pharmacy technician not giving me all information

So I called HEB rx 4 days ago, which I've been using for the last 12 years now .Amber, an rx tech answered the phone did not give me all the information that I needed. Although I didn't ask for it, I asked if the doctor had called any of my refills for the three medications that I've been on for approximately two years now. She said no he didn't . Yet, she neglected to tell me that I had refills. So I've gone without my pain meds for 3 days now because of this, As well as calling my doctors office in raising Cane's that they had not called in my medication! How embarrassing! Just because she didn't give me the information that was right in front of her when she pulled up my birthday!

Cooked suggested amount of time in micro--beans tough and could not be cut with a knife--cooked them 3 more minutes--three more minutes and finally put them on the stove to cook long and slow--still tough!

I wanted to use in a green bean salad but was unable to--ruined all my other ingredients.

I will be requesting my money back. You might want to check with your supplier.

H-E-B the way I was treated by an employee

I went to HEB #692 ( 3590 College St Beaumont, Tx 77801) yesterday 5/26/19. I was picking out a watermelon. There were several different displays. There was a digital coupon for a free watermelon knife with the purchase of a super sized watermelon. We asked a employee named Joseph how much the watermelons were in the front display and he said they were all the same price $5.97 but the watermelon knifes were only for the smaller seedless ones. I asked I'd they were the same price then why couldn't the coupon be used for either. His only response was because it is what it is. I ended up picking out one of each and 2 of the knives since the coupon was unlimited. Joseph literally in my face walked to each register and told them that the knife was only for the smaller watermelon. How humiliating to do that in my face with no good reason. The person that checked me out rang up both watermelons and the coupon did work on both so I am not sure why Joseph was so rude when he didn't even know what he was talking about. I also bought $300 in gift cards. Those I could have bought anywhere. If you want people to continue to use your store then someone may need to speak to Joseph about the way he treats your customers. As we were leaving he was misleading another customer, but I spoke up since he was telling them wrong.

H-E-B Security

A HEB security team member, with walkie talkie calling on BIG JOHN security man, tried to strike me with the Lentil Bin. I go to HEB everyday, not appreciated for my business. The drive up carts and these mobile carts are always bumping into my path and old bunch of retired folks cant move fast enough to avoid a snail. I'm disabled and on disability for some form of liver cancer, cirrhosis, and portal vein blockage. Doctors say, stage 4 not expected to live long. My doctor told me to try changing my diet. So, I thought these little lentil seeds my help. I open bin, take one, only one, then Martha Stewart's cell mate who is now head of security at HEB in Marble Falls TX walks up to me and tell me I'm a contamination to her store, so I tried another one. Mrs Martha Stewart's cell mate then grabs to lentil bin from the top shelf and swings it in my direction, she then threw me out of HEB. HEB in Marble Falls, TX has a history of reporting customers to a local church, then they make public comments about you.

H-E-B checkout

The man running the checkout isles at 4:30 on Friday April 26, 2019 needs to be retrained or at least talked to. He had only 2 lanes opened, customers with carts completely full of items. Lanes where so full that we were dripping into the food isles. However he kept picking random women out and letting them go into the 15 items or less lanes while others had been standing in line longer than them. Heb on 2nd st in McAllen Tx 702. I had to leave my items without paying because I had been waiting long enough already and couldn't wait anymore. The fact that he had no problem letting the other customers see what he was doing really says a lot about how he simply did not care about the wait. Not only that, he had no one sacking groceries, cashiers were sacking the groceries. It was really Disappointing to be treated that way.
