heartland bengals of Eddyville iowa was never registered or supported by TICA or in good standing. we know we are registered and in good standing. they were a fly by night cattery who didn't take the proper steps needed to be legit.
we are HeartlandBengal, of Danville Iowa.
we are registered by TICA and in good standing yet we are getting bad rep by this site because of there non professional practices.

we are a new cattery "not related in any way to these people" we have not had our first litter yet but will soon and we want a fair chance to not be associated with heartland bengals who never registered with TICA.
we would like a separate notation defining between the 2 businesses please as we have done nothing wrong and done everything expected of us to be a reputable business.
There are or were 2 HeartlandBengal catteries. One is my cattery HeartlandBengal. The other was Heartland Bengals.
both catteries are similar in name but not the same.
Heartland Bengals had some issues involving a person who went to great lengths to mislead people, double sell kittens and sold sick kittens.
I was blamed for selling sick kittens when in fact I had not even had my first litter of kittens. we still have not had our first litter as of 1/18/2019 and do not intend to have our first planned breeding until 7/2019.
I am publicly stating we have no interaction with any other cattery other than our own, no outside influence or genetics other than what we have purchased legally and all animals have a health guarantee.
Heartland Bengals is or was having issues with a person who is making a personal attempt to mislead people, pit cattery against cattery claiming to be someone else.
this is the reason I made my complaint, I was also careful in my complaint to separate myself from them. when someone came to me saying I sold sick kittens I was very angry and hurt because I would never do such a thing.
my original complaint can not be removed but it is updatable. read it and understand it in it totality.
Heartland Bengals will need to clear there cattery name due to a single person who has done very bad things pretending to be them... and us.

Aug. 2014 sold a kitten (on payment plan) and gave Kelli Springer Brown a proven female, in a written agreement - I would receive either $1000 (pet price) or 'pick kitten'. Miss Brown bred both females prior to paying them off; which was breach of contract - she did not legally own them. She did have sell kittens and failed to inform me. She did pay the kitten off that she purchased, but I never received anything from the agreement of the proven adult female agreement - I never received $1000 (pet price) or 'pick kitten'. Miss Brown made no attempt to make a payment at all. I filed small claims in Sept. 2015 Case No. 03D02-1502-SC-1384. Miss Brown failed to appear on three different court dates. The judge ruled in my favor and issued a body attachment on Miss Kelli Brown Springer on the third/final court date Feb. 4, 2016. Miss Brown admits that she owes me the money but refuses to pay. She states in her text that she couldn't appear due to not having a drivers license - she clearly doesn't understand that after three missed court dates, the judge has made his decision, this case is closed and there is currently a body attachment issued against her.
Kelli Brown was court ordered on Feb 8, 2016 to pay the amount of $1119.80, plus court cost and interest. Kelli Brown made a $50 payment on Sept. 2, 2016 because she has a judgement (See Attached) against her NOT to restore a relationship.
I'm an honest person I did not pay the 1, 000 yet on the cat and I'm now making payments to resolve and restore this relationship
