Harvey's Canada Hamburgers

August 24 2022. We purchased 1 original meal and 1 kids meal. The fries and drinks were fine except they never gave us straws! The burgers were terrible, possibly the worst we ever had. The buns were tough and dry, the kids meal burger ie meat was almost nonexistent. I wanted the works on the original burger and received lettuce, 1 small slice tomato and 1 slice dill pickle. Terrible and would have taken them back but we were not near restaurant at this time.

Harvey's Canada Service

I drove through the Harveys drive Thru on Friday July 29th … on Dougall Ave in Windsor Ont ..: the Harveys Across from Walmart …. The girl working the window was very rude huffing and puffing because she didnt ask me what i wanted to drink with my combo … so when i tried to clarify things things she was very rude! Then i had a gift card to pay for my order bit apparently there wasnt anything on it and she thought ot was quite funny and laughing with another employee … I will Never go this Harveys again

Sudbury shopping center, I've had similar issues with burnt and cold burgers, and no bottom bun, well not really not it was so flat when l was picking up my burger, l was picking it up by the meat and top of hamburger. And this one got to me when l asked for relish and mustard on the top part of my bun they out right refused, and said we don't do that here, they completely took that fact of Harvey's make a burger your way, it how you advertise it, so why did they refuse to make it my way!

Harvey's Canada Services

The service at the king and park location in oshawa ontario needs better management i waited over 20 minutes before I said something and it took another 30 minutes before someone got to me and at that point I had enough and walked out pissed off and still hungry

Desired outcome: To be put under new and more customer oriented management and staffing

Harvey's Canada Terrible food/service

Had one of the worst fast-food meals we have experienced in a very long time

Went to the drive-thru in Trenton (283 Dundas St E) on June 26/22 at 7:22pm

Ordered an Original chBcn burger with Onion rings and a Grilled chicken burger with onion rings and asked for one pkg of ketchup on the side, which I never received

when we got our order to the park where we decided to eat, the burgers had so much toppings (ketchup etc) that the meat for both fell out of the bun and onto our clothes, not even napkins to clean it up one of the onions rings was in the bag sideways so taking it out of the bag I had to repack it in the carton, there was zero care put into the order and then to charge 25.50 for such a mess was ridiculous, my husband did eat his burger but as for me the seagulls ate mine I was disgusted over the whole ordeal I lost my appetite

Harvey's Canada Hotdogs

Drive through Queenston Rd Hamilton Ontario June 27 2022 11am. I ordered a hotdog asked for a little mustard, relish, pickle, cheese and bacon. When I got home opened it and mustard oozeeid out as way to much as well as relish the wiener tasted like it was from yesterday the worst ever. Email [protected]@hotmail.com

Harvey's Canada Overall service of the Bolton location

Hello there!

I am writing to you today out of concern for the Harvey's Restaurant located in Bolton. I absolutely love Harvey's food but my complaint/concern is about their hours. There has been countless times where I have gone an hour to half hour before the posted closing time, arrived and they were already closed.

Most recently was last night, Monday June 13th, 2022. I left my job and was craving a crispy chicken, I made sure to check what time they closed, time listed was 10:30pm. I arrived at Harvey's around 9:35pm and to no surprise they were closed, I parked and double checked online and sure enough it still said open. If they want to close earlier they should change their times to stay accurate, even if its slow they should be open until the listed time no matter what.

I have noticed a frequent decline in customers over the past couple months and I'm afraid this may be a reason. As a customer myself if I notice a place be inconsistent and/ or not following their own listed times I will stop going simply because now I don't even know when they are open or not.

Another concern/question I have is the restaurant is not open for dine-in, I'm not sure if this is the case for all Harvey's locations or just theirs but this will also turn away customers. Many people, myself included want to sit down and eat, if a restaurant doesn't offer dine-in people will locate to a different franchise where they can go in and sit down. I've seen it first hand as someone who worked at a fast food franchise.

Desired outcome: Just to look into these issues and get them fixed, I'd hate to see Harvey's go from lack of income. It has been apart of this town for as long as I can remember.

Harvey's Canada Incorrect order

Today on June 3 at 856 pm we ordered the Angus BBQ ringer melt burger we got home opened the order up to find that we did not get that burger. There was NO onion rings or BBQ sauce or baccon on it.. we went back to the Harvey's and were nice about it and the lady at the register was seen me in line with the order already.. when I got to the register they 3 girls avoided me trying to pass me off to one another.. I gave reciept to lady. She says 9k we redo.. then after we sit down they look at me with a smirk on her face she's Saya do you have proff. Well 1 I just gave her my receipt and two I showed her the order number on my email app order. I've never made a complaint before but now this is just nonsense. They last time they forgot half the order time before that there was no gravye on my poutine time before that there was no baccon.. and now we g of t in pure attitude.

Desired outcome: At 25 dollar gift card to Harvey's for my husband and I.

Harvey's Canada Hamburger topings

Everytime I got the Harvey's on Woodlawn in Guelph I order the same thing Everytime. Original with bacon and cheese with lots of pickles. Everytime the put 2 pickles on Everytime. I'm tired of you guy not listening. What do I have to say to get the desired amount of pickles.

Desired outcome: Put more pickles on when someone says lots of pickles.

Harvey's Canada On Line App

While using their app, it wasn't till after bringing the order home had I realized an extra item had been added. The extra item was BBQ sauce, which wasn't originally on there.

I figured it had to be a glitch in their system.

When trying to explain to the CSR what occurred to see if I could the least get credit for the meal or least get me reward points credited back to my account, I got nowhere. The CSR said since it the item had showed on the order at time of purchase, then I had no case, but i tried to explain to the CSR that I had not received a confirmation email of the purchase. Least if I had received 1, then at that time I would have been able to correct the problem. I believe the only reason I never received 1 was, so they could have hid their mistake.

So then I tried asking for a credit on the meal or at least a credit for the rewards points I had spent since I left, it was unfair to lose them of their mistake. My only reason for leaving this review is to warn people to double-check all orders so not to lose rewards points & to take screenshots of all orders while using their mobile app, just so if there are any mistakes you'll have the proof needed to demand a refund.

Harvey's Canada Service

I made a complaint a few month ago, there is a employee preparing food at the restaurant in Lasalle Quebec that has an unacceptable amount of arm hair to be preparing food without some type of sleeve

When I first mad the complaint I notice he was advise to wear a sleeve but the next time I went in he just rolled them up

please look into this, a persons arm hair should not be a topping on a burger

Harvey's Canada Customer service

Chk no 6296, code:[protected], 180 Boul. Grever, Gatineau, Québec.

I just went to that restaurant as I do at least 3 or 4 times a month. I must say that I was really badly served, and the restaurant was really dirty, floor has not been swept for quite a while, soft drink counter extremely dirty.
Girl at the serving counter was in a real bad mood, rough, and just didn't want to be there, I even told her, it doesn't look like fun or pleasing to work today, her reply was no it's not at all, tired of serving clients, tired of that incompetent staff working here.

Sorry to say but if I go to a restaurant it is not to hear the staff complaining and definitely not to hear here that working at Harvey's is not pleasant at all.

Harvey's Canada Angus bacon cheese burge meal

Worst Angus bacon cheese burger ever... Been going there for years but I may have to change to another location. Just picked up four Angus bacon and cheese burger meals.. The bacon tasted like it was fried in a week old burnt pan. Never in my life did I ever think I'd say something bad about bacon, but Harveys at 3400 Danforth did it. Just threw out 50+ bucks but learned a lesson.
I wonder if Harveys ever clean their grill
Follow up: Just got a call from some Harveys manager. First thing is excuses and that the cook was with them for a long time. What a joke, a dirty grill and the excuse is the cook was with them for a long time. The Harveys management/coustomer service is as bad as the old cook using a dirty grill

Harvey's Canada Very long wait and wanted to cancel:refund

It was taking almost 10 mins for my order of a Jr. burger meal -I asked to cancel my order as I had to get back to my son at the arena and they didn't so I ended up leaving without my order or being reimbursed.

I went to Harvey's tonight and the lady working there started abusing us because we ordered something and they gave us different order and charged us double money.
She started to abuse us from the kitchen. I want you to please fired that lady. It's the matter of my self esteem. I want you to look into this as quick as possible.

Harvey's Canada Food (double original )

I was there at 853 Milner rd, on Saturday Aug 28.
Around 9pm. Bought two meals, My sandwich was fully burned and try. Couldn't eat at all.
Called the store and they transferred to customer service, and customer service said its Swiss Chalet can't help.then I called the store multiple times and no answer. I want my order to be replaced.
It's not the first time
Very slow.

Harvey's Canada Store service

Hello Sirs:

Very Bad Service at Harvey's location 990 McLaughlin Rd, Mississauga
I went for the store to pick up My order and followed the sign for paid orders. Waited for previous customers orders for more than 15 minutes and once it was my turn the person on the Counter served and asked another customer who just entered the store about his order and even did not try to ask me as they are from the same origin. Once I complained that it is my turn she was very aggressive and mentioned that I have to go from the other side although I followed the sign and was in front of the desk for long time. All team members were unpolite and did not try to follow minimum standards of customer service and even did not try to look for the wrong sign they have at the store and forced me to wait although it was my turn. Additionally, they mentioned that my order is scheduled after 2 minutes and Not now so as to serve other customers as they were aiming to annoy me (my order was a shake and usually whenever I go for any store they serve it whenever I arrive so as to be fresh). More, over when the order was ready they just put it aggressively and careless on the counter and when I picked the order I realized that the cup was only 1/4 filled and I did not accept to have this very bad service so I asked for any manager available and they responded we have No manager!. Even whenever I tried to get any contact information they tried to be skeptic till I insisted to have a name of manager who was not available and the store team was unprofessional and unable to provide minimum standards of customer service and even very aggressive

Harvey's Canada Milk Shake Machine Not Available at this restaurant

I ordered a Vanilla milk shake on line at the Harvey's in Sainte Marthe Sur Le Lac restaurant on Boul Des Pomenades and when I got there, I was told that they don't have a milk shake machine so they couldn't offer me a shake. I used a Fido free gift coupon # for this order. I would like to get the same coupon sent to me for another milk shake that i can use at another restaurant that has the machine. It should be able to tell us if this item is available at this restaurant before we order.

Harvey's Canada Veggie burger without veggie even after repeating order for 2 times and early closing than standard time

Hi there, I am Bhavik from whitchurch-stouffville, ON, Canada. On 25th July 2021, at around 09:51 PM, I have ordered 1 veggie burger from Harveys located at 15 Sandale road, Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON, L4A 8B7. My order was all veggie except banana paper and pickle with ranch, mayo and chipotle sause. However, I had been served burger without any veggie. During order, writer had repeated order for 2 times for proper understanding and avoid errors for employee. However, still I got burger without veggie. This is really disgusting as a customer. This is best example of bad service. Even when I went back to restaurant to exchange burger at around 10:15 PM, it was closed. But, actual closing time is 10:30 PM. This is really bad thing for franchise business. If you provide this type of bad service, there is no different between non-standardized local business and multi-location international franchise. I am not that much frequent customer for harveys, but by this experience, I will never recommend anyone for this restaurant. Because here I have noticed extremely poor listening skills, improper timing, which is expected for multinational franchise food chain and poor quality of food.

Desired outcome: My current order was not up to mark, thus I would request for another same order and also, please conduct frequent inspections for this location about how people dealing with customers

Harvey's Canada Angus burgers

I ordered 2 HAR 04 meal specials with fries upgrades to poutine in the drive thru'.
I asked for each burger to have lots of lettuce, tomato and mayo. The young lady repeated back to me "extra" lettuce, tomato and mayo. When we arrived home to eat our burgers there was almost no mayo, no tomato and no lettuce on either burger. I took photos to prove my point. I also took a picture of the bill, which says light instead of extra. So my guess is that the young lady taking the order hit the wrong button.
However, the staff at Harvey's in Oshawa near Townline and hwy 2 should hear that taking the order correctly means a lot to the customer.
I have been a Harvey's customer since 1968, when I started my studies at Univ. Of Toronto and never went elsewhere.
