Harbor Freight Tools Coupons and prices

I just want to express my opinion to the Harbor Freight Brass. I have been a loyal customer to your stores for years and part of that was due to the 20% discount coupons and the little freebies you offered. Now that you have discontinued those, I will shop at other tool stores. Also I notice your prices for Chinese tools (which I have no problem buying, not for their quality but for the price) have gone up quite a bit. If your prices compare to Home Depot, Lowes, and tractor Supply, I will shop there instead for better quality. Please don't price yourselves out of my business. Please DO NOT blame the coupon issue on the Wuhan Flu like one of your employees tried to pawn off on me, We all know that is BS. Thank you for letting me vent my disappointment with your store.

Desired outcome: Bring back 20% on anything, and freebies.

Harbor Freight Tools not sticking to price

This morning I pulled a picture and price of 209.99 for a cement mixer. I sent a driver 2hours to Dubois Pa store and was told the price is now 229.0. so I come inside and look it up on the computer and find that it is changed. I spoke with the manager and was told sorry and that his rep explained it to my driver.
A customer that will pay a driver to go 2hours to pick up a product and to be told this. shame on Harbor freight. I did in the past buy a lot of tools from Harbor Freight and a Harbor freight at that time the closest is 2 hours. Well with this kind of service you will not see one cent from me or anyone that I talk to. It is a shame that you can't honor your prices all day at least. 20.00 dollars is not the biggest problem the fact that I sent someone 2hours is. Think the next time your employees brush off someone as that 20 dollars cost you a whole lot more, at least hundreds in not thousands in the future .

Desired outcome: at this point you can't do anything to get me back Oh yes there is ship it to me at 209.99 plus the 6% sales tax of a total of $222.59. Delivered by Saturday January 30th as I have a job to get finished

Harbor Freight Tools Tools/Work Environment

I just thought I should mention that I was in a Harbor Fright Store and it really STUNK of something like manufacturing, or machinist's oil. I guess they use it to produce cheaper tools (I think their cheaper, at least)? That can't be healthy to breathe or get on your hands. I can't believe it's even legal.

Come on Harbor Freight! Show that you give a damn for more than just the bottom line!

Harbor Freight Tools Cen tech item number 64003 3 in 1 jump starter.

I purchased this 3-in-1 Jump starter item # 640003 6/16/2020. For I purchased this 3-in-1 Jump starter item # 640003 6/16/2020. For what ever reason the jump Starter has lost its work light the battery condition indicators and its ability to jump start. I have one of your older jump starters I have had for years and it works very well. I am very disappointed in this Cen Tech as it has given me very little service for the few times it has been used. I have purchased many many tools etc: from Harbor Freight and have had good results with each purchase but this tool is a great disappointment. Purchased at store# 00140 Reg: 03 Tran: 406795. If there is anything you can do to help correct this I would be greatly appreciate.

Harbor Freight Tools I ordered a 9 drawer tool box they sent me a 1 drawer tool box.

I ordered a 9 drawer tool box when the truck showed up they shipped me a 1 drawer tool box. I rejected the tool box I have been waiting for a refund of 288.99 now I have received a bill from the trucking company...
Now the trucking company wants 352.06 from me... I still have not received my refund of 288.99.

Harbor Freight Tools Angle grinder 9"

I'm a long time, Harbor Freight, inside track customer. I bought a 9"Angle Grinder #69085. It was on a clearance, so I bought it. The first time I used it, the grinder slowly ground to a halt. This is a heavy-duty grinder and it didn't last 15 minutes. Now, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. The local Harbor Freight store could not find the sale, which was in August of 2020. I was told from the 1-800 number that the"brushes"that might have allowed me to repair the grainder were NOT available any more. The folks in Camirillo refused to help, telling me that a district manager would get in touch with me in 2-5 business days.

After 30 years as a Harbor Freight customer, I'm ready to demand that Harbor Freight helps me get this angle grinder running. I don't need the money or the any free stuff... just a way to get this 9" grinder running. If this is what Harbor Freight is willing to do to sidestep their responsibility to take care of me... then I will go quietly, but will never darken your doorstep again.

Harbor Freight Tools Order not fulfilled, no refund.

Since June 21st, 2020 I have not received my last item (see order listed below) which is a 6 in. Ultra-Fine Foam Polishing Pad - White. I paid this order using a Harbor Freight gift card I received for Father's day. All other (4) items in that order has been received. I have sent numerous emails to Harbor Freight customer service asking for refund and or credit/gift card. I've gotten the same automated response saying a gift card would be sent but have not received anything. It's been more than 60 days with no results. I'm about to accelerate this complaint to the BBB. One thing I learned from this is that I will never again order anything online shopping at Harbor Freight Tools.

Store manager and store employee of the harbor freight store in Marble falls, TX we had called they told us item was available and when we got here store manager said they didn't have any whilst the store employee said they did that it was in the back or in the truck. They were not friendly or helpful either. Looks to me they just didn't want to offer the Customer service that they were hired to do.

Harbor Freight Tools Customer service/shipping problem

Bad customer service and worse shipping experience ever. Placed an online order. Over a week didn't receive any shipping notification on order, emailed customer service. Take 2 days for a respond. They claimed my order were on backorder. I request to cancel the order then. 2 days later received another email saying they can't cancel order because it was shipped prior and gave me a tracking # which supposed to arrive in 1 week. Week past and nothing showed up. Trace the tracking with Fedex and they showed the order was pasted onto USPS to deliver. Trace the tracking with USPS and its been 5 days now USPS still claim they have never receive the package from Fedex. Contacted Harbor Freight customer service and still no respond.

Unfortunately your beaumont tx store need to under go drug screening. You have staff that in involved in illegal drug use. It would do you well to make sure every employee has a drug screening. It will surprise you when you find out how many of your employees are drug attics. Your beaumont, tx store will do much better when you get the users off your staff.

Harbor Freight Tools poor customer service. condescending attitude to customers

As has been typical at this location. Staff appears to be without knowledge of products and pricing. And differs from one employee to another. This visit I had four different employees involved, one on floor at product, my checker who was rude when I pointed out problem with math at pricing, who had no idea what 20% of $80 was, who insisted the computer was the final word, to a mgt person who tried to fix the issue, and computer changed it back then a separate mgt person said she could fix it. But insisted computer was actually right, when total was over $14 off. And got quite rude. I finally left without my purchases and found I could buy them on line from other vender for less. If in fact attitude is everything. This store has nothing to offer.

Harbor Freight Tools manager marshall

I purchase 5 and 1 jumper charger. I had to return it several times. Mr Marshall was very rude. Threaten me .When I was upset about the transaction return policy. I called ahead of time. Mention I dont have my receipt. But with my phone number and name address. They found it online. Whuch they told me to come in.So I can return or exchange. When I spoke to Marshall. He didnt believe what I was saying.i called ahead of time. He embarrass me threaten not too exchange or return. The employee found my account while I was trying to convince Mr Marshall to look on the computer. Like what I did over the phone. He didn't want to very rude. When I told him this was unacceptable. He threaten to kick me out of store. I've been coming to harbor freights since you open
Spend alot of money. I will not come back. I'd Mr Marshals is still there. He needs to be train better. And understand who and how to talk to customers. [protected] is my number. Harbor Freight Tools technical support

Called regarding 4 in 1 portable power pack as manual states initial charge takes about 48 hours but once plugged in, green light (fully charged) came on after about an hour. No one answered the phone so after 18 minutes of waiting called another number and now I am on hold again at this number but it is the same redundant recording.
So if the green light is now now, should I discount the ac power cord or let it remain on for 48 hours even though the green light is on? I can be e-mailed a response at:
[protected]@yahoo.com or call me [protected]. I do not answer unknown numbers but if you ID yourself as Harbor Freight I will pick up the call.

Harbor Freight Tools centech battery charge

Your product is miss leading and I specifically asked for a battery charger for a vehicle in case I am stranded, and need a battery charge. Just because I am a female, doesn't mean I don't know about products and or machinery. I brought a centech battery charger that was not specifically explained by your staff or manager when asked in the store the date of purchase. I will never shop in your store again. Your staff is not forth coming on explaining the products to customers. Your product item #60581 should be pulled off the shelf, it's worthless.

Your product is Miss leading and is of no help to a person stranded on the road. It should be pulled off the shelf. I specifically asked for a battery car charger that you can charge then take in your vehicle and if you have a dead battery you can hook it up to the car for a charge. I was then told today, by a phone rep on your toll free number that it has to be plugged into a wall, then clipped black to black and red to red and then it will work. Lol that's miss leading, so if your stranded it's over cause the product is no good at that point customers don't carry electricity on them.

Agreed that the customer should be more informed before buying something from HF but your attitude sucks dude! Why are you working in a retail setting if you do not know how to present yourself professionally? I would think upper management would terminate you immediately if they knew your true identity. That being said, after the response I received from your complaint department, I doubt they really care. I asked for a phone call to be returned after filing a detailed complaint and received a response saying they had to have the location of the store. The store happens to be the only one in the city I listed, so why do you need the address and why didn't you call? I have a hunch it is because you do not CARE! I will shop at Steve's Wholesale or Sam's or any other discounted tool supply before going back to Harbor Freight.

I have been working for Harbor Freight for 3 years now, and I have several things to say. First of all, LEARN TO READ! ALL JUMP BOXES MUST BE CHARGED BEFORE USE! Its a tool store, not AAA! Second, WHY in hell do you expect us to know every thing about every tool or item in the store? WE are there to SELL! Not to be your instructor on what you need or how to use it! Some of us have backgrounds where we actually used tools or know about them. BUT NOT EVERYTHING!I have been a machine mechanic in industry, learned woodworking and carpentry from my Grandfather, Plumbing from an uncle, and auto repair from my father. BUT I DONT KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT ANY OF THOSE! If you need to ask us how to use a tool or what tool you need, then you need to get your cheap [censored] out of the store and go find a mechanic, carpenter, plumber, electrician, , etc! Third, don't blame us because you are too stupid to know that its not a battery charger that you needed. Its ignorant customers like you that make it a challenge every day for me to not blow a valve and start bouncing a ball peen hammer off of your stupid head!
