I tried to return a handbag for refund and they had me send it clear to China, original packaging, fill out form, and include pictures. I sent message asking if I could return it to California, as that is where they shipped it from. No response. So I shipped it to China and did everything they requested and didn't hear anything back for two months. Now after multiple emails still they say they'll let me know. There is no other way to reach this company except emails. I've spent $50 for the handbag and $23 for the postage and now I have nothing.
I ordered the large canvas rainbow bag, and was extremely disappointed with what I received. First of all, I ordered and paid for the LARGE bag, and received a tiny, and very cheaply made bag that I wouldn't even give to a child. The "leather was paper thin plastic, and certainly wouldn't hold up to any amount of use. I had previously ordered the Outback bag, and was very pleased, so I ordered again, but am extremely disappointed, and am sending this back and simply expect a refund for the purchase price for this unacceptable and unusable item.
I would like to recieve my bag or full refund ive been textig with them since October 3rd and they would give me tracking infomation then said you should have gotten it No I have not recieved this is very frustrating im retired and home all day and been recieving otther packages from other companys with no problems so im thinking this is a Scam What can be done ?

BUYER BEWARE! I wanted to return two handbags that weighed about 2 1/2 lbs. The company offered to return 15% of my total charges to my card if I chose to keep the bags. If I opted to return the bags, I would need to pay the shipping charges to China which is quite curious because the shipping label on their envelope to me shows it shipped from California. My estimated fees to return both bags were around $40.00. After reading another review stating that they returned their merchandise and never received credit, I opted to take the 15% credit.
Interesting business model but kind of a racket!
