I took a package a last year worth 10k aed and informed me that I will reimburse the money that was taken from me by the credit card I used.
i keep following up and told me that they are still closed and they will attend me as soon as their back in business. But non one get back to me and its been more than a year.

I tried their number and it is not working. Also I went to their office address and the security told me that they already evacuated the building for about 10months:

I am a Frontline caregiver in covid-19 and it's financial impact is really huge. If i could get the money back it would be very very helpful.

I have booked 60 night plan in March 2020, (hoping to take my family for a nice vacation if they make it through this pandemic), the agreement was i can pay by credit card or cash if, i pay by credit card the company pays back any interest the concerned bank would charge on the instalments.

However I have not received any reimbursement for the interest and all the contact numbers are out of use and unable to contact any representatives.

Since they are so unreliable i would the UAE government shall intervene and help me to get the original amount as well as the bank instalments interest.

We purchased the package from gulf royal one year ago. During presentation they promised many things and didn't deliver when we tried to book.

Few days back we sent them email for booking, no one responded, when we went to their office, there was no office. They closed it and now there is no response from any of the phone numbers and email ids provided.

Since more then 2 years now I am not able to use my package... Every time I email for booking their services are closed.. This time they did not inform me on my first email so I booked my car rental and tickets for sightseeing... Just give me my money.. Am not a public financer sitting here to pay for the packages I never get to use. Shut down this useless firm.

I want my money back. Did you people get my words.

Very Bad Experience with Gulf Royal

We had Purchased package for 14 days next day we said we need our money due to medical emergency of Our family member

The said they will "UPDATE FROM MANAGEGMENT .IT IS PREPURCHASE PRODUCT AND UPDATE YOU FROM SUPPLIER"
This only sentence they are repeating from the day one .

When we are purchasing product, they are not giving as even one day time, they want money same day but, when we require refund of our hard earned money for our family member health, still they have no time to resolve asap

Earning money from this situation will not make company goodwill and revenue in good terms .They themselves are proving how they are making money . As said Customer statisfication is king to business but for them to Cheat people is king to business

There is lot of hide and seek they do while briefing the plan.

1. A noisy environment where lot of other round tables are placed with high music. while asked to low down the music, they say it is to please the noise of other customers.
2. They brief too fast, once you made payments, you have no chance to look back.
3. After payment they will show you the T&C sheet, logically this should be shared with clients when the come in.

After signing the docs, i feel i am cheated. I have to check the services...
