Very poor 🤒
We don't know much about how Guess handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. Guess terrible service

Don't know who thinks they are great, that they provide a good quality. They are awful, and many people will agree with me.
I placed an order consisted of 4 items, paid for it and a little later received an email from them stating that two items were taken off. But why would I need a partial package, moreover they took off items I really wanted to get. So I decided to just cancel the order. They refused saying there's nothing they could do because they already shipped my items. Great, but I don't need them. So unorganized, ready to give up when it's not needed at all.
No wonder so many people are disappointed in what you do. I'm one of them too. Just awful.

Guess poor customer service - employee charged my card 2 times and then would not let me take my purchase with me.

On 09/12/2017 at 6:30 pm I was attempting to make a purchase at the Woodbury Commons NY Store. I as rung up for 2 watches and a bracelet. During the transaction the salesman entered a coupon code told me my total was $156.76 and to enter my debit pin. I did as instructed at this time the computer froze. The salesman told me "this happens all the time" "I have to re-ring your purchase on the other computer" I stated that I was concerned the first transaction would charge my card and the employee stated that it in fact didn't go through and would not charge my card. I agreed to allow him to use the other computer and the same thing happened. The employee informed me that it wasn't me or my card that the system freezes like this "all the time." He then called over "Lisa" ( I assume the store manager but am not positive) Lisa called the "help desk." Lisa also told me to call my bank and see if the transaction went though. I called my bank (MHVFCU) and they verified that BOTH transactions went through my bank-(transaction #890595 and Transaction #5602). Lisa stated they would not be able to give me cash, that both transactions would be refunded by the next day (09/13/2017). Neither transaction has been refunded. I also do not have any of the merchandise I was attempting to purchase because they told me I would have to be rung up a third time. I had already paid over $300 for a $156.76 purchase with no items to go home with I certainly was not going to pay for said Items a third time. The extra charges that the employee put on my card and stated wouldn't charge my card has caused me additional bank fees on top of the fact that I am still minus the $303.52. I do not have a receipt from the store because Lisa said the system would not allow her to print one do to it being frozen. I was purchasing these watches as a gift and drove over an hour to go to the Guess store to make the purchase. I am very unhappy with this experience to say the least. Lisa and the associate acted as if it was no big deal however it is. It is even more so a big deal because of the steam roll effect on my bank account this is having. Please refund my money immediately! I also feel at this point due to the financial loss incurred I should be compensated with the watches or a gift card or something to make this right.

Guess guess handbag

I have bought a guess bag about 3 years ago from a cruise liner on board the Msc musica, I have bought other handbags and purse I am very disappointed as I bought so many bags from Guess but this bag which costed me €115 is falling with pieces of the letter and I cannot use it anymore, which for its price it is a disgrace. I have always stored it well. But still it is no more good.

Guess guess watch

Hi,
I had bought a Guess watch on a cruise ship around 7 years ago and hardly used it, unfortunately the winder had broken from getting caught in my pocket when removing my hand from my pocket. I have just recently sent it for repair at Sequal uk on the 14/8, the customer service there has been very poor, I have been phoning a number of times and not getting an answer, I have emailed with no response. I have finally got through to someone today and they have advised me that the watch requires a new "crown" and as it isn't a UK version they will be sending it back to me without it being fixed as they can't get a part for it. so in essence the watch is for the bin!
This is very poor customer service from a high end brand where I have purchased clothes and watches in the past and to be treated like this is simply disgusting and with no feel for any customer care what so ever.
I truly don't understand why they wouldn't even consider contacting someone from wherever the country of origin is to try and source the part. I assume that you fix watches, right?
Also trying to find an address to write an email of complaint is almost impossible too…
I would like someone to get in contact with me to try and give me a better explanation than “we don't have the part”?

Guess unavailable dressing rooms due to two boxes of unpacked stock/extremely rude employee

My daughter, sister, and and myself came into the store to buy a new wardrobe for my daughter to start college. We were not greeted or acknowledged at all. We got in line for the dressing room and waited for about 10 minutes before we noticed that 2 of the 5 dressing rooms were being used for stock boxes. When we inquired about using the rooms we were told "no they are full" by a very rude employee! We will most likely not be shopping at this store again!

Guess patricia rose gold tone hoop earrings

I am beyond pissed right now! i ordered these earrings for a very special occasion. I have ordered from guess and guess factory several times and now i will not be! i received my package and when i opened my earrings one of them was not even on the earring holder and one of the clear pieces are missing and it is bent where the earring clips at! i want a refund plus my shipping cost! i am not returning anything until i have my refund back on my credit card! i should not have to return it for the inconvenience you have caused me! this is ridiculous that you would even think to send messed up product to a loyal customer and think it is okay.

Bought guess purse from dubai, within a month of use the top layer started peeling, I stay in india, in gujarat, in baroda city, it's an black color evening purse with golden chains, can be used both as sling or hand purse, yesterday contacted the person who handles india, he said we don't have global policy of changing, need help, as buying international standard brand,

Guess handbag

I have purchased two handbags in the space of 6 months at the guess store in Clearwater mall South Africa and the handles have broken, I can no longer buy guess bags because of this.

I have purchased guess bags before and they have lasted me for two years or longer without a scratch however the recent bags don't seem to have this Quality I am very disappointed as this is my favorite brand in handbags collection.

Guess watches

Dears, I bought watches in Spain guest shop (zenia boulevard), on my return to Moscow I found out they it doesn't work. I addressed to Guess service and they told it is defected. Guess office told I need to go back to Spain to get money or change it. However I am not going to Spain in the nearest future. Please advice me how I can change my watches. Thanks, Ivan

Guess suitcase

I bought a large Guess suitcase. I was going on a trip overseas and was using it for the first time. My case was under the weight restrictions for flying and was not packed very heavy at all. Both of the handles broke off. The handle on the top of the bag and the one on the side snapped completely off. I am very disappointed I've bought way cheaper cases and had the bags last for years. At close to the same time I bought a pair of Guess sneakers. After wearing them less then half a dozen times the fabric on the sides spit from the soles of the shoes. I'm very unhappy and would like Guess to resolve this quality issue. I paid good money for the items and expect better quality.

Guess guess purse

Dear managers,
I bought a guess wallet a while ago, few months after my usage, which I assure it's ultimately neat and clean, the wallet's leather has been torn and peeled in a totally ashaming way. Well, my being an old GUESS customer have always given me blind confidence in your products and their efficient quality, but this time I am totally disappointed. Further more when I went to the GUESS store which I bought the wallet from they assured me that they will upgrade my complaint but unfortunately they neglected it for weeks and This turned me more frustrated. So please dear respected managers would you please put my complaint into consideration and let me know with the consequences as soon as possible

Guess watch repair

To whom it may concern:
I bought a Guess watch for my wife on her birthday a year ago at Guess Menlyn in Pretoria South Africa. She took the watch back to them beginning of July 2017 to get the battery replaced as it was flat for the last 3 months. They said they will replace the battery for her under the warranty. She asked them about the strap as well because it looks like the strap is 5 years old already the way that it has warn down. They said that they can replace it but its going to cost us R400.00. I am not very happy about this! I must say for a product like Guess that gets warn out so quick after paying over R2500.00 for it is pretty disappointing. I would expect a product like this to stand up to its name! I would like to get the watch repaired but I am not willing to pay more for this product then what I already did. Will you change the strap for her under the warranty please? If not then you have lost a client permanently. I will never purchase this product again!

Guess billboard on highway right side of road coming from oliver thambo. international airport

The picture on billboard is of a lady on her back with dress up to thighs and her legs open . Looking in the direction of the highway and ad says : Guess.
Very immoral for families traveling along that road with children, suggestive to men in general whether married or single . I was offended as a woman driving with my husband . Also offended as a family doctor in Jhb.
Please remove it and replace with a pic that will rather attract your customers and not offend . A woman is beautiful without suggestive below the belt photography . Thank you kind regards . Dr Thoupou

Guess employees

Just wanted to let you how rude are employees at Guess store at Las Vegas Premium Outlets (Charleston&15). I got in the store before closing, had a lot of items in my hands) and literally within next 5 minutes 3 employees approached me and said store was closed. Then the last employee informed me that registers are closed! I couldn't believe that your guess culture encourages your employees to kick people out! Any other store if you make it in before closing time they at least let you finish up the shopping! Ridiculous!

Guess purse

Guess is a thief and a cheat. They robbed me of my purse. I purchased a purse from a guess store in scarborough town center. They told me my receipt was on backup on their file. Not even a few months later the purse started splitting (Factory defect). I had called guess last week of february 2017 and they asked for pics to be sent in via email – so I did that and they confirmed it was factory defect and they will be able to replace it. They sent me a return label; so I sent my purse in. I did not get any calls for almost a month later – so I decided to call – of course their “wonderful” costumer service (So un-knowledgeable) – says someone will call you in the next 2 days…. Well again no one did. Almost another 3 weeks later to my surprise, someone called – said she was refunded my money to my american express card. I told her I don’t and never owned an american express card. At that point she said I need to ask our refund group to investigate and I never head back from her. Its now almost july 2017 and I don’t have my defective purse or my money. That is considered stealing. Guess you are thief’s and cheats – for having such a prestigious company, its shocking how awful your company is. I want my purse and my money back!

Dear managers,

Guess guess jeans

I bought guess jean from edgars rustenburg in December. Around March it had its first tear in front, next to the zip but not on the seaming. I took to the tailor and they patched it for me. I started wearing it again until now in may when in torn on my bum on the seamline from the bottom to the top while I was busy clubbing. I am very angry and beyond dissapointed because I thought the price that comes with paying for a guess jean was for nothing else buy quality. Non of my cheapest jeans has ever did that to me. To date I still have plenty of my no names and free to b u's that I'm still wearing yet still in good quality. Now this jean I bought at edgars for R900 for it to only last me 3 months? I could not return it to edgars because I did not have a receipt and had never imagined myself returning it. I totally feel like I was reaped off and feel the high need to be compensated.

Guess guess handbag

hi i bought a bag on 15th of may which was a convertible bad. one side was peach and the other was bright pink and orange. when i bought it they showed me the peach side and there was a small bag inside. i did not check the other side thinking that brands dont sell defective pieces!
when later at home around 21st may i used it i reversed the side and i saw that pink and orange side has a massive defect in the paint. the centre and the corners had major defects. i went to ambience mall store. they said that it can only be changed from where i bought it. so i went to the pacific mall from where i bought where they showed no cercern about the defect and insteaf just took some pictures and said that they will revert back. now its been 8 days and there is no reply from the company. its highly disgraceful that how brands like guess doesnt provide any customes service and instead is ignorant to all problems! also there is no customer care number in india to which i can speak!
its a shame for the brand and also id recommend to all the customers to not buy products costing 10000 bucks where there is no customer service. shame on the brand and the staff. totally disgusting behavior and a wastage of money!

Guess guess sunglasses for women

I purchased a neat pair of womenz sunglasses maybe 2-1/2 yrs ago for $80. W/in 5-6 months the bow became very loose snd could not be tightened by your saleswoman at Macys. She then ordered a replacement.
Yhe replacement did the sane thing. I took back to Macy's and your salesman was very rude. He tightened it but in a minute it became loose again. Basically what he saud was "too bad.' - nothing we can do"
I gave up but now finding that I've still git the problem and have to keep adjusting the screw in fear of losing it I decided to write you a Complaint. I've had $10 sunglasses that have lasted me for years. I now have eye ptoblems and decided to get some good ones that are Polarized. As it stands today I have never had good things to say anout your product to my friends. Just want you to know and also wonder what can be done to correct the sloppy movement?

Guess handbags. the handles

I have 5 Guess handbags. All the handles of the bags are damaged. The last bag is less than six months old and the handles are cracking. I am very disappointed as I pay a lot of money for this. I love the Guess handbags but will not be buying them anymore as all my bags are damaged. The handles crack and look terrible. Nobody in South Africa is able to assist with my disappointment.

Guess men jean

I bought a pair of guess jeans men and 2 months later they tear right down the leg. The quality of the Jean is clearly not strong if that can just happen. How do I go about this ?
I am not happy with my purchase.
I was expecting to have these jeans last me for atleast 2 years and it didn't even last me 2 months.
Guess is one of the best and I don't want to have to change my view on your products.
I ask if you can please sort this situation out.
It was purchased from Glen shopping centre Johannesburg South Africa.
