I called to see if the provider got my Energy Assistant check for Lp
He wanted me to make accommodation for him to turn around, which I dont have much room as it is. He used to back in off the highway like the other propane drivers do.. I tried to come up with ideas, but I was getting denied over and over damming me and making me frustrated, So I told him I mind as well go to another propane provider. He told me dont get smart with me. I dont need you $186.00 dollars. I can right you a check. I dont care about the law. I had to stoop to a lower level, cause I didnt know how much I had in my tank and getting to another provider could take a week and a half to a week to get propane. So he agreed on the last idea after that. I had to go to great length to get my driver cleared out and move my car across the street. with a flat tire, just to get my propane or the money from energy assistants. If I knew this was going to happen I would've had energy assistant send it to another provider... Businesses shouldn't talk to people like that for a service that is in need... people need propane providers to be depended on and not to pull this off at the last minute
Desired outcome: I would like to have an apology for the way he spoke ,so i can have a peace of mind.........he could of told me " yeah why not go to another provider "

This thing of sms win is a scam,, you will never win,, i send correct answers but never win,, but they will receive a call from someone to answer wrong when they don't even provide a number to call,, this is a scam to steal our R15 airtime,,, be alert don't play this [censored] game of etv
