They have taken funds out of my account and i'm not sure how long this has been going on I just recently started getting text alerts for my spending and they took $4.99 and they don't allow sick a transaction they only allow 10 or more abs I brought this to their attention after I tried calling the fake phone number that came along with the text alert I want to know how much money they actually have been stealing from me but now they shut down my account, I want to sue them for every penny i've ever spent there now this is fraud in the first degree.. And they never ever sent me my winnings from this screen shot i'll put up on here thank you

I have two kindels and i play bingo bash on both of them, well i spent nearly £8, buying chips again, and you have the silly sign that comes up to connect with Facebook page, it took 320chips off me, last month coz i accidentally pressed it you stole 540chips etc from me and i still haven't had any of them back, but what youve also done is gone into my other kindle and ive now got 70chips AGAIN!why do you do this its disgusting, and you can see what game ime on and youve put both on the same level, can i have my chips back this time?its theft and fraud, miss Lisa Michael!

I have been playing bingo bash for 10years, I was playing coffee crush and I had finished the levels, I had 540chips, and £10, 000, coins, I have never ever playing bingo bash on facebook, I accidentally pressed the notice that comes up to connect to facebook, im devastated, it took all my 540chips and my coins, it put me on a low level and gave me 70chips and it gave me a pathetic amount of coins, last week alone I spent £30on chips so I could finish the coffee crush game which I did, I have terrible arthritis in my knees and i'm in a lot of pain, but thats neither here nor there, I just want my chips back now please, you can check it out, its disgusting, how could they do that? My son accidently bought 400 dollars woth of tokens for deal or no deal. This transaction was not approved by me. I need that money to feed my family during this crisis. You cannot rip me off at this time or I will report you for fraud. This transaction was not approved you had just changed computer program maybe that confused my son. I need this money back in my account. I cannot afford this I am sorry for sounding rash but I am desperate to receive refund. I log on to GSN and play for tokens and oodles. For three days now I have been unable to play. I click on a game to play and I receive a message saying "Adobe Flash Player needs to be installed" and it won't let me click on the button to install it again. I HAVE ADOBE and FLASH PLAYER installed on my computer but GSN doesn't acknowledge it. I have over 56 million tokens and almost three million oodles in my account and am unable to use them or play any of their games. They have redone their page and I cannot find a place to send them a message asking for help. I have been playing games on this site for twelve or thirteen years - now nothing. GSN is trying to force us to play for money and I will not do that.

I know I'm just a pee - on but why do you people keep ripping me off of chips in my game? You continually keep doing this why? It is time we quit giving these crooks our money and find somrthing else more productive to do with our lives. GSN only cares about taking our money and calling us liars when we try to get a refund because their games are a fraud. Who can honestly say they have made a profit from GSN in any given year ? I don't think anyone has because they have the odds in their favor. Time to move on to more meaningful things in life. Cut your losses and get away from GSN/ Worldwinner as soon as possible

I gave my MasterCard information and twice deposit money they took 40 dollars off my card and it came up that they were not accepting my card
So why did they take the money
I want my money back on my card because I never got to play there games
I have no legs and I have a hard enough time this isn't far to put me under this stress they took a lot of money from me

I don't understand why every spin is a loss. Every spin is a LOSS... how about winning once in a while? how about showing me that it's possible to win something / anything?
Every day I get a cheap bonus which lasts 5 - 10 minutes. What is the point ?
A couple of years ago, I had 522 billion tokens. Yupe, Billions... and then bang, every was a loss. Took me to zero, and I haven't had any luck since.

I was totally disgusted tonight while watching Family Feud. One of the contestants obviously had a speech problem & Steve Harvey made fun of him on TV. I am totally disgusted and will never ever watch that show again. He is a comedian and being funny is fine, to make fun of someone is not. I am totally disappointed in his actions and will no longer watch the show.

I have been playing on the gsn.com for many years. However, lately, they keep playing these Limited edition bingo games. I was ok with the first one, since I had accumulated over 23, 000, 000 tokens. However, I kept losing and am now down to just over 3, 000, 000 tokens. These games are designed to have you spend your hard earned income on purchasing special upgrades and purchasing tokens. Don't expect any big wins. It has already cost me over the 1, 000, 000 tokens to win 1, 000, 000 tokens in the current game.

I completed a survey for bingo bash and didn't receive my reward. Screenshots of my purchase and the completed survey. The prize was supposed to be a mega prize. Besides completing the survey, I also shared the post, commented on the post, etc. Everything I was to do in order to get rewarded my mega prize. If I don't get rewarded my mega prize, I think its only fair I receive to cancel my subscription for the Dr Seuss purchase because I only bought it for the mega prize reward! I was in a bad accident that left me where i can't get around right now so i play hours and hours throughout the day and night. I bought tokens twice. On a regular basis the game freezes and takes millions of tokens often and over the last week and a half i have been trying to get them back and this tom in support is not even reading the support messages. He just send the same exact response saying there was no error and is unable to give me my tokens back. The reason i know he's not reading them is because on two seperate occasions i asked the question how many deacks of cards do you use for triple blackjack before shuffling and on the update tickets it said the same exact thing he seen no errors and could not credit me any tokens. Which means he's not even reading the messages being sent. I also had several instances last week where a lari and shekar responded to my tickets and apologized for the problem and said they added my tokens back in and they didn't. I don't like to call anyone a liar but i know exactly how many tokens i leave in my acct. When i get off. So unless this tom took the tokens back after they put them in before i got back on the computer then, they were never put back in. When i called two different numbers at gsn they both claim you have to go through support but i sent two long complaints asking them to be escalated to the highest boss at gsn.Games and i get an update from tom saying the exact same thing. I am so mad but i am not going to stop till i reach a boss so they know what their employees are doing. There are over a million complaints that i just found out about today. I also am calling my back to get a refund for both purchases i made.

I was playing on this site and deposited over $1000. When I tried to withdraw my money I wasn't able to do that. Their website said that I need to provide some of my personal information, but I refused to do that. When I signed up for this service they were not interested in my personal info and they were happy to take my money. But as soon as I decided to get what I earned they made it impossible.
I tried to contact Worldwinner but they did not reply to my messages.
I'm not giving them any information. This site is a scam, all they need is your money!

I have been playing with GSN Cash Games or Worldwinner for over 9 years. It is a fun place to go and play games for money. I've deposited over $33.000 over the years to play games, and again don't get me wrong it's fun but... there is a problem with their games. Several games have obvious glitches to the point when you request a refund they have that error listed. I refuse to play one game impeticular, Luxor, that after winning a game it would show a different score or have a weird sign the resembles a cross. After numerous times to try to play the glitch is still there. Now there is Solitaire, over the past week I have noticed the cards were sticking to the point where I couldn't move the cards, leaving me no choice but to close the games and request a refund. Then there is the problem with their fair matching protocols. I noticed on a number of occasions while playing a tournament I would click the play again button only to be road blocked by a message stating, "This competition is unavailable to you due to your current FairMatching Rank. Under our commitment to fairness, you are only allowed to participate in competitions against others of similar skill and experience." WHAT! I just spent $100 playing this game and now your telling me that I can't play anymore because my FairMatching rank is off? Here is the catch with that... there is a place to click to see your current competitions and it shows that I had paid for the tournament and to click to play again, you click it, then you’re playing again. Want to talk about a glitch that wasn't caught by the 24-hour surveillance team?
You can always go to customer service who are nothing but helpful... not. They have the worse bedside manner I have ever seen. They should be courteous, polite and eager to help you solve your problem, but they’re not. Their answer to everything is here is your entry fee back. Then for solitaire they told me to reset my computer and use a different browser, did that and still nothing. I complained so much that they closed my account and sent it to the fraud department. I'm angry and heartbroken. I wanted to play but I want to be assured things are being looked into. This company is the same company that bring you games like Family Feud and Wheel of Fortune, same ones you see on TV, but they can't handle this?

This here is not a safe place to play for cash, the games are glitched, the FairMatching is rigged and their customer service is horrible. Until they can problem otherwise, this is not a safe place to play.

I stopped playing for a while with over $20 in my account (I think it was $20.78). Got a letter stating that I was a VIP customer and they wanted me to come back so they put a "Game Credit gift" in my account. Logged in to see what it was and all of my money was gone as in $0 in my account. Kind of the opposite of what I expected. I have submitted a question but it's not really worth my time to be honest. The games are so slow.

I don't like to complain, but I am on a fixed income and I buy tokens all the time. Lately the games freeze causing me to loose large amount of tokens. Today 3/6/15 I won 127, 000 tokens but when I played 4 games of Bingo at 2, 000 per game, the game left me with a balance of 4, 254 tokens. now I paid for those tokens and I want them back, also on the 3rd of this month the Slots took over a million of my tokens. I play this game often and purchase a lot of tokens and extra ball or patterns and this company will get my money then in the middle of playing the game they technicle problems and the game says to quit or restart in which you loose what ever you already won or spent and this is a constance now either with tokens or other purchases from your card they claim to have suddenly lost the connection but there's never anything wrong with my connection when I check it and the games restarts immediately ponder that in the past month I have been duped 6"x and this seem to becoming a habit But only once I make the purchase played yesterday without buying anything and form 2 am til 2 pm today with no sudden interruptions but as soon as I place a order to buy more tokens or Balls the system suddenly becomes disconnected and/or while you"re playing it locks and tell you to quit to game and once you quit the game you loose the money you spent and anything that you are winning before this miraculous breakdown and they need to check this and reemburse me for my money taken from my credit card which is a total of $ 6.30 and 250, 000 tokens which about $50 and Also improve their contact with the customer because if I could contact them I wouldn't be here complaining Jackie Papadakis
