grupo mayan accounting dept.will not return or answere calls

we purchased time-share at grupo mayan in cancun, we still
owe on the downpayment and we have tryed to pay it, but for
the past 2 weeks we have called and we get no answer.
the past week we have left messages and we have had nobody
call us back. we are trying to take care of this as soon as possible.
please help us so we can move forward with this. our id# is
192494.

    Hi enrique, have you tried calling Grupo Mayan at their contact center. I direct all Grupo Mayan payments directly to their contact centers in Mexico. I was not aware they had an office in the US.

    The best thing to know about Mayan Palace:

    NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!

    ABORT! ABORT!

    Buying a mayan palace timeshare timeshare is setting a big pile of money on fire.

    1. Your trades cost money on top of the maintanence fees. By the time you add up the opportunity cost of buying it, the maintenance, and the trades, you have paid for a luxury hotel room.

    2. Uncertainty. You can never be sure that a trade will be available in the place you want to go. You may spend all the money and end up no closer to Mickey. You can probably get a trade for a place in the Catskills though….

    3. Fees. There are yearly maintenance fees. Typically $500-750 a year. On top of the purchase price.

    4. Buying points? Congrats. You just bought the right to contend for vacancies at the time share company. If they devalue them in the future, then you -might- get that place in the Catskills.
