We are a company which trialed using the Houzz site for advertising. The Practice signed up to the site before I had taken over the Marketing role.

I had explained to our account manager back in March 2018 that the enquiries coming through Houzz were not appropriate for our business. The account manager, Anna Daly stopped making contact once the contract had automatically renewed and failed to tell me in any communication that the membership was coming up for renewal, however Anna was aware that I had taken over looking after this from another member of the team.

I feel that this is not good business practice and I would like something to be done about this. I have spent over 2 months in communicating with Anna Daly, in the meantime this is costing me time and money with no satisfactory outcome. I would like a refund of this money and for this contract to be stopped immediately with no further payment taken.

Please can you come back to me on this matter.
