Groupon.com racv gold coast resort

I purchased groupon for school holiday as soon as this deal came up because i know that good date would be gone quickly. I purchased and made a booking to the hotel on the first day of this deal. There were planty of availability there when i booked. But 2 days later when i checked the date with hotel, they could not find my groupon security number which has been alredy redeemed. I contacted groupon straight away to sort it out. WHAT groupon said that they will investigate it and contact me in 7 days which is amazingly ridiculous. By then all the school holiday date will be gone and it means i am not allowed to have a holiday with my children. Thus, i requested refund but what they said was they will refund it after they investigate it within 7 days! ! What a ridiculous statement. They keep saying 7 days. I paid money, used money and my time! And i have got nothing.
I actually, cancelled my previous booking at 2 bed room apartments because i purched groupon.
3 days later which is today they contacted me and said they will refund my purchase which takes 7 days!
What should i do? All the good date and good deals have gone alredy. They are more expensive than 3 days ago and there is no availability at 2 bed rooms.
What should i do?
How fool i am to trust groupon.
7 days is the answer.

Groupon.com me spa 80-minute signature massage

I don't like this spas policies and customer service. I woke up with a head cold and they would not allow me to reschedule my appointment. Instead they are redeeming my Groupon which was $130 because I did not cancel within 24 hours as is there policy. That is a lot of money and a waste because I do not want to spread my germs. This place may have given me the best massage of my life but I will never know as they have treated me like a sack of meat with dollar signs attached to it. I don't think this review will do any good but it makes me feel better.

Groupon.com unauthorized credit card charges and poor customer service

Hello, We tried to purchase a groupon for a peru tour trip through gate 1 on Oct. 10 2017. The transaction came back declined. We then tried a second time, again it said declined. I checked my account and then tried a third time where the groupon was successfully processed. Because we needed 2 vouchers for this trip we then tried to book a second voucher, so our 4th groupon try...and it came back declined. So we cancelled our only voucher and we were refunded. Then we went onto my husbands groupon account and we successfully booked and redeemed 2 vouchers. The next day we noticed on our visa that all 3 of the declined groupons went through at a later time. This is completely unacceptable. I have tried for 2 weeks to contact customer support with answers and help and each time they refer me to someone else. The email I received from your outbound team addressed me by the wrong name and said that I needed to contact the hotel to get a refund. This was a tour, not a hotel. And we did contact gate 1 and they said this was 100% groupon error and nothing to do with them. I am appalled at the horrible customer service. Especially with the fact we bought 2 vouchers for this trip with you. We wanted to give groupon the chance to fix this and because you have ignored all my emails, live chats and even a phone call we are going to let visa refund us and get the money back from you. We are now deciding on whether to let visa refund us the money for the trip we actually booked and wanted to go on. I will never use groupon again and will make sure every travel group and everyone I know how unsafe your company is. Especially with booking trips costing a large sum of money. I have had no response back from any email so I am hoping this will at least reach someone who can hopefully at least acknowledge this disappointing situation. In the end it is your company who has lost both payment and customers. I have numerous records on email with all my online chats and emails. I will send the final email I received. Please note after seeing this email I am sending, I am not chad, my name is Sheri. They didn't even address my name properly. Also the lady said they contacted gate 1 and when I called gate 1 they had no record of groupon saying they contacted them. So I feel really shocked she would lie to me also.

Groupon.com china lights

Purchased 6 tickets over 2 weeks ago and they were sent to a non-existent email address. I knew something was wrong right away but cu tickets the same day to see if they would go through...seemed to, was charged got a receipt but no vouchers were sent. Couldn't print them from the website. Bought 2 more to see if they would go through. seemed ok, printed them out didn't look carefully, went to event and were turned away because they were senior/kid tickets! So, have spent $100 with the only thing to show for it were 2 useless tickets. Just want to talk to a live person, almost all live chat and emails were also useless. Got bumped off live chat at one point! I was angry but not being abusive. All I want are useable adult tickets sent to the correct email account.

Groupon.com bedspread

Had a gift card I was applying to my purchase. My purchase was approved with the gift card and instead of using that as the payment they used my credit card. When I tried to find out why the gift card redemption center told me to call Groupon. When I called Groupon the number was disconnected. I would like someone from Groupon to notify me as a reason why this happened.

Groupon.com voucher

Groupon agrees that its expired voucher are valid for the amount that the customer paid. Some voucher state that the amount paid is " good forever " some other mention a date, for example : " Good for the amount paid until 2022 "

The reality is that I go to a business with an expired voucher, the business refuses to accepted arguing that " they have no way to verify if the voucher has been used ". Other business l demand an outrages amount of money to use the expired voucher.

Groupon does not even give you credit for the amount paid to purchase the voucher. I would like to know how can I get credit for the cost of the vouchers, to what government agency to complaint ? etc

Groupon.com phone case

I tried contanting the merchant. Concerning the product I bought. I got the wrong size. Haven't had a response and no refund. I will defiantly not be shopping with you guys again. And will tell everyone I know what terrible service I received. I was also notified that I may not receive my shipping back. That is a bunch of bull. If that is the case also I will never consider shopping with you guys ever again.

Groupon.com couples massage

Purchased a Groupon for couples massage at Happy Feet downtown Las Vegas. As listed on instructions, I made an appointment in advance for noon today. We arrived on time and checked in...when the attendant scanned my Groupon, she said it had already been redeemed. It was the first time we walked into the door and I tried to explain this and that we were from out of town. She said "no massage" English was obviously 2d language and showed me her cell phone which displayed redeemed in red. She handed me her bosses card to call back. Obviously upset because I feel I was ripped off, we left.

Groupon.com worst product and customer service ever

Sorry I worked for a call center, I know how the whole thing works, but when you are dealing with me buying something for my husband that was market incorrectly and the product was atrocious and a LIE.. You would think that your company would at least refund my money or send me something so I could send these lies of shirts back. But nope, there is a 7 day policy? Oh and your customer service is literally appalling. He was condescending, rude and unprofessional. I am not ok with the service that I was provided. My husband does SEO work, and believe me, I will have him use his talents to let people know how appalled I am and how poor of service you have.

Groupon.com no customer service whatsoever

Recently I purchased a coupon and then thought I didn't really need it and ask for a refund. Before to do so I read their policies and was sure that they will refund. But how was I supposed to contact them if there were no means to do it? I found information about it and it stated that if I need their help I only have to use their website and nothing else. I got my refund, but I guess I don't want to mess with them again.

Groupon.com bright cleaning groupon

I purchased 4 hours of "deep house cleaning" from this company. They sent a woman who after 2 hours of cleaning our 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house told us that she was all done and ready to leave and that I can get a refund for the remaining 2 hours. I spoke with the company and they said they can't give a refund but will send us another cleaner for 2 hours without additional charge. We arranged for her to come out yesterday, 9/9/17 between 10 and 11 a.m. We confirmed this on 9/8/17. We waited in all day and the cleaner failed to show. We tried to call and our all was not answered. We also emailed and texted without any response. She actually did call us and when we asked where the cleaner was, she hung up the phone. We would like a refund or credit towards another Groupon. The first cleaning was far from "deep cleaning"-- it was superficial at best.

Groupon.com pampering moments spa

I purchased Groupon for 1 no-chip manicure and have tried for one week to schedule an appointment. They don´t answer their phone and do not return calls. I have tried to schedule on-line but the site does not allow me to select a date or time. I also downloaded the Mind/Body app and ran into the same issue! I also sent a personal e-mail as suggested on their voicemail that also went unanswered. Customer service is non-existent and I do not want to pursue this any further and would like my money refunded or placed in Groupon Bucks and I will choose another place of business. I also saw that they still are offering this deal through Groupon which is unbelievable.

Groupon.com money not returned to my credit card but in "groupon bucs" instead!

When purchasing 2 groupons #[protected] & #[protected] the discount code TAKE50 was not applied to either order. I chatted with a representative Gesila P. who issued me a refund of 14.50 but put it in a "Groupon Buc" instead of back to my credit card. I did not ask for nor was I asked how I wanted the refund. I DO NOT want "Bucs". How do I get a refund of my money? The website did not apply the discount code that was sent to me via email. They overcharged me for my purchases! I do not intend to purchase any thing else from this company unless this situation is remedied.

Groupon.com smart watch

My address is listed as garner, nc my purchase was sent to Bronx, ny. It took two weeks for the product to even be processed in that time I messaged them asking if I could cancel my purchase they did not message me back for a week until it was sent out then messaged me the next day and said "sorry it has been sent out" even though that was a week after I asked to cancel it. Then it is delivered to an address in Bronx, ny. I have waited almost a month for this package I do not want it to be redelivered or anything I would just like a refund on the product.

Groupon.com refund

On 7/31 I made a purchase...but quickly changed my mind and canceled. Per Groupon I would get a refund of $19.99 no later than 10 days. Today is 8/16...and still no refund in my bank account. I have contacted Groupon customer service several times and they either blow me off...tell me I need to wait longer or pretty much that I'm SOL and they can't help me. So basically I have no product and Groupon has kept my $$. I have purchased with Groupon for many many years...but this situation has been so frustrating. I will be closing my account and will NEVER purchase from them again. They have acted like my problem is not an issue and have treated like I'm not valuable. Done with Groupon. Clearly they must be hurting as they have kept my $19.99.

Groupon.com boat trip

On august 6th I noticed on my credit card account that grouping had charged $110.40 for a river cruise that was never made by me. I contacted both grouping and the merchant about this charge. The merchant stated that he had no problem with a full refund. The problem is that grouping refused to issue any credit" ALL SALES ARE FINAL". I told grouping that this charge had not been made by me and I would not even be in the state on the date of the cruise. I have contacted the NEW YORK STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE to complain about this and the local police department to file a complaint about credit card fraud.

Groupon.com groupon on electric bike ride

I paid $20 for

The business has closed since. I physically went there and there is no bike shop. I left a vm for a Google voice mail that picks up when you call the business. The website is a fake one with a buck of icons and nothing happens when you click on them.

I used chat, email and call. They either hang up or just refuse to repond to my emails. This is flat out theft in the day light. I'm charged for a service from a non-existing store.

I believe the customer reps are in a foreign country and not familiar with US laws. It appears that they lie, hang up, or do whatever it takes to not issue refunds and tire the customer to the point of giving up. How much time should one spend on getting a $20 refund?!

This is corruption in practice. I hope someone stops this madness.

Groupon.com massage therapy

I purchased a groupon through Northgate Massage Therapy & Spa for a 60 minute Swedish Relaxation Massage back in May of this year. I've made several attempts to schedule an appointment with no luck. I only get a voice mail which i have left my number with no return phone call. I've emailed them to request an appointment with no luck there either. If I'm not able to to use my groupon then I'm requesting my money back.

Groupon.com could not use voucher as toronto islands closed

Bought a groupon for water taxi ride for 4 people to Toronto Islands and when we arrived in Toronto we found out that the Toronto Islands were closed due to flooding and have been closed since beginning of May. The voucher is valid for Monday to Thursday. Tried to contact water taxi now just a recorded message saying that no taxis were going to the Toronto Islands during the week.
I have tried to contact groupon customer support several times but no luck, it appears this section of their website is not working.

I have been trying to contact customer support for Groupon.com but it is not accessible. I bought a groupon for a water taxi ride over to the Toronto Islands but due to flooding, the islands are closed and have been closed since the beginning of May. I would like a refund but cannot contact Groupon to request one.

Groupon.com close my account and stole my money

I have a groupon account and have been using it for years. I attempted to log into but it said the account did not exist. The customer service told me that they closed my account because I have multiple accounts (I have additional account to purchase a skydiving voucher for my nephew and just used once) but were willing to give me back my usused voucher. I complied the ones I have not used (8 ones, with a total value of over $300) and send them to the customer service. They changed their attitude and told me my account was “a violation of our Terms of Service and closed the account. This decision cannot be appealed” and asked me to immediately stop using their service or they will take “further action”. I felt so disappointed as I was always a loyal customer to groupon. I just think it does not make sense for them to close customer’s account without notification, even though the customers might have violated some rules, which I honestly don’t know about in the past. It is ridiculous that groupon says the value of the groupon we purchased never expires and then they just shut down the customers’ accounts so they can never have their money back. I hope more people will know the way they treated some customers and even threatened them with “further action”. I will never work with this company again.

Today i tried to log in using my facebook and email. None of these worked at all. I just realized that Groupon quietly shut down my account thats why i couldnt sign in. I still have nearly $100 left on my account and cant get it back now. Groupon stole my moneyyy!. Horrible company ever, Beware

Groupon stole my money! I wanna share this story. In July I registered on Groupon Merchant and did some sales for an amount around $200. But in August Groupon block my account without any explanation and stole my funds. I open few tickets in customer service but they close tickets with note money successfully send but it is not true I have all bank statements there you can see nothing was coming from Groupon. I wanna let everybody know that Groupon stole money from merchants!
