Greystone Crossing review: Poor customer service

Hi, my sister and I we were there for baby clinic we arrived at 16:25 the reason why we came that time is because we went to pleglare and the hospital called the store asking about the trading hours for the clinic we were told that the clinic closes at 17:00, when we got there we asked for assistance but the lady told us that they can't help us because the doctor got some other work to deal with the only thing is we can come tomorrow morning, and it doesn't end there even on Tuesday we were told the very same story at Dischem waterfall mall, it doesn't end there we did some shopping when we pay by the counter my sister was charged but they said it didn't go through "MAYBE" it will reverse said the supervisor I am not happy at all with Dischem this is very disappointing you guys you need to pull up your socks
