We made the mistake of hiring him to do some work on our blog as it was having problems updating.
He did the work which took him maybe 10-15 minutes, but then wanted us to pay him outside feverr.com once the blog updated & so nicely we just told him we will be paying through Fiverr. He hadn't asked us to pay him yet & I only thought that was because we didn't know if he could do the job since there was a problem with it before with someone else.
That's when he became rude & disrespectful like unfortunately so many of the other workers online seeking work.
Here's some of what he said...
"Once the update is done I will expect the invoice to be paid. If you were going to pay through Fiverr you should have bought a gig. There is no reason for me to pay transfer fees on something I did not do through Fiverr (not to mention the $1 they keep).
I have met all your terms and you seem to not want to meet any of mine. I am looking forward to working with you in the future. However, I am not going to play the song and dance game. I am very busy and it is not worth $5 to wait around two weeks for the $3.92."
We don't tolerate insubordinate workers who think they are better than the boss, so I told him "That's fine, we don't hire people with your attitude. It was our mistake in assuming you would be any different than you were the last time you were rude & disrespectful.
Please don't contact us again."
My mistake was believing that he would change. He had showed signs of being disrespectful once before, but then apologized.
Even though I asked him not to respond back, that's when he wrote this back continuing to harass & now threaten us...

You are the one that has been disrespectful. You want to take money out of my pocket for the sake of what? After the advise given you should be grateful; because it is obvious to me you have no concept of IM. You have absolutely no idea the enemy you just made. This is not a college kid trying to get by with your $5 purchase.
You now have a new competitor. I will take over the top two pages that you should be ranking for with the exact keywords that you are wanting to rank for. Let the games begin!
I tried to be nice to you but you are just one of those Fiverr chasers that want everything for nothing.
I was not rude to you the first time. You obviously don't know how to read. Or someone has told you that you are something you are not.

I have reported him to Fiverr & I will update things as this Greg Rowe person continues to harass us & our company.
It's unfortunate, as we were looking for someone to do all our blog work for us. So far our experiences with the Fiverr workers has been very negative, so we will be dropping that site as a means to finding online workers as the stress & waste of time is just too much for us.
As everyone can see Greg, you continue to harass & threaten us. This is how Greg reacts when he doesn't read something he likes. If you hire him, he could try to ruin your entire company out of spite if he doesn't like something about you or you as the boss tells him something he doesn't like.
I'm actually very glad I posted this here, his behavior continues to prove my point.
To clarify to everyone reading this, we ALWAYS pay for work done if it's done properly & there are no problems with the worker. This has absolutely nothing to do with the price of the work, rather the workers themselves.
Greg Rowe continues to threaten & harass long after this all went down several months ago.
As for workers on Fiverr, we've continued to use them (plus many other hiring sites) & while Greg & some others were clearly very nasty individuals, most of the people we have dealt with who we hired were professional & nice people.
We will continue to learn from our hiring mistakes. We were new to Fiverr at the time & we didn't realize that some of the workers there have deep seeded anger because they feel they should be paid more than what they agreed to.

I completely forgot about this rude lady. I had every intention of destroying her sites but then got on to more important things. When I was doing gigs at fiverr I always over delivered as I do in every aspect of my business. This lady was not only rude but tried to tell me how I should run my own business. It was very obvious to me she had no idea of what she was talking about. It was $5! After her attitude display of idiocy I quickly decided I wanted nothing to do with her or the company she claimed to represent.
Let this be a lesson to people with fiverr services. Most people, not all, that purchase gigs on fiverr are obviously looking for cheap work. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that as I use fiverr services for myself. BUT, there are a lot of people on that site tat are looking for something and not willing to give anything.
BY THE WAY THIS "lady" NEVER PAID ME MY BIG TIME SURGERY SAVING $5

I have used Fiverr probably 12 times now and have only had one issue of slow supply. Every provider I have used from Fiverr has been decent and easy to deal with. Further, you have to be some form of pompous ### as you appear to believe you have a right to scalp Greg Rowe of his dues without complying with any commercial decency. By your own words you didn't book a Fiverr gig and so you have nil right to withold any payments from anyone. By LAW Mr Rowe has the right to sue you for breach of contract plus costs...for any reasonable sum and certainly more than $5 . So you feel you are 'a boss' and are somehow superior to another. Yet you need Greg's superior intelligence and skill don't you? Are you superior to your clients too? Hopefully any staff you currently have will realise they can simply take your business for themselves, as you sure don't deserve it. ...obviously too busy checking the mirror.
You are most obviously an ### that wants everything for free. Pay your debt. If I was Mr Rowe I would also be wiping your website out. Your type of leech needs closing down anyway.
The beauty of a blog is that it works both ways...so I for one will help Greg Rowe to 'get paid x 10'. BTW, Greg's a nice guy...I've used his services myself and he over-delivers massively...and unlike you he is honest.
