Great Clips Rest room

I checked in on line to great clip at 3015 SW Pine Island Rd. Ste 107 Cape Coral, Before I sat down I needed to use the rest room, I was told it wasn't open to the public that I could walk on down to the Publix Grocery store and use theirs, needless to say I didn't make a hair appointment at Publix Grocery store, I made it with you, I was then told they didn't make the policy!
I feel if you dont want me to use your facilities then I don't want you touching my hair and until you change your policies I will go somewhere else.
So explain to me why your rest room is closed to your customer while other business are not.

Great Clips Poor and rude service

I am complaining about poor and rude service at Great Clips, Keith Bridge Commons, [protected], Cumming, GA. 30041, 04:11pm, 09-30-2020, person directing the complaint to is named Tiffani.
My wife and I have been going to this location for over 15 year or since it has been opened. We have never had a complaint like this before. The person cutting and washing my wife's hair is named Tiffani. She was not only rude by talking back at my wife, but my wife (Nancy) had to tell her several times on what she wanted done with her hair. She also spent most of her time talking about her working time with Waffle House. This is the first time my wife did not leave a tip. Look, I am not trying to get this person fired, but you better train her better. She is bad news. William R Grant, [protected].

Great Clips Unprofessionalism

I was in for a haircut the other day and the manager Madison was talking inappropriately to her client and was making the rest of the customers uncomfortable. This "manager" also likes to argue and yell at fellow employees in front of customers like she's above them and it makes the entire place look very unprofessional. My friends and I will not be returning and will be taking our business elsewhere until this manager Madison is terminated

Great Clips Ruined my hair

OMFG you just fu**ed my hair. You stupid hair specialist, I bet you can't even shave. I waited 11 months, grown my hair long and you just fu**ed in few minutes. How can you do that? Are you licensed to mess up peoples hair? Such a horrible experience. I asked you to cut half on the side and trim on top and front. Your answer was ok and turned my chair so I could not see in the mirror for what you are doing. You cut my hair short, gave me a deep scissor cut on the left side, my back hair is longer than the sides, my left side hair is shorter than the right side. When I asked you, you messed up my hair, you say I look good in this hair cut, WTF. And you tried to offer me a discount for ruining my hair. I wish I could cancel tear and burn your license.

Great Clips Emotional distress

This must've been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I asked for simple layers, and the stylist Arlett chops off a huge bundle of my hair, I was mortified! stopped her to tell her that it wasn't what I had asked for and she started arguing with me that it is how layers are done etc, I tried telling her that it is not but there was no point as she did not even want to hear it. No apology, comforting or an offer to fix it. She did, however, ask me what I wanted to do, I asked her if the person who cut my hair last time was available, she pointed at Nancy (curly hair) and asked if it was her I wanted, I wasn't sure but I said yes as I feared Arlett would further botch my hair if I said no. I had to wait for Nancy for about 15 minutes, then when she became available; I spoke with her nicely and expressed that I'd hoped she could fix the mistake, she pretended like she couldn't pinpoint a mistake, which got me even more frustrated. She claimed to be the store manager, I explained the issue to her and she could see that I was in distress because of the mistake her coworker did, still no apology and on top of that she didn't even acknowledge a mistake, then she told me to ‘drop the attitude or else I won't fix it', wow! I wasn't even yelling, being aggressive, cussing anyone out or making a scene in any way shape or form, all I was hoping for was a simple apology and the offer to fix it and make it better, which did not happen. I asked for the manager, Nancy said she's the manager, I asked for their supervisor's number and began calling the supervisor while standing in the lobby. Nancy then told me that I was no longer welcome at the store and must leave, my response was that I would like to speak with the supervisor while still inside the store, she then threatened that I either leave or she will call the cops, I told her that she could go ahead and do that. She called the cops and 2 police cars showed up, the officer asked me to step outside so we could talk, I explained the situation to him and his response was that their involvement was not justified in this issue, apologized for the poor customer service I had just experienced and left. I then was able to get a hold of the supervisor, he was extremely nice and apologetic, He acknowledged that I should not have been treated the way I was and promised that this wouldn't happen in the future.
I was humiliated, mistreated and mocked. All I wanted was a simple apology, some sympathy and the offer to get it fixed, that is it...

This is exactly what happened to me. Are all Great Clips like this!? They are unprofessional and rude and when they ruin your hair they do not care. Mine was chopped off wrong too in the very first cut.

Great Clips Bad hair cut

1st time at Great Clips. Got the worst haircut I have ever had - and I am not picky. I showed the stylist a picture of Dorothy Hamill's famous wedge haircut. What she came up with was nothing like it. I look like the "Little Dutch Boy." In addition, it is by far not layered properly (so from Day 1, it looked like I was overdue for a cut of a grown-out haircut), nor completely even. Even though I told her repeatedly that the sideburns were too long and that the bottom of the ear was supposed to show, I had to finally give up and leave. The sideburns were still well below my ears. I paid $19 for that mess! Because of the virus, I'd intended to leave a bigger tip, but as it was, I just couldn't do it. I complained to their website, they said they'd forwarded it to the local salon for a response. No response from the local, no further response from the company. I complained to the company again, and got no response. I thought this chain salon was equivalent to Hair Cuttery, where I'd had my hair cut (every time by a different stylist), and every time the haircut was fine. I was wrong! This was May 19th at the Great Clips in Orlando, #0617.

Worst butcher job ever. She cut big chunks out of my hair, almost leaving bald spots. Now I have to go to a real salon and see if they can blend it in or buy a wig.

Great Clips Basic wedge haircut

First time at Great Clips. This was the worst haircut I have ever had - and I am not picky. I showed the stylist a picture of Dorothy Hamill's famous wedge haircut. Great Clips Service

My recently injured husband (crushed heel of foot so has to use crutches) went on line and booked an appointment for a haircut for 1.75 hours later. This gave us a chance to run a couple of errands while in town as its a 45 minute drive time each way to the Great Clips. When we got to Great Clips, there was a line out the door, which we expected and that's why my husband made the reservation, we were told that it would be an hour wait time standing in line. We told the young lady that my husband had made an on-line reservation and was unable to stand for an hour or any other length of time. She said there was nothing she could do because all these other people were in line and got there before us (we were approx. 13 minutes early for his appointment) so we'd have to wait. We again told her he had made a reservation and she said she was sorry "but it wouldn't be fair to all the other people who were here first". Obviously we were very unhappy to have driven the whole way in to town, unable to get the much needed haircut and for such an obviously asinine response from the employee.

Great Clips Customer service

What a rude place to do business with. Walked in with a coupon that had the incorrect address. Was told there was an hour wait. And that they close in one hour. Store was empty. Never go to this place. It was like I was bothering them.

Great Clips Scheduling.

I went to a Great Clips store just after nine in the morning and was told that because I did not check in on line, there would be an hour wait. I went back shortly after twelve afternoon and again was told that there still would be an hour wait. I can't believe that because of my not "checking in" on line I must wait until they get the time to take me in.

Great Clips staff

2 of the 3 people working at this location made me feel like I was an incovience rather than the reason they were there. Very solem and short with all comunication. When I was in the chair, about 2 min total, they could couldn't run the clippers fast enough, including jambing the tips in the side of my head. A refund would help but nothing makes up for rude behavior.

Great Clips messed up my hair

I went to great clips in Bayonne NJ on December 31. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted. She did what she wanted. Messed up my hair really bad
I went to another place to see if they could fix it, the stylist said there is nothing he could do. I have to wait until it grows out. I have to walk around with my hair like this until it grows out. I didn't notice it at the salon until I went home to blow dry and style it for the new year Eve party I was attending. Everyone had something to say about it. My hair is short with side burns. She took a chunk out of one of the side burns which there is no way to fix or go in notice.

You have an absolutely ATROCIOUS business model. I've had several bad experiences at Great Clips, and I haven't even gotten a haircut there yet! The rudeness of the counter employee has caused me to walk out several times now. They ask you snottily if you signed in online, and when you respond in the negative or say you didn't know you needed to, their attitude becomes even more dismissive. Not everyone wants Gen. Z attitude with their haircut. There's a monitor that shows the wait time, which seems to be 40 minutes at a minimum, even though only one person is in a chair. I just returned a gift card for Great Clips to the relative who gave it to me for Christmas. I will never return to your business.

Great Clips service and behavior of the employee

I am truly devastated by the hairdresser that evening. I had someone Cut my hair at that salon on a previous few days before that. It was a close game and although I do know this I would've tipped her well and I did ask. The lady took me to her station I tried explaining to her all I wanted her to do was to tighten his back to back a little bit to make the cut that the original girl yeah it was very happy, yet overall I was pleased. She then proceeded to take her shears and was at the topof my neck. My hair was dry also. So I tried to stop her she didn't continue to cook and she continued to say it was the only way that was all she did when I express my unhappiness about it she threw her shears on the counter and she told me if they were closed she was not doing anything else and she wasn't charging so... at That point I am beside myself and we're both raising our voices she tells the other gal their house I kept changing my mind I don't know what I want which is not true I need a stroke her two pictures she didn't care. I was crying and devastation and I asked the other gal there to please please help me so that I didn't have to walk out of there like that which the grub did do and I think she was scared to death at that point to do anything really but she did help some. I have never encountered that kind of brutality from someone in a hair salon! I know she had to cut it with or 5 inches of my hair my hair started out longer and now it's dead at the top of my neck just below the hairline and I am devastated. While I understand that our hair is not what makes her happy I had beautiful hair. I wake up every day with my hair looking like this and I cry. So what do I do now do I ask great clips as I reported it immediately while devastated and crying. Someone from their corporate office they called me back saying that the salon owner of the franchise would call me in a most a week and I haven't heard from anyone.

Great Clips refusal of service.

In November, I went to the Great Clips at Linden Market in West Omaha, Nebraska. I requested a shampoo and haircut. There was only one, older lady working, and she told me she is the only one working that day. Therefore, she would not have the time to give a shampoo. However, I noticed that there were no customers in the shop, theoretically after me. So what was the reason that she refused to give me a shampoo — it should not have taken too long. She told me that if 2 hair stylists were working, then I could have had a shampoo. It seems to me that she was lazy and took an easy job of hair cutting. Today I went there, the shop had hours posted, not being open until 11:00 a.m. The same lady who refused to give me a shampoo last month, was at the doorway, although the shop was not open. So, I decided to come home without getting a shampoo and haircut.

Great Clips online check in

I'm really upset that I walked into great clips and just because I didn't check in on line I had to wait for 5 different people to get their hair cut before they got to me, those people came in after I did, I didn't check in on line because I don't want to do it that way I should have that right to be helped when it's my turn I shouldn't have to wait until the on line people go first, I'm so upset I cried in my car after I walked out, I didn't even get my hair cut, I just left, that's horrible customer service, I shouldn't be penalized because I don't check in on line, it needs to be fair to all people young and old and I'm old and don't do the online services, the workers could have cared less and that hurt the most, I've worked in CS for my whole life over 50 years and I know that is not working for all your customers, it's sad that even this comment is probably going to be ignored to, I surely hope not, . I've been going to great clips for over 15 years and this has never happened to me, and won't again because you all lost a very devoted customer, it saddens me even more that nothing will be done about the system, I feel discriminated against because I don't want to go online to sign in, I would feel bad for the people who were waiting ahead of me if I walked in after someone else has been sitting waiting and I got in front of them because I went on line, I don't go around complaining either, not ever, but this really was a bad experience, I'm gonna tell all my friends and hope I get some sorta understanding from someone because you people don't seem to care.

Great Clips haircut

We are at the great clips location ( 57 E Long Lake Rd
Troy, MI 48085 United States) at local time 12 o clock
The managers name is Marie and she is the reason we come back every time. Marie is a super women and knows what customer service is all about.

But today we met a guy " who is cutting hair for the last 11 years" called Paul . When I told him how to cut and style my child's hair he replied back that " I do not need to teach him this as he is in business for 11 years". My child is 10 yes and I always stand behind his back away from the cutting space and watch. But Paul wanted me to back off and he said that in a specifically RUDE WAY. I backed off. When me and my kid were communicating he said tomeNOT TO SHOW HIM ATTITUDES!
He was so rude and started speaking loudly the manager came out from the back room and started to reconcile. But when I explained the situation and she stood there for the rest of the time and warned Paul to behave and also told him that the way he is behaving is NOT Great customer service!

Inspite of that he was not budging from his poor sick and crooked attitudes. Paul is impolite and in spite of having 11 years of being in the salon industry he IS UNAWARE OF BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICES THAT Too With REGULAR CUSTOMERS. We are a family of 4 and extended family of 16 and we come here, all of us every time we need a cut or style.

We did have two back to back haircuts with both of my kids today 29 th nov 2019. One with Paul and the other with Hannah the assistant manager ( very good, professional and polite lady and therefore I tipped her well)

Great Clips haircut

I went in for a simple bob hair cut, stacked in the back and left long on the sides. I had a filling the girl who cut my hair was new right out of school, First I did not see a photo license displayed with her information. She was sucking on a lollipop and said about an inch all over, and I said yes.She asked me to look down the entire time. My top was 6 '' long now it is 1 '' long that is not an inch off all over. She had Burchard the back so bad she had to get another stylest to try to fix it, but there was no way at this point the new stylest had to keep cutting because now one side was so layered up and the other side was one length. The first thing the 2nd stylest said to the girl who started the hair cut was :you need to pay attention to what the customer says, consultation is everything. The stylest (asst. manager )heard what I said to her when I sat down, she was cutting hair in the next chair. When I asked to speak to the store manager, she said that she was the assistant manager. She would not give me a name or her name, and the girl who cut all my hair off did not give me her name. But the lady who said she was the asst. manager told me I could go buy a smaller brush and maybe if I colored my hair it would not show the blunt cut line now in the top of my crown. So this is going to cost me 100.00 or more to get fixed. I should sue the company and the lollipop stylest. I can not believe Great clips can stay in business like this. The Asst. manager would not even charge me for the hair cut, she knew how bad it was.But it does not make it better, as it will take 6 months for it to grow back out. Sharon Colburn

Great Clips a hair cut by a very rude person.

I went for a hair cut at salon #1109 in muskego wisconsin. I was greeted by megan and was put in the system, she said it would be 20 to 25 minuets. I was called for a hair cut by the same person, megan I had a seat she said it looks like you want your hair cut with a #8, I replied with no, I get it scissor cut, explaining how it gets cut by finger length,. She knew what I meant. I also said i'd like to keep my hair in back collar length, she replied with ok, so I wont touch it at all. I also had said to be easy when trimming the hair on the back of my neck, because I explained that another stylist had been rough and caused a scar on my neck. After that things got weird, I tried to have a conversation with her, but megan became rude, very short, and was not personable at all. She decided to cut my hair her own way including taking 2' off the back, when I did not want it touched at all, I asked megan to thin out my left side behind the side burn, I explained it was a little more fluffy because I sleep on my right, wow that was a chore, in a rude manner she said is that all, im like yea, thinking I want out, ive had enough if you, she asked if I wanted any product, I said crew gel, she put some in, brushed my hair with the blow-dryer on, did a crappy job at best with that, because I still had hair in the right side of my face, which I wiped off. At the end she never got out the mirror to show me what she did to the back of my hair, took the cape off and away I went, I paid and even gave her a tip, I will never step foot back in here again.

Great Clips employees were rude while I was having a haircut, will not return

Young man left counter while I was checking for an extended time. Stylist did not act in a mannerly manner. I have had haircuts many times at great clips and I have always had a positive experience. It is my opinion that she used more force than was needed. My head was sore when I left the salon. Caroline was the person that gave me the haircut. I will not use great clips again. Great Clips returning unused sexy hair products

purchased shampoo, conditioner and leave in moisturizer from the Sexy Hair line after loving the Sexy hair Love Oil the Stylist used on my hair after a haircut. I was later given a sample of another product that I preferred over the Sexy Hair and decided I would like to return the products I purchased from Great Clips. Unfortunately I could not provide the receipt to return the products and was told the products could not be returned without a receipt. I then requested a store credit and was told that was not possible. No where in the store or on the receipt is there signage that a receipt needs to be provided to return/or receive store credit for merchandise. I ask for the Manager's name and number. I contacted the GM Leona on a Saturday leaving a voice message of my issue. After having no response from the GM by Wednesday I contacted corporate customer service who stated they would follow up with the GM. The GM did call me and stated that the last purchase she noted in the system from me was in 2016 which I informed her was incorrect. Although I did not have the actual receipt for my recent purchase I did have my credit card statement showing the charge date, amount, being charged to the store Great Clips 3030 W Ann Road STE 111 North Las Vegas, NV store # 6225. I inquired would that be proof enough to identifying the purchase and allowing me a store credit. The GM was very rude in stating NO...and that I could not talk with the owner of the franchise as I requested. I informed her I thought she and the store provided horrible customer service and that if no returns were allowed the store should have posted policy or state so on the receipt. So here I am stuck with products that I don't want and can't return. This was truly less than a GREAT experience...
