Great Clips haircut

went to get cut and hairdresser Melissa wooluine not sure if last names right said I needed to let it grow.which when other stylist had asked her wait on me she sayed I have to make a call.they just had two working on Tuesday may 21, 2018 so I asked your refusing to trim my hair? so she flips her cape of chair and yelled you can come over if you insist.so I asked her why she was yelling and talking to me in this manner she said I have a loud voice deal with it.asked for corporate number she said we don't have it.In conclution you lost a 14.99 cut I usually cut my own but went in month ago and a different lady cut liked it and gave her 5.00 tip .like I sayed usually cut my own but had surgery so hard layer back but after this experience ill be going back cutting self when healed.

Great Clips haircut

I went in to great clips on 5/16/2018 at the Jackson location to get a haircut an the lady ( a girl with pink hair and glasses with a flower in her hair)who was cutting my hair did not understand or just did not care what i have to say. Frannie used to cut my hair and she is gone now so I decided to go ahead and let someone else cut my hair...very very unprofessional. She cut my hair so short ( than its ever been in my life) I cannot even get a curling iron to work in my hair theres not enough hair ! Im so sick how she has changed my life. I was even embarressed to go to Wal Mart...thats pretty bad ! I will never go back there again !

Great Clips beautician

Hi I took my 4 yearr old grandson to great clips in new castle .pa on Saturday May 5th 2018.
There was a girl beautician her name was Danielle well what happened was she was cuttting his hair and cut his ear with the razor never saying sorry only that he wont sit still which he was . So she then proceeded to cut the same spot as it was bleeding already! I have pictures . My grandson is terrified when I ask if he wants a haircut he says no and cries. This was a traumatic experience for a 4 year old . I had my 2 year old grandson with me so I was busy with him to ssy anything so we pd 10 dollars and 3 tip . My grandson is very traumitized over all this. It was ridiculous ! If Something is not done I will proceed with further action!i wil be sueing great clups for this incompetence. This was ridiculous .

Great Clips online check in

Online check in is a joke. I've tried twice in the last week. The first time was a 35 minute wait. When I arrive 30 minutes after checking in online I was told it would be another 30 minutes. Just tried again and online was a 45 minute wait. I arrived exactly on time and was told it would be 40 minutes. The hair cuts are mediocare at best. I could have gone to real barber for 1/2 the price that the wasted time has cost me alone. Will never go back.

Great Clips hours of operation

Tried to sign up on my app from cell phone, said we could not because they close soon. However if we arrive before closing time we would be served. Well my son and I arrived 5:40pm and closing time was 6:00 pm. Two people were working and said they close in 10 min, so at 5:50pm. I am very disappointed, I've been coming for years and did not feel that was good customer service. If your team wants to close early then they should have their sign up stating they are close or the app can tell us it is too late, but neither of those indicators were present. Location was at Swan/Camp Lowell in Tucson, AZ 4/29/18.

Great Clips appointment

Mom is 92 years old. Great clips told her she should make an appointment on line
Don't have a computer
Don't know how to use a computer
Unfair
And this discrimates against seniors
I'm her driver She had to wait 1 1/2 hrs
Can't even make an appt over the phone

Very disappointed
Should make accodmstoons for senior citizens
Not their fault they don't have a computer

I guess maybe next time go to a salon that offers appointments, great clips is a busy franchise and if your elderly, cant wait, want a expensive salon experience then I suggest you go to an expensive salon, these stylists arent getting paid enough to treat you like royalty

Great Clips unsatisfactory technician performance

This morning I visited the Great Clips shop in Deerfoot Meadows, Calgary, Canada. It was obvious the stylist was new, as there was another stylist there to help her out. In hindsight, I should have cancelled, but I thought I would "give her a chance". The session was a disaster. I told her what I wanted: not a whole lot taken off, but mostly thinning. I offered suggestions as we went as she didn't seem to comprehend what I had asked for. When I asked her to "feather" the bangs, she ended up cutting them so short that I asked her to have the other stylist intervene. This stylist was able to modify them somewhat, but they were barely salvageable. She did apologize for what had happened but I was too mortified. I know I should have asked at that time to be reimbursed but I did not. Later, as I reflected, I realized that I should have spoken up as this will inevitably happen again. I have had some positive experiences with your shop. However, I am now reluctant to go again and also, will hesitate in recommending this place. Hopefully, this message will make you aware and help you to improve your store's performance.

Great Clips haircut

Hello, we have been using your service since last 10 years in Overlake, Wa and today when my husband went to get a hair cut they gave him a $1.80 Microsoft discount. He has asked this plenty of times, since years, if there was any Microsoft discount and they have always refused and today the assistant told him that the discount has been in place since years. We feel very disheartened hearing this and feel cheated for so many years. Our whole family gets hair cut from there and I am not sure how you can help solve this issue and compensate us for our loss. Your response is imperative to my decision on using the service in future.

Great Clips unprofessional

My husband took our 3 sons to the Avondale Haslet Great Clips store in Haslet, TX on 04/03/18. While there the lady that was suppose to cut one of my son's hair announced loudly that she could not cut his hair because he had lice. My husband explained that it was not lice but he has dandruff. We even had the pediatrician look at his dry scalp and it is not lice but dandruff. My husband tried to explain this to her, but she would not listen and insisted it was lice and she could not cut his hair. In the meantime, my son is very upset and embarrassed. My husband took himself and our 3 sons around the corner to another hair cut establishment. They took one look at it and said it was no problem to cut his hair. They said he did not have lice and just a little dandruff. We have been going to Great Clips for over a year, unfortunately we will not be going back.

Great Clips haircut

My daughter went to great clips to get her hair cut in braeside, Calgary, Alberta, Canada and they for now the 2nd time really messed up her hair. One side is at least 2 inches shorter, the hair in the back some is longer than the other. I'm disgusted that not only did they mess up my hair but now my daughters. They are going to have to now cut her hair shorter by 2 inches than she wanted. This location needs to be closed. I phoned to speak with someone and rudely got told to call the manager. Enough is enough. This is the 3rd disgustingly bad haircut in last 3-4 months

The worst part is that my daughter said that she likes the way hair was cut. I told her that she is stupid if she likes her hair like that and that she looks ugly. She started crying and I slapped her. Now I find out that they used my credit card number to get my address and contacted CPS who want to interview me and my daughter on Wednesday.

Great Clips online check in/ apache junction, az. clerk

I tried to download the online app. so that I could check in online and not wait. The Apache Junction, Az. Great Clips just moved to a new location. Due to the influx of winter visitors the wait time for "walk-ins" is normally an hour.
The website said that the page was not available so I couldn't download the application. I called the store to see if they would put me in their computer and I was argued with about the online app being unavailable. I asked the clerk for a solution and again she recommended that I download the app. I asked if it would be better for me to just go elsewhere and she said "yes". I have known plenty of company giants that are no longer in business that felt they had enough of a following that thay could tell customers to go elsewhere... you're next.

Great Clips haircut

To Whom it May Concern,
I went in for a simple cut today roughly two inches off at great clips in mount sterling, Kentucky. Diadra was my hair dresser. After explaining to her what I wanted (small cut around two inches roughly shoulder length) she began to separate my hair in sections and brush it out with a wire brush. I have natural curly hair so she knew as a hair dresser the shrinkage it would have when cutting. She started in the back and I noticed how tense and uneasy she became after the first few cuts. Obviously too short. She showed me after once cutting the entire back of my hair by cutting the top layers of the front pieces of hair, and stating "now you know how short it is. " by this time I'm in a panic because his is probably 6 plus inches off my hair that shouldn't have came off. I said to diadra not to take it any shorter. She continued to cut my hair despite this request while other styles in the salon begin to ask her what she is doing? Obviously making me very uncomfortable. She than continued to cut my bangs which I didn't request and state she needs to check to make sure it's Even because that it's very easy to do. She continued to talk to herself about the unevaness. Obviously making me even more uncomfortable. I never in my life have had a bad hair cut. But this this is horrendous. This hair dresser has obviously not taken the time to study this hair type enough or lacks the skills to call herself a hair dresser. I'm beyond embarrassed of my hair. What I have left anyway. There are places longer than others. It can't go into a pony tail. And there is beyond thousands of layers which I specifically said no to. Its butched I need someone to contact me directly at [protected] or at [protected]@gmail.com to resolve this issue.

Great Clips terrible haircut

My boyfriend walked in and asked to get a hair cut. A 3 level shave on the back and sides, a 5 on the top. 1. The lady started telling him what he should get 2. She didn't do what he wanted 3. On side of his hair is cut in more then the other 4. The bottom part of his hair in the back is cut way to short 5. All of the ladies where sitting around talking, which then distracted the lady cutting his hair 6. She was hecka slow 7. Instead of blowing away the hair, she blew it right down his back into his shirt 8. She never asked him how he wanted the side burns 9. Didn't listen when he said to cut one spot and she cut another. He was so mad and upset he wants his money back for the poor service. Then the lady was complaining the whole time and wasnt focusing on him. Didn't even ask if he liked it or not

Great Clips corporate policy

I was at your door at 8:58 this morning. The grouch in charge let me in but made it VERY CLEAR that she could not punch in the register my phone number until 9 AM! Never said Hello or Good Morning, just grouched until 9 when she punched in my phone number and did cut my hair.
I asked why she could do nothing before 9 and she said Corporate Policy!
Great. She could have been nice!

I got my hair cut at the Half Day Road (next to 318 where we get our mail)
but will think long and hard before returning to that location. She said they were individually owned. Hope the owner sees this complaint. I've been going there over five years but NEVER AGAIN. 9 am on Feb. 16th, owner: check who was on duty since she never said her name nor was anything but surly to me.

Great Clips haircut

Stopped by my local greatclip salon to get a haircut. It was 5:30 pm and the sign on the door says that they will be open till 6:00 pm so thought good. As I entered the salon was told that the workers were getting ready to close. I said it was only 5:30 pm she said sorry but "we are cleaning up to close ". Why have posted hours of operations if not going to follow them

Great Clips being skipped in line.

On Thursday, December 21, 2017, around 13:50 I went to get a haircut at the Great Clips store in Maysville Kentucky. I walk in and the three employees are busy, so like I normally do instead of stand there and wait I have a seat. Usually after the staff are not busy they will ask who needs to be checked in, this time they didn't. I sit for about 10 minutes when another lady comes in after me, she stands at the counter for probably two minutes. She then says "I've got two boys that need a haircut!" I guess this frazzled the staff member that came to the counter because she just quickly started entering their information. I speak up and say "I've been sitting here for like 10 minutes, " she replies "you didn't stand at the counter?" I reply "I've never done that when you all are busy and it's never been a problem."

So I wait until it should be my turn to see if the staff member fixes the mistake that's made and she doesn't. She takes one of the boys that were there 10 minutes after I came in.

I normally don't complain about things like this, especially if It's just a mistake but the fact that the staff member tried to deflect her mistake onto me by pointing out that I didn't stand at the counter shouldn't skip me in line when it never has in all the years I've been going to great clips. I'm very hesitant to ever go back now.

Great Clips greatly dissatisfied with how my hair turned out after a trim

I went to Great Clips located at Sunset Rd., Henderson, NV for a trim. I even brought a photo of how I wanted my hair to look after the trim. The woman who did my hair cut the hair on top of my head & back very short, It is so unlike the photo that I showed her. She was in a rush & she kept cutting my hair while looking & greeting at customers who were coming in. My husband stopped going to Great Clips after they did a bad job on his hair. I should have gone somewhere else. I'm not going back to Great Clips ever again!

Great Clips the hairdresser lincoln village columbus oh

I told her I wanted the back of my hair alittle short but to not do anything with sides and top leave enough for curling iron. She cut my hair and it lookslike a mans hair cut. i asked her what the h are you doing. she said you wanted it short. i said the back only not the sides and top. this has been over a month ago and my hair has not even started back. it was almost shoulder length and i have to wear a hood cause it is embrassingk. i will not recommend great clilps to anyhone..

Great Clips bad service

I received terrible service today. I explained to the stylist we were letting my 15 y/o sons bad hair cut grow out. I told her to use a 5 at the bottom. She doesn't acknowledge what I'm telling her and ask my son if he wants the shave up to the line. I asked her twice what line was she referring to and she ignored me. Then she proceeds to shave the entire side of my sons head where we were trying to fix and grow out. After I told her no and I told her that was wrong, she continued to ignore me and continued shaving. My son looked disappointed. She never apologized and asked him if he wanted her to texturize his hair. I told her no and explained he doesn't understand what that means. Why was she ignoring my request? It was as if I wasn't standing there.

Great Clips the manager of great clips cleveland ga

The manager of this store is extremely inconsiderate and rude. She consistently parks her personal vehicle as close as possible to her stores back door, only approx. 3 feet from the neighboring door, also a business. This unacceptable behavior causes a safety hazard as well as impedes the deliveries of the business next door. This lady needs to be addressed, she is very bad at communications, so outside help is needed, perhaps someone she may respect because she appears to have none for those of us who work beside her store.
