Great Clips un professional studio

I went to get my haircut at the Andover, Mn salon, and upon arriving.. noticed the studio was very under staffed... and the Manager was the only stylist providing cuts..: only one stylist on the floor during a busy period of the day? Long wait for a simple haircut and very poorly managed ..

Another trip to same studio... this time there was three total stylist on the floor and I was the only customer in at the time.. during my cut, . The two stylist got into a argument.. and were getting loud ... very uncomfortable and un professional situation.. and the manager did nothing to resolve this...

Great Clips customer service

I arrived this morning with my child. We weren't even greeted with a hello. Eric came to the register and asked rather rudely, as if we were bothering him, if we had been in before. I replied, my son hasn't been in before, but my other child has. His response was a snotty, "So, you have been in".
I should have taken this as an indication to leave, but decided to stay. He proceeded to abruptly move my child's head around and in a rude tone directed him with his directions.
At check out, I mentioned I had a coupon, which was met with annoyance.
When the transaction was through, he handed me the receipt with a smug look and no thank you. I responded with a thank you and was met with a you're welcome". Are you kidding me?! I left feeling like I was bothering him and annoying him.
My child's haircut is a disappointment! The customer service left me feeling horrible and with so many other salons in the neighborhood, I will gladly take my business elsewhere!

Great Clips employee

I have witnessed several occasions when this employee has had their boyfriend/husband come into the store while the employee is cutting hair. The employee has allowed her boyfriend/husband interrupt her while cutting hair, causing the customer to wait and waiting customers to wait longer. I recently came in for a haircut and after sitting there waiting on the employee to get finished talking to her boyfriend/husband, I walked to the bathroom and I witnessed the employee in a storage room with her boyfriend. The employee was making out (kissing and fondling her boyfriend). I was upset for having to wait on her so I left the store and I won't return to this store. The employees name is Amanda. I'm not sure of her last name.

Great Clips ladibugs aromatherapy cleansing kit

The price labelled on the side of the package was $39.99. The price label on the shelf below the product was $49.99. The clerk charged me the $49.99 as she said that she couldn't adjust the price. Seriously? You Jack the price by $10, forget to remove the original price and then charge me the higher price. I was offered the opportunity to return and discuss my concerns tomorrow. Not likely. I will simply NEVER go to another Great Clips ever and will be writing a Google review about the shady business of this store.

Great Clips haircut

On 9/19/19 I went to the Great Clips in Duvall, Wa. Kelsey was the one who was going to cut my hair. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she said she could do that. My hair was just past the shoulder and i wanted a shorter cut but not what I left with. She butchered the back of my hair and it looked nothing like the cut I showed her. The front and side were fine. When we were done and she gave me the mirrow to look at my hair, I about died, it was uneven and looked like a had a hole on the right side. I asked her about it and she said my hair was curly. It's not that curly and the cut i wanted would have had the hair at least 2 inches long in the back and now it's barely 1/2 inch. It looks awful and embarrising.
I was so shocked I just couldn't say anything withour blowing up. I feel I should get my money back and the tip, which I was nice enough to give her.
I have gotten my haircut many times at that salon and have never had such terriable results.

I went to great clips to get my hair cut on the side so it wouldn't stick out on the sides . I thought she knew to cut hair so it wont stick out but after my visit and washing it on my own it sticks out worse than ever before. I am mortified of how my hair looks.

Great Clips issue with haircut

My Father went to get a haircut yesterday at the above location. He ended up get bruised after he got home we noticed what he had on the back of his neck. I have attached a picture for your viewing as this is very disturbing to even see. I would like to get a refund of the haircut and I would like the Lady who is in charge of the place who is (indian) to be fired. She is very disrespectful. Always rushing and gets upset when customers come in for a haircut. I have witnessed this 2 times. This is a very serious matter and I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Great Clips locked the door before 8 pm in out faces

We called ahead asked about closing time. They said 8pm. Got here at 20 till. She came straight over locked the door ran to the back of the store I waited n got a picture when she came back around 10 mins after. We are still out here with 10 till 8 and there closed my son has a interview for a job in the morning and this is where we get all kids hair cuts. Service was unbelievable. As that was so rude and upsetting . Now we got to find a new place to go . Angry is a understatement I am furious

Great Clips haircut

I visited your great clips salon this past Saturday to get a haircut for the holiday weekend. I was appalled at my experience so much that it has taken me days to think about how to handle it! I was absolutely speechless in the salon that day because I would have really blown up and screamed at this girl but I felt it wouldn't help things so I just calmly paid and left! I came in wanting a longer a line bob and I like the one side slightly longer then the other! The first stylist that called me was friendly however she wasn't confident in doing the haircut I wanted so she asked another stylist to do it! I was fine with that and really appreciated her honesty however she should know how to cut any style hair! I waited a little longer and the next stylist came to get me she was very rude off rip she didn't greet me at all and all I heard about was how she was late to a party she didn't care about me or listening to what I wanted she asked me a few questions but snapped at my answers I felt scared of her, she kept saying I got this I got this! Put your head up sit up real snotty, she started carving up and over my ear never asked me if that's what I was wanting I can't believe what happened she just started chopping at my hair when the girl was done it was so chopped and uneven I was so so upset she clearly had no clue what I wanted or what she was doing! I would like my money back because I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed I missed holiday gatherings this weekend I didn't want to be seen like that

Great Clips haircut

Ive been going to Greatclips in Ocoee for 2 years now have had my hair cut the way i want it 3-4 times finally, went to the above greatclips in Kissimmee during lunchbreak last friday told the girl #2 on the side leave 2 inches on the top and cut the bangs straight across so i can style it to hide my psoriasis, what i got was hard to explain, chopped up hair 2 inches uneven on one side half my front bangs chopped to 1/2 inch and gouged out, didnt do the back of the neck and totally chopped my sides up, my 9 year old son could have done better than this, went to the store in Ocoee to see if we can clean it up now i have like no hair, i go from having 3-31/2 inches to half a inch with zero stylability at all and am embarressed to go in public with this god awefull mess of a haircut, ohh on top of this i had to pay an additional $15 to get the gouged mess cleaned up a bit, so for $30 plus tip i got no i repeat no hairstyle at all, Thanks Greatclips. first photo is what it usually is second is what i got

Great Clips haircuts

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great Clips online check-in feature does not work properly. Their toll-free customer service telephone line is not open during normal business hours, let alone evenings or weekends. The local salon is clueless about making the website check-in feature work and won't make an appointment over the phone. Take your business elsewhere and don't bother with the aggravation of trying to work with these idiots!

Great Clips haircut

Explained to the stylist that I just wanted a trim (one inch) but the same style. She seemed like she was in a hurry and she cut my hair without wetting it first. I had spent months upon months growing out my bangs and left there with a short, layered haircut with bangs when I asked for a trim! My hair was all one length! Went back to the store the following day for my money back and an apology. Got my money back but when I asked the manager for an apology she refused because she said she wasn't the one who cut my hair and didn't owe me anything! Isn't she supposed to represent the company and her employees? This was the worst haircut and customer service experience of my life and I strongly discourage anyone from going to this great clips! Horrible experience and will be pissed off each and every time I look at this [censored]ed up style in the mirror! Not a happy customer!

Great Clips haircut

Hello,

I am contacting regarding my experience at Great Clips specifically in Roseville, MN. This is the third time that I have received a poor quality haircut. This recent haircut from 8/10/19 being the worst. This location is convenient for me as I live nearby and I am a firm believer in giving people second chances but this has happened three times now with three different individuals and I am very unhappy with my results. I have attached a picture of my recent experience.

It looks like your legs were crossed that's why 1 side is shorter. It is very important that your legs are uncrossed, sitting straight and head is not tilted to any side at all. They are not making sure of all that before they cut and that's why you are uneven

One thing I learned after taking my brother to Great Clips in Logan Twp, Nj is that white [censored]es dont know how to do a fade like its not expected to be perfect but it looks like she straight up shaved the bottom of his head then was done

Great Clips received expired coupon

I have received 2 coupons that both were expired the day they were received. I received a coupon today (8/8/19) for a $5.99 Any Haircut that expired two days ago. Deceptive advertising practices have a long history of pain in this country, and yours, if found to be so misleading, would also be punishable criminally through the RICO act because it was perpetrated via Federal Mail on multiple occasions. You have a simple option - extend the honored period. Your other option will not only result in a class action suit by would - be customers, but likely a suit from your franchisees for harming their reputations. Paul Bohan [protected]

You should go hire attorneys then and spend tens of thousands on fruitless pursuits! Awesome! The company acknowledged their error by the way. The vendor has been terminated. I was right, and I was vindicated. But you are obviously a man who sticks by his guns. Best of luck.

I was not trying to get something for nothing and fortunately I have USPS Informed Delivery so I have proof of date of delivery. The company acknowledged their mistake and made good. They outsource bulk mail campaigns to 3rd party vendors who sometimes screw up, as was the case in this instant.

You must be quite a sophisticated executive (or a really experienced attorney) - "I'd sue you for making false claims and threats". You would spend tens of thousands of dollars on attorney's fees to sue someone without demonstrable damages. I guess if it was my company and you ran it that way I would fire you for incompetence. And that would be well advised.

Sounds to me like you are just trying to get a free cut. Coupons are sent out with plenty of time to be used. If you don't use it before it expires that's your fault not the company's. If it was my company I would sue you for making false claims and threats

Great Clips trim

On Friday, July 26, 2019 I scheduled an appointment with the online check in. I had requested the stylist simply trim off the dead ends of my hair. My hair is naturally curly and thick. The stylist did not use the spray conditioner as I usually get without having to ask. She attempted to comb my hair out dry. I informed her that I did have product in my hair and that she would need to use the spray conditioner to comb it out. After using the spray she combed my hair out as normal. She yanked and pulled all the while so I told her she will have to use more of the spray before my hair breaks into 3000 different length strands. In the meantime while combing out the sections to be trimmed she hit me in the face with the comb and scratched right above my upper lip. I have never had an experience like this at any salon. She was not customer service oriented nor really friendly. I can be more specific about this particular stylist if needed. The stylist I had is not a good match for the position. This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had! Not to mention the damage done to my hair which cannot be fixed! I do demand a response to this complaint.

LOL. Hair CANNOT be damaged by getting brushed or combed dry without spray. That's just a ridiculous claim. LOL. I don't care how much or curly your hair is...it just will not get damaged by that

Great Clips haircut/attitude of stylist

I have gone to this particular store to receive a hair cut before and received an excellent stylist who handled my requests perfectly and was very friendly. Unfortunately, this time on 7/28/19, Ticket #440519. I walked in and was met with a complete and total "[censored]ty" attitude by the same person who also cut my hair, her name was Ashley. She did not offer any extra services, shampoo or anything. She just sat me down in the chair, stone-faced and asked what I wanted. She proceeded to spray my hair with a spray bottle of water and then drug the comb through my hair. I have thin, long hair and so it doesn't take long for any stylist to really cut my hair. I asked that she trim the dead ends and cut my bangs. I motioned to where a wanted my bangs to hit. Once that was completed, she quickly asked me if that was where I wanted it. I asked to possibly trim a little bit more. I asked before she was to continue to not use that "slide technique" down my hair because that makes my hair "wing out" when it's dry causing more split ends. Before I could even explain why, She proceeded to tell me, "Do you want me to botch cut it on the side? How, do you want me to do it because that's the technique I use." Needless to say, I was a little taken back by her attitude and this goes far beyond "Having a bad day". Stunned, I told her what she did was fine. She ripped the smock off my neck as if to say we're done here and I proceeded to pay for the cut with no tip. I have never had anyone have a problem with using a different technique to trim my bangs. This stylist, Ashley clearly didn't want to take the time to fulfill a request from a paying customer. If this person has a doubt or lack of confidence in cutting an individual's hair with a different technique then, perhaps she should go back to school to learn different techniques. Had she done what I asked and not had an attitude she would have received a tip. If I do return to this store, I hope that this individual is removed from the premises for more training and re-evaluation as to whether or not she wants to continue being a stylist.

Great Clips my hair cut

7/20/19 . I originally went in to get a hair cut a lil over a month ago . Adele cut it and really didn't do what I asked .. I didn't complain .So today I thought I ll go and request someone in particular. But when I got there Adele was available and a waiting room full of other people waiting. So when she began putting me into the system for a hair cut I realized, she was not going to ask if I wanted my hair cut by someone else or could she. Anyway I thought ok here we go... I 'll just tell her again how I want my hair specifically. At the end of cutting my hair, She said your hair is going to turn up like a flip ( it is what I did not like before ) . She continued saying it was not the way she cut it ( I never even said that-just that I did not want it to flip up ) Then she said that I would have to train it, even when I told her It has never been "trained before. Adele kept saying good luck with not working on your hair to train it, etc. Very RUDE I will never go back ! There are plenty of hair places that want my business

Great Clips haircut

I submitted this a few weeks ago and I guess I expected some kind of a response. I will submit again in case it got lost.
Over a month ago I had my haircut from the same shop and stylist . I've been wearing it shoulder length with long layers. About a week later I decided I wanted my side's about a inch shorter by my ears. I used a different shop and stylist but for what I wanted it shouldn't have been a big deal.
The first think I said when I sat down was yo leave the length and my bangs as I just had it cut . He told me I needed to make up my mind as to what kind of cut I want because my haircut is to hard to follow (It's the old Farrah Fawcett cut)as he is cutting! I saw the length hit the floor as he complained about his Blue hair to another stylist! He was rude and took my hair off where it didn't even touch the end of my neck! I have a scar on neck from Surg I don't like to show! The sides are above my ears, I m a retired nurse and I never even wore it this short, it's embarrassing and humiliating! Like my husband said, what if you were getting married and they did this? I have chosen not to go out much this month as I'm afraid I will run into someone .
If he felt he didn't know how to cut this layered look he should have passed me up! My hair was chopped off and he made me look like a fool!

I am sorry you had the experience you did. I had one probably worse. In the end it is about not getting what we asked for. They should not just do what they want to do and blame the customer. They are performing a service and have a duty to satisfy the customer. That is the bottom line.

I'm confused. It is obvious you are telling a lie so what are you trying to achieve with the complaint. Your sides aren't even close to being above your ears, your bangs look long to me and you have layers. I think, I could be wrong but I doubt it, you just didn't like the person cutting your hair. Your issue is discrimination

Great Clips online appointment

Today, 6/30/19 I made an online with the location I have been going to for almost nine years. The online site said the wait was sixteen minutes, not a problem. When I arrived, the store had three customers getting haircuts and no one waiting. I was acknowledged by an employee who said my wait would be about ten minutes. About twenty minutes later they were ready to take me back. As the employee began to motion me back, the door opened and another customer came in. She immediately changed her attention to the arriving customer and asked if they had registered line. there response was yes. There name was above mine and she told him to come back instead of me. Of coarse, I questioned this. I was told this was the way things were done. I proceeded to ask if I should also have to wait for the remaining names on the list that were still above my name. I did not receive an answer. I then told here my name, asked her to pull it up in her system and then delete all of my records. As I told her, I will never visit this store again. I was also a faithful customer of the Montgomery Illinois location for over ten years while I lived in that area. The location in question: Ogden Point 2616B Ogden Ave. Aurora 630-978-2550. You lost not only myself as a customer but also my wife.

Great Clips haircut

The haircut was okay the experience was horrible. I walked in and interrupted the three employees talking. They continued to talk for a minute or so then one checked me in. The other two continued to talk, bad mouthing the management of the salon and other employees. If that was not bad enough one of the stylists was using profanity. When I mentioned it was not very profesional my stylist just blew it off. I will never go back to that salon. Great Clips in Tarpon Springs Florida

Great Clips 2 hair cuts at the same place

Store 6013 Invoice 629473 Shugart Rd, Dalton, GA. 6/18/19. My son and I stopped in for a trim. He got Melissia who was in a hurry to get off her shift and gave my son a generic hair cut, not at all what the notes say from before. I got Karina. She spoke very little English and not trained. I asked for the top cut and trim of ends. She layered my hair and did not cut the top. Melissia had to come over and cut the top. Now I look like I am wearing a Joe Dirt wig. I will never visit them again. I want my money back!
